Obama Administration Armed Drug Kingpin El Chapo Via 'Fast And Furious' Program At The U.S. Department Of Justice

This is a continuation of the December 21, 2015 article "Obama Administration Armed The Drug Cartels And ISIS At U.S. Taxpayers Expense." The Obama Administration via the Justice Department, which was headed up by trouble prone Attorney General, Eric Holder, ran an illegal arms operation called "Fast And Furious" named after the movie of the same title.

El Chapo recaptured by Mexican government after they followed Hollywood actor Sean Penn around Mexico who interviewed the drug kingpin

Under the unlawful operation, Holder, with Obama's approval and knowledge, sent money and high powered weapons to select criminal outfits in neighboring nation Mexico, to see what would happen when it fell into the hands of the drug cartels the government has been watching. The cartels began using the weapons to kill American border patrol agents and Mexican civilians in the drug war.

Sean Penn posed for a photo with drug kingpin, El Chapo, shaking his hand as though he is in agreement with him. It did not reflect well on Penn in the eyes of Mexican authorities. Penn was followed by the Mexican government to a remote jungle where they witnessed him interview El Chapo.  The Mexican government raided El Chapo the next day.

This week it was revealed, weapons the Obama Administration sent to Mexico, also ended up in the hands of the most dangerous drug dealer the world, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. It is being reported, "a weapon capable of taking down a helicopter" was among the guns confiscated by the Mexican government during El Chapo's recapture.

The administration of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being met with protests and petitions in America and abroad. The president’s current trips to Japan, China, Malaysia and the Philippines, has been met with protests and complaints from people of the aforementioned, respective nations. As a result, the mainstream media reports, trade talks being held by Obama are not going well. 

In America, the president's policies are being protested as well, with Obamacare receiving the brunt of the complaints. The president’s wife, First Lady, Michelle Obama, is the subject of a school petition, regarding students wanting an offer for her to speak at their graduation in Kansas, rescinded by the school board, who issued it. The petition has received 3,000 signatures. Mrs. Obama is said to have cancelled the speech. 

President Obama’s bumbling Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is being blamed for the deaths of many, via the “Fast And Furious” gun scandal, is also facing protests and petitions in America, as many want him to vacate his post. This is a trying time for the Obama administration, with two years left on the clock to make a lasting political impact.

TMZ Retracts Claim Paul Walker Burned To Death

Yesterday's Judiciary Report column contained an article regarding TMZ claiming "Fast And Furious" actor Paul Walker burning to death in a fiery car crash, while being driven by his financial adviser Roger Rodas (Coroner Tells TMZ Actor Paul Walker Burned To Death After Car Crash).

The Judiciary Report disputed this claim, as the light weight, low riding, aerodynamic Porsche Carrera GT crashed into a light pole and tree going in excess of 100MPH, which ignited the gas tank, triggering a fire and explosion. Today, TMZ retracted their story regarding Walker burning alive and to death as well as the item stating the actor was seen flailing after the accident (see article below).

I'm a fan of the Porsche's aesthetic design (Boxster, Carrera, among others). I've also seen them up close and can tell you the obvious, it's not a heavy duty, military styled rugged vehicle like the Hummer. Therefore, a lightweight Porsche crashing into a solid, heavyweight object such as a light pole, whilst going at a high rate of speed, would inevitably result in catastrophic injuries to the human body (organ damage, profound blood loss, death). The impact was so terrible in the Walker tragedy, it split the Porsche in half (diagonally). The Judiciary Report is of the belief the men died instantly and did not feel the effects of the fire.

Furthermore, the gasoline based fire and explosion that ensued for several minutes consumed skin, flesh and did further damage to organs. How could they conclusively come up with an accurate profile of death in terms of consciousness after impact and feeling the effects of burning to death...

Paul Walker Death Image in Burning Porsche Video is NOT Paul 

12/5/2013 11:06 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Paul Walker did NOT make a final desperate attempt to escape the burning wreckage -- and the image seen in video shot right after the crash is definitely NOT Paul ... TMZ has learned.

There had been rampant speculation and buzz on the Internet that a shadowy figure seen around 23 seconds into the video of the burning Porsche Carrera GT ... was Walker trying to get out of the vehicle, but sources connected to the investigation now say it just isn't so ... for several reasons.

First, the sources tell us that, based on photographs of the wreckage ... Paul's body was pinned in an area of the car that makes it clear he couldn't have been flailing outside the vehicle. Also ...we're told that based on the injuries he suffered, Paul died within a nanosecond of impact, and therefore it's impossible for the image in the video to be him.

It's not clear how long after impact the video starts, but clearly more than a nanosecond. As for what the image really is -- we're told law enforcement has watched the video, and based on evidence from the crash site ... it appears to be a part of the car's roof burning.

Coroner Tells TMZ Actor Paul Walker Burned To Death After Car Crash (Video)

The TMZ website is stating the Los Angeles coroner's office informed them "Fast And Furious" actor Paul Walker, burned to death after the initial car crash that claimed his life last week at the age of 40. TMZ stated Walker died of "trauma" and "burn injuries" but the driver of the Porsche GT, Roger Rodas, did not.

The question is how can they tell, as Walker and Rodas were both burned beyond recognition, requiring dental records for a positive ID, after the car burst into flames and exploded. How burned was the skin and internal organs that someone came to the conclusion the passenger burned to death, but the driver did not. It's like trying to guess the cause of death after a cremation, as the car was a raging inferno for several minutes before firefighters arrived and put out the blaze.

Video surveillance tapes shot from a distance reveals debris and a thick black plume of smoke rising in the air at the crash site. Shortly after, it is stated an explosion occurred, where the smoke becomes even thicker and darker. The car may have been on fire then exploded.

Without video proof, how do they know Walker didn't die on impact, as the car was speeding, going in excess of 100 miles per hour, then crashed into a light pole and tree. There is talk of a video tape where Walker is allegedly seen flailing before the car explodes. However, how do they know it was not an involuntary reflex that sometimes occurs right after death. It's a terrible thing to tell his family that he burned alive for a time before dying in an explosion, especially with no concrete proof (video tape showing the crash, then explosion).

Unless there exists clear cut video proof regarding the tragic accident (not a video obscured by buildings) to speculate and hypothesize in this manner, supposing something so gruesome, isn't fair to Walker's grieving family and friends. It's downright cruel.

Paul Walker Burning Porsche Video May Show Escape Attempt 

 

12/4/2013 6:08 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF - A close examination of the video showing the Paul Walker's Porsche engulfed in flames reveals a shadowy image appearing to flail. There is now a swirl of speculation that the image, seen roughly 23 seconds into the clip, is Paul attempting to escape the death trap.

Law enforcement sources who participated in the investigation tell TMZ ... there is strong evidence that Paul and Roger Rodas never got out of their seats, but when pressed they would not conclusively say that Paul didn't attempt an escape.

Our sources say ... investigators are confident Roger absolutely didn't move -- but they would not definitely say that about Paul. One source says it appears both men were trapped in their seats and therefore did not attempt an escape, but the key word is "appears."

We're told law enforcement is looking at the video now. We broke the story ... the L.A. County Coroner's Office says Paul died from both trauma from the crash AND burn injuries, which insinuates the actor survived the initial impact and the fire was partially responsible for his death.

Paul Walker Crash Cause Of Death Revealed Trauma and Burn Injuries 

 

12/4/2013 12:20 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Paul Walker died from the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries sustained from the Nov. 30 car crash ... this according to the L.A. County Coroner's Office. Translation -- Paul did not die from the impact of the crash alone. He burned to death after the Porsche GT crashed into a tree and a pole and exploded into flames.

The man who was driving the Porsche GT, Roger Rodas, died from multiple traumatic injuries suffered upon impact. Burning was not listed as a factor in his death. The coroner says toxicology results for both men will be available in 6 to 8 weeks. The Medical Examiner says both deaths have been ruled as an accident. Sources in the coroner's office tell us ... both men were positively ID'd by using dental records.

Walker and Rodas were killed Saturday in Santa Clarita, CA when the Porsche GT they were in veered off the road, slammed into a pole and exploded in flames. The cause of that crash is still under investigation. Paul was 40. Rodas was 38.

Fast And Furious Star Paul Walker Dies In Fiery Car Crash But TMZ Posted The Story Two Days Before It Happened

Stunningly handsome "Fast And Furious" star Paul Walker has died in a tragic, fiery car crash. The good looking actor has been a staple in the "Fast And Furious" film franchise since its inception in 2001. Walker was a passenger in the Porsche Carrera GT of friend and financial advisor, Roger Rodas, a former race car driver.

The two were attending a fundraising event hosted by Walker's non-profit charity organization Reach Out Worldwide. Rodas, who was behind the wheel, took Walker for a joyride in his Porsche. The car careened out of control and crashed into a light pole and tree, presumably killing them instantly. Authorities have confirmed speed was a factor in the crash. Figure eight and donut patterns were observed on the road at the site of the crash.

From start to finish the impact phase of the accident was a fireball. A motorist in another vehicle, who saw the car wrapped around a tree, after having knocked over a light pole due to the crash, stated to other drivers, "Drive away. It's going to blow up." A female motorist in another vehicle called 911 emergency services and stated as a loud bang is heard, "The car is in half. Yes there is someone in there."

Jim Thorp, a man who had met Walker earlier at the event stated, "A man and his wife. They saw it happen. They have it on video tape. They thought it was a film being made. They didn't know it was Paul or Roger. They had no clue. They just saw a very nice car get in an accident and then blow-up."

There are reports Rodas' 8-year-old son bravely, but sadly unsuccessfully tried to rescue his father from the mangled car. Onlookers tried to out the blaze with fire extinguishers, but were unable to do so. When firefighters arrived they were able to put out the blaze. However, Walker and Rodas were pronounced dead on the scene. Their bodies were burned beyond recognition, requiring the coroner's office to request dental records of the two men to make a positive identification.

Look at the bottom article link and summary, it says "2 days ago" meaning it was published two days prior to November 30, 2013, the date of the deadly car accident that claimed Walker's life. TMZ has some explaining to do. TMZ has since deleted it from their site.

Ironically, TMZ's archives contained an article about Walker's death two days before it happened, which led to many publicly asking what is going on. One of two things happened. In the past, TMZ has engaged in article backdating to claim scoops and may have backdated it too far.

TMZ is on their own software blogging system, not apart of a major blogging platform such as Blogger or Wordpress. The Judiciary Report's blog is on Blogger's system and the blogging service sets the same time and date for every blog it hosts, accompanied by the time zone. TMZ is free to set anytime they wish, as its their own software and platform.

I've seen TMZ backdate articles. For example, one reads the main page of TMZ in the morning and by noon, newer articles appear, but with earlier time stamps that the ones you read in the morning, all in an effort to claim they were first in breaking a scoop. It is unnecessary, as TMZ has legitimately broken a number of stories.

As the Judiciary Report has stated in past columns well before Walker died, TMZ is apart of the Hollywood "Illuminati" whose members have been dying left, right and center under tragic and mysterious circumstances indicating foul play (Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Tupac, Notorious BIG, Keith Carradine, among others).

Over a decade ago, "2 Fast 2 Furious" was filmed near my former house in Miami. It was a pleasant surprise to leave home for the day only to see Walker behind the wheel of a car driving by, while being directed and filmed by director John Singleton. According to mainstream press reports, President Obama, has asked lawbreaking, corrupt Attorney General, Eric Holder, to remain at the Department of Justice (DOJ). This despite the fact, 120 members of Congress joined an initiative demanding Holder resign from the DOJ.  

One has to wonder how serious Obama's claims of working with Congress on both sides of the aisles to fix the financial crisis and reduce national debt is, when he is publicly expressing confidence in a criminal, Holder, whose illegal conduct in the "Fast And Furious" scandal has resulted in the deaths of over a thousand people.

President Barack Obama's Attorney General, the ever corrupt, Eric Holder, who heads up the Department of Justice, has filed legal papers to have the legal case filed by the U.S. Congress, regarding the 'Fast And Furious' gun trafficking scandal, dismissed. The case was filed to obtain documents Holder and Obama are illegally hiding. This is highly disgracefully behavior on the Obama Administration's part and further proof they need to be voted out of office for engaging in wanton corruption and cover-ups.

Several hundred people have died, because with Obama's support, Eric Holder illegally trafficked guns to the Mexican cartels without tracking them, just to see what would happened. Scores of innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents were brutally murdered with the high powered weapons, found at the crime scenes. This misconduct spat on the rights and sovereignty of the Mexican people and dishonored the American people as well, who entrusted Holder with this prestigious post, he has brought into disrepute all over the world.

Obama abused Executive Privilege to help Holder hide the documents from the public and evade criminal prosecution for mass murder. Now the disgraced so-called lawman has taken the coward's approach once again, in filing papers to have Congress' civil case dismissed, as they are seeking  documents to ascertain the full breadth of the scandal and how to put it to an end (possibly saving lives).

The Obama Administration has a serious problem with transparency, repeatedly violating the Freedom of Information Act to their disgrace. For all Obama's talk about transparency in government when he pursued the presidency and won, then failed to deliver on his campaign promises, he has turned out to be the most non-transparent, secretive, clandestine and cliquish president in U.S. history. The American people didn't ask for a dictator,  but got one.

As someone that has sued under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain documents, due to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and its parent agency, the Department of Justice (DOJ), engaging in criminal wrongdoing, such as obstruction of justice, dereliction of duty and aiding and abetting high profile lawbreaking stars and executives in Hollywood, in disgracefully and shamefully stealing from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog of intellectual property, which contains thousands of original songs and hundreds of movie scripts and synopses, the culmination of 25-years of my labor, I can attest, the Obama Administration is wholly corrupt beyond redemption.

Not only did they give the case to a former Department of Justice employee who is now a judge, they also offensively and wickedly conspired to produce some of the ugliest, un-American legal nastiness ever set on paper, to withhold the Freedom of Information Act documents the FBI previously acknowledge in writing they have, but won't release to me without a lawsuit. Imagine that, you are a victim of crime and the so-called law enforcement agency has sided with criminals, due to financial bribery on the part of FBI Director Robert S. Mueller. 

The U.S. Attorney who defended the indefensible, stated in writing that the Civil Rights Act did not give black people equal rights in America and she should go to prison for it, as that is a hate crime on paper. On behalf of corrupt, taxpayer money stealing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, she also stated that gaining legal justice is not a right of all people in America and it is at his whim (discretion). The judge rounded out the civil rights violating behavior by stating in a ruling that the FBI and DOJ have "sovereign immunity" to do to anyone anything they please and dismissed the case on those illegal grounds. Once again, they all belong in prison.

What's just as bad is the FBI, on behalf of Obama, sent someone up to me in London, demanding to know who I'm voting for in the election and when I'm coming back to America (not to mention having someone inappropriately contact my mom, who has a heart problem thanks to the aforementioned case). Who do they really think they are. There exists a serious disconnect with this administration. They did all this foul stuff to me and are deluded enough to think I'd vote for them. They must be smoking some strong weed.

This is the terrible image the Obama Administration has sent out into the world and he needs to be voted out for it. The presidency is not a dictatorship or autocracy (or a personal piggy bank). You don't own America. God and the people do. And if you as an administration can't follow the nation's laws, you need to get out of office and go get jobs in Hollywood with the rest of the criminals. Your conduct is not conducive to the public good and the people deserve better than that.

The public needs to ask itself, what is the Obama Administration hiding that it repeatedly and illegally abuses the law especially in criminally violating the Freedom of Information Act to protect itself and its campaign donors. What are you hiding that's so terrible and horrible you refuse to release it to the public, hypocritically violating the Freedom of Information Act. What's the big deal. Just release the documents. But you can't, can you, because it would show the nation and the world that you are criminals that have spat on the laws you swore to uphold and technically should be in prison for it.

Furthermore, what kind of message does the Obama Administration think it is sending to the watching world and nation, who are aghast, that not even the U.S. Congress can obtain documents from them under the Freedom of Information Act or via any other means. Seriously, what is that. Are you that far-gone and insane to think this illegal secrecy is acceptable behavior in a democracy. How can you have a law on the record books, then arrogantly and defiantly state you are not going to follow it.

Your corrupt, fraudulent and disgraceful conduct has harmed too many people and created too much suffering, not just in America, but the world as well. You have turned the U.S. government into a sham and mockery and harmed its name with the public in ways that cannot be repaired. It is time for you to get out of office. The lawsuit doesn't need to be dismissed - your administration does.

Fast And Furious Lawsuit Draws Justice Department Calls For Dismissal 

 

10/15/12 10:09 PM ET EDT AP - WASHINGTON — The Justice Department on Monday night sought dismissal of a lawsuit by a Republican-led House committee demanding that Attorney General Eric Holder produce records about the botched law enforcement probe of gun-trafficking called Operation Fast and Furious.

President Barack Obama has invoked executive privilege and the attorney general has been found to be in contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over documents that might explain what led the Justice Department to reverse course after initially denying that federal agents had used a controversial tactic called gun-walking in the failed law enforcement operation.

The tactic resulted in hundreds of illegally acquired weapons purchased at Arizona gun shops winding up in Mexico, where many of them were recovered from crime scenes. Two guns in Operation Fast and Furious were found on the U.S. side of the border at the scene of a shooting in which U.S. border agent Brian Terry was killed...

DOJ’s Startling Argument Seeking Dismissal of Fast and Furious Lawsuit 

 

October 17, 2012 at 3:23 pm - On Monday night, the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a brief asking a federal court to dismiss the lawsuit the House of Representatives filed challenging the President’s invocation of executive privilege in the Operation Fast and Furious case. The House suit seeks to force the Administration to release documents that it is still withholding from Congress, an issue which was discussed in an earlier Heritage Legal Memorandum.

In the midst of the Watergate crisis, President Nixon told the nation, “If the President does it, that means it’s not illegal.” In a similar fashion, DOJ’s brief argues, in essence, that if the President invokes executive privilege, that means it was a valid assertion and that no court of law should ever be permitted to review the matter, period.

Republican vice presidential candidate, Paul Ryan, has slammed Holder's criminal conduct and is vowing if elected he must go. Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has spoken out against the scandal as well, in addition to over 100 U.S. senators and congresspeople. Even in the face of all these preventable deaths, President Obama continues to support corrupt, lawbreaking Holder, tarnishing his name with voters to greater degrees.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is an adulterer, so it shouldn't be a surprised agents at the FBI are getting involved in inappropriate sexual conduct

 

The FBI has a long list of run-ins with the law, though they are supposed to uphold it. FBI agents have been caught in scandals involving pedophilia, murder, attempted assault, battery, domestic violence, grand theft larceny and masturbating in public (see FBI article index).

The latest addition to that list is an undercover FBI agent, who was called out in court for spending $15,000 in taxpayer money going to brothels to have sex with prostitutes in the Philippines. The agent was in the Philippines smuggling weapons (hmm just like in the Fast and Furious scandal).
The problem at the FBI is headquarters doesn’t follow the law, domestic or otherwise, which the agents see everyday and it sets the debauched, lawbreaking tone for the entire agency. FBI agents who are of poor integrity, will succumb to the criminal conduct they see coming from the top and it leads to their downfall.

After all, if you have headquarters illegally spying on people in and outside America, renditioning and torturing people for information and ordering hits on Americans and foreigners alike for unlawful, corrupt reasons, it is bound to impact behavior at the agency in a negative manner.

A recent government report on the Fast and Furious gun trafficking scandal, sought to protect President Barack Obama's Attorney General, from blame and legal liability, much to the outrage of the public. Holder, during a Obama Administration maneuver, illegally trafficked guns to the Mexican drug cartels and did not track them, in a criminally negligent fashion. The sophisticated, high grade guns were used by the cartels to kill two America Border Patrol agents, who were doing their jobs and several hundred Mexican civilians.

The report, done by the Obama Administration, which is not going to tell on itself, covers up pertinent facts, in lying and trying to pass the buck to someone else, no matter who gets hurt. Anyone exercising and excusing such poor judgment should not be in office.

Last week, during a Univision interview, President Obama was asked point blank why he has not fired Holder for these mass murders. Numerous members of Congress have demanded his resignation as well. The parents of slain Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, are disgusted at the sham of a report and demand answers and justice for their beloved son..

Agent Brian Terry's father, Kent Terry, also said the former head of the ATF and a senior prosecutor who left the Justice Department after the report's release were getting off easy. "We want whoever's responsible for this penalized, not slapped on the hand and given another pay raise," step-mother Carolyn Terry said. "I want someone to go to jail for what they've done. "They've got their lives. We don't have our son any longer," she said...

President Obama Falsely Claims Fast and Furious Program “Begun Under the Previous Administration”

 

Asked about the Fast and Furious program at the Univision forum on Thursday, President Obama falsely claimed that the program began under President George W. Bush. “I think it’s important for us to understand that the Fast and Furious program was a field-initiated program begun under the previous administration,” the president said. “When Eric Holder found out about it, he discontinued it. We assigned a inspector general to do a thorough report that was just issued, confirming that in fact Eric Holder did not know about this, that he took prompt action and the people who did initiate this were held accountable.” In actuality, the Fast and Furious program was started in October 2009, nine months into the Obama presidency...

It is a small gesture considering his careless, criminal negligence, resulted in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and several hundred Mexican people, when he illegally trafficked guns to the drug cartels in Mexico and failed to track weapons. The world can't afford such stupidity, as it cost too much in lives and tears. President Obama should not have invoked Executive Privilege to aide Holder in covering up the scandal, as it made him look guilty as well.

A recent poll found 68% of Americans want President Obama to come clean on the "Fast and Furious" scandal. However, the mere fact he used Executive Privilege to cover it up says he is not listening to the people and it will hurt him at the polls in the election this year.

President Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder, is in trouble in Congress, facing contempt proceedings for lying to the legislature and hiding Department of Justice, ATF and FBI documents, showing he and others at the DOJ among others, committed crimes in the "Fast and Furious" scandal. Holder and others criminally trafficked guns into Mexico, resulting in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and hundreds of Mexican civilians.

Holder is facing contempt of Congress charges, which brings up the obvious point, he was an idiot to defiantly stay in the post, knowing he is breaking the law across the board and in a way that has cost innocent people their lives. He has arrogantly refused to resign for quite some time now and as a result, he is the first Attorney General to be hit with contempt charges. That’s on his record forever. It's going in the history books. There is no honor in what he did, only disgrace.

Holder's nasty attitude in live Congressional hearings for all to see smacked of, how dare you call me in here to answer questions just because a few hundred people were brutally murdered as a result of me illegally and secretly trafficking weapons into a foreign sovereign nation. These are all people determined to proverbially rip him a new one over his criminal conduct and arrogance. His name and that of his family will be decimated to even worse degrees, covered in utter shame and disgrace.

Contempt of Congress proceedings against President Barack Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, are set to go forward in the legislature, as last minutes talks failed to break the impasse. Holder continues to violate the Freedom of Information Act, hiding pertinent and incriminating documents, whilst lying to Congress and the American people.

Three Democrats from the President and Attorney General’s own party, have also defected on the issue, joining the loud chorus of opposition in the GOP, against Holder’s terrible conduct in the "Fast And Furious" gun trafficking scandal. 

Holder's conduct and that of the Department of Justice, resulted in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and several hundred Mexican civilians, when he decided to play gun trafficker in criminal violation of U.S. and Mexican law, putting high power, sophisticated weapons in the drug cartels' hands just to see what would happen. Well, know you know and you should go to prison for it, as your conduct directly led to mass murder.

Holder should not go unpunished in the eyes of the law, as his madness at the Department of Justice has cost many people their lives. This is no small thing, as it is very serious and should be treated as such. The precedent of impunity through criminal negligence that led to manslaughter must not stand. 

Those lives mean something and they are being mourned by those that love them. Of all the things he could have done at the Justice Department, he chose this sick and deadly illegality. The blood of the innocent is on your hands, in what constitutes serious sins and make no mistake, God will punish you for their senseless deaths.

The cover up culture at the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice, have reached outrageous extremes. Corruption is the order of the day and it is a danger to America and the world. America is supposed to be a free society, based on the Constitution, yet the public witnessed as the aforementioned agencies launched cover ups, regarding the "Fast And Furious" scandal "warrantless wiretapping" the "Carrier IQ" and "Social Network" spying. 

The FBI and DOJ routinely violate the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) denying lawful and appropriate requests to view government documents, which has shown the world, the two agencies are operating like a secret police in the Obama administration.

Like Hitler's SS, the FBI under Robert S. Mueller, has insanely resorted to torturing and threatening to kill American citizens, which constitutes criminal violations of the law, crimes against humanity and human rights abuses. They are consistently trying to harm or silence people. The misconduct just keeps getting worse in what is an unlawful power grab, eroding America's freedoms. 

For the nation's freedom and safety, the people of America need to demand more, especially in regards to accountability and transparency, before citizens have no rights left at the hands of two agencies that have become a law unto themselves. Month after month, they are encroaching up and taking away the public's freedom, turning America into a police state.

U.S. Senator John Cornyn sensationally called for the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder by stating, "It is more with sorrow than regret and anger that I would say that you leave me no alternative, than to join those who call upon you to resign your office. 

Americans deserve an attorney general who will be honest with them. They deserve an attorney general who will uphold the basic standards of political independence and accountability. You have proven time and time again, sadly, that you’re unwilling to do so. I’m afraid we have come to an impasse… you have violated the public trust, in my view.

Holder responded, "With all due respect, there is so much factually wrong with the premises you started your statement with. I don’t have any intention of resigning. I heard the White House press officer say yesterday that the president has absolute confidence in me. I don’t have any reason to believe that in fact is not the case."

It is very alarming that President Obama continues to express confidence in a murderer, who illegally trafficked guns into Mexico from the Justice Department (DOJ), leading to the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and hundreds of Mexican civilians. Ethically and politically, this is a very bad move for Obama that will cost him votes.

U.S. President Barack Obama, his Attorney General, Eric Holder, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and its offshoot the FBI, continue to criminally stonewall Congress and provide knowingly false information in the "Fast and Furious" gun trafficking debacle.

The disgraceful "Fast and Furious" scandal involves Eric Holder illegally trafficking guns to the drug cartels in Mexico and the weapons being used to murder innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents, due to the Attorney General's willful criminal negligence and violations of domestic and international law.

The FBI has been helping its parent agency the DOJ to cover up pertinent evidence, as alleged in the book "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-up." Congressional House Speaker, John Boehner, sent a letter to the Obama Administration yesterday, via the DOJ demanding answers. Boehner further stated he is "troubled" by the cover-up and stonewalling of Congress in the matter.

Apart of the letter reads, "The American people deserve to know how such a fundamentally flawed operation could have continued for so long and have a full accounting of who knew of and approved an operation that placed weapons in the hands of drug cartels. If necessary, the House will act to fulfill our constitutional obligations in the coming week...It is our hope that, with your cooperation, this sad chapter in the history of American law enforcement can be put behind us."
