History has repeated itself. In the 1990s, Bobby Brown, the husband of the late singer, Whitney Houston, flipped her expensive sports car in South Florida, after driving under the influence. Fast forward two decades and Nick Gordon, the husband of Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, flipped a BMW she bought him, while driving under the influence, according to police.

Brown and Gordon are in a bad place, struggling with the death of the legendary superstar. Friends of Houston have been reaching out to Brown regarding the dangers of drugs, with the hope she and Gordon will enter rehab, to avoid history repeating itself, via another tragic overdose in their family. It's sad that this is happening, as they have so much potential.

Recently, Apollo Nida, the husband of "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks, attended a party without his wedding ring on. It added fuel to the fire that the couple's marriage is on the rocks, after former Miss USA, Kenya Moore, repeatedly propositioned Apollo offering him oral sex, then full on sex.

Apollo says he rejected Kenya's advances, some of which occurred in a hotel lobby in Los Angeles, when he was away from home in Atlanta, but his wife was angry nonetheless, as he responded to text messages from Moore, albeit with generic answers. Nida and Parks have two adorable sons and a comfortable life together. If allowed, Moore is going to ruin that and make them miss what they had if they do not protect it now.

Home wrecking reality star, Kenya Moore, was recently evicted from the $4,000 per month Roswell mansion she rented. Moore, famous for being a former Miss USA and now twirling on reality TV's "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" moved into a hotel that co-star NeNe Leakes hilariously described as having "twirled into the ghetto" (LOL).

Somewhere co-star Phaedra Parks is laughing at this. After all, Moore, who is not a housewife (see irony of the title "Real Housewives Of Atlanta") has been trying to steal the lawyer's husband, Apollo Nida. Kenya, you are low on funds. Parks is not. Apollo likes his comfortable life with his sugar mama Phaedra. You can't afford him, boo boo (LOL).

Kenya Moore Goes To Court And Overturns Eviction From Mansion

Former Miss USA and current "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" reality star, Kenya Moore, has successfully overturned an eviction court ruling against her, obtained by landlord Conya Weems-Dillon. Moore informed the court she was never serve legal papers, therefore the judgment must be vacated, pardon the pun.

For the past year, Moore has been renting a $4,000 per month mansion in Atlanta, Georgia's exclusive Roswell neighborhood. The judge in the case has granted a new hearing on the matter. Dillon will not be pleased, as she stated in her legal filing, "Defendant [Moore] has created a media circus in a desperate attempt to maintain relevancy as a reality TV personality while maliciously attacking Plaintifff's character." Ouch!

Based on Dillion's claims she rejected Moore's request of a 60-day extension on her lease which ended last month, it is clear the landlord wants her out of the property. Dillion states she seeks to move back into her home, which Moore has altered without permission.

June 24, 2013 - Kenya Moore's eviction from her Roswell rental home has been put on hold and a new hearing date has been set for July 9 in the Fullton County magistrate court.. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member has been in a seemingly ridiculous battle with her landlady Conya Dillon...

Moore's lease was up at the end of May. The former Miss USA tried to extend her rental 60 days, which Dillon did not accept...Instead, Dillon filed an eviction notice in late May, accusing Moore of not paying her full rent and making alterations to the home...

Moore was planning to leave the home next month anyway, she told Wendy Williams last week. She said she had placed a $6,000 security deposit upfront and was never in arrears.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore is firing back at claims she did not pay the rent on the Roswell mansion she leased, while appearing on the show. Moore has filed a countersuit in Atlanta against landlord, Conya Weems-Dillon, claiming wrongful eviction, slander and fraud.

Moore is stating Dillion concocted the claims to sell a story to the press on the reality star, as well as force her out of the property her segments in the show is filmed in. Moore insists she did remit payment for her rent and now seeks damages against Dillion.

Usher Puts His Mansion On Market Telling Ex-Wife And Kids To Get Out

Singer Usher Raymond, who recently won a custody hearing under terms that has the FBI investigating the judge in the case, has informed his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, the mother of his two children, that they must vacate his $3,200,000 Roswell, Georgia mansion they have been living in, as he has placed it on the market (at the insistence of his cougar girlfriend/manager Gracie Miguel).

Foster has resisted, demanding more money and another property, maneuvers Raymond has refused to react to by giving in. Raymond wants to unload the costly property with expensive maintenance fess, cutting into the lifestyle he is living with Miguel. However, Foster argued Raymond can afford it due to the funds he has made from signing teen pop star Justin Bieber to a subsidiary label deal.

Singer Usher Raymond and his wife Tameka Foster Raymond have been fighting it out in court over spousal and child support. According to TMZ, Usher doesn't want to pay anymore money and seeks to evict his ex-wife from the $4,000,000 Roswell, Georgia mansion they once shared. 

Tameka maintains she will have no where to live with their two sons. Usher feels he gives her enough in support payments for her to find somewhere else. However, in all likelihood, the property will not be as lavish as the Roswell mansion, which is one of Atlanta's oldest and richest neighborhoods. 

If Usher had listened to the Judiciary Report, which he has read for years and not marred Foster, none of this would have happened (Singer Usher Files For Divorce). Use your head Usher, how would it hurt or affect the Judiciary Report if you did or did not marry Foster? It didn't do anything on this end, as the sun continues to rise and set. Neither outcome would have had an impact on the Judiciary Report. However, the site is on the side of truth and as was to be expected, some people don't like that. 

But Usher opted to tell off his fans for criticizing her and decided to teach everyone a lesson by marrying the recent divorcée, who abandoned her husband and kids to be with him. Looks like Usher is the one that was taught a lesson and a costly one at that.
