Boxer Adrien Broner On The Verge Of Tears Slams Former Mentor Floyd Mayweather (Videos)

Boxer, Adrien Broner, has lashed out against his former mentor, pugilist, Floyd Mayweather, who did an interview criticizing his behavior. Broner posted a video to social networking of himself in the low price American retailer, Walmart. In the video, Broner paid for his items and then threw in the air the money given to him as change. He also stated don't you know who I am. Broner was trying to make a joke, but it came across differently to some, who criticized him on social networking for the video.

Mayweather did an interview this week where he was asked about the aforementioned Broner video. Mayweather expressed his disapproval of the video, which made Broner angry. Firstly, Broner is not thrilled that his former mentor's company, Mayweather Promotions, is training Mayweather's boxer, Ashley Theophane, to beat him in their scheduled fight.

Bronver v. Theophane is slated to take place on April 1, 2016 at the DC Armory in Washington, DC. The fight will be televised in America on the Spike network. However, Broner called out Theophane, demanding the fight, to get Mayweather's attention, for taking other boxers under his wing as protégés. Formerly, Broner was the Mayweather protégé.

Recently, it was revealed, Gervonta Davis, a promising 21-year-old athlete from Baltimore, Maryland, signed to Mayweather Promotions, is the only boxer Mayweather has told his boxing secrets (I'm gonna take Mayweather's pup Gervonta to Chucky Cheese (kids restaurant) and find out what he knows about Mayweather's boxing secrets - I'm just kidding LOL). Mayweather and I are the same age, so I understand that he is trying to be a father figure to Davis. People in their twenties, especially entertainers and athletes, need good guidance or people will take advantage of them.

I think Broner is feeling left out and replaced by other boxers in Mayweather's stable, but he is not signed to Mayweather Promotions. You have to look out for your client first. It's a business decision, not a personal one. Mayweather is promoting boxers he is contractually obligated to work with to develop their careers. Therefore, Broner shouldn't feel bad about that.

Mayweather and others have been trying to guide Broner into making sound business and personal decisions that will benefit him in the long run. When you're in your twenties you sometimes make decisions that can cause you problems. People who have been through it will try to steer you away from making choices not conducive to your progress in life.

Throughout the tenure of U.S. President Barack Obama, from day one to the present, the Judiciary Report has advocated austerity in government spending, a modest tax hike on the rich and an increase manufacturing (Ben Bernake Didn't See The Financial Crisis Coming) to counteract and reverse the 2008 financial crisis that happened due to the damaging policies of former Commander-in-Chief, George W. Bush (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy). However, Obama did the exact opposite and to America's detriment.

Under the influence of incompetent, mentally ill Hollywood, who’ve spend more time in the White House than any other group combined, Obama used the entertainment industry’s motto of “you’ve got to spend money to make money” and “buy your way out of trouble.” And so, the Obama Administration splashed the cash. Today we see the end result of that folly. America is deeper in debt than it has ever been in the nation’s entire 400-year history. America’s national debt is approaching $19 trillion dollars.

Under Obama’s record spending, he has set in motion what is on track to cause the financial collapse of the federal government. On its current course, a time is coming when there will not be enough money to keep the federal government afloat and it will financially collapse.

To make matters worse, some of Obama’s campaign donors and cronies have looted the U.S. treasury, via shady backend deals that have made them wealthy at the expense of the American taxpayers. They were not entitled to this money. More constructive things could have been done with said stolen funds to benefit the nation, rather than a group of greedy, unpatriotic, thieving scoundrels.

The U.S. stock market is completely unstable, experiencing rollercoaster type activity and massive declines that wiped away $2.3 trillion dollars in one year. America’s top companies are in decline. Walmart, a top grossing American company, is closing 269 stores domestically and worldwide, which will result in 16,000 people losing their jobs. Apple is experiencing serious stock and sales declines.

Other companies in the tech sector, such as Oracle, HP, Twitter and Facebook are also experiencing sales and stock declines. Apple has lost $44.7 billion dollars in value, as sales have weakened.

American banks Citigroup, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase have all lost billions of dollars in value. Foreclosures are also up again in America, revealing the government has not properly addressed the financial and mortgage crisis of 2008 that is rebooting itself and causing misery among homeowners.

Food prices in America are high. I’ve discovered food prices in Britain are on average 30% lower than America. Every American I know is complaining about food prices. It’s not a good sign when working class people can’t afford food. That is a tell tale sign the economy is not in a good way. It also necessitates the need for more food stamps to prevent people from going hungry, which means the government is underwriting that as well, due to the administration's poor handling of the economy.

Unemployment is up. However, reports indicate the Obama Administration has been falsifying numbers and removing millions of unemployed people from national financial data to give a false impression. These millions are incorrectly branded individuals who have given up on finding a job. However, they are still among the unemployed and should be included in the official tally to correctly gauge the financial problems facing the nation. How do you possibly fix a problem you refuse to acknowledge exists.

The corruption and costly illegal spying by the U.S. government has reached an all time high. Obama is blanket spying on the American people, which is unconscionable and perverse. Obama is also illegally spying on Congress to great degrees, which is criminal. Where are the famed "checks and balances" and the "separation of powers" when the president is behaving like a dictator in spying on everyone and trying to control everything.

America is supposed to have three branches of government - executive (president), legislative (Congress) and the judicial (courts). Right now, America only has one, the executive branch, that is spying on, browbeating, bullying and coercing the other two branches into submission and corruption...and to terrible economic results.

During Obama’s final State of the Union Address last week, the president stated America’s military is the most advanced in the world, but he is completely wrong. The Chinese military is far more technologically advanced. There was an incident that revealed the Chinese military has become far superior in the technological realm.

The U.S. Navy was conducting a military exercise in the Pacific Ocean using a technologically advanced American submarine. However, a Chinese submarine with even greater technological capabilities surfaced right beside the American sub and went completely undetected until the U.S. military literally saw it with their own eyes above water. That's just a fraction of what their technology can do. China has also made great strides in space weaponry as well.

America is also not self sustaining. China is a fully functional economy and nation in every aspect, producing all the food and technology it needs. America does not produce even ½ the food the nation consumes or the majority of the electronics the country uses. Most electronics in America comes from China, which became a global force in the past 5-years due to exemplary manufacturing standards that generated trillions in revenues. Fair is fair. They made the products and deserved to be paid for them. I'm not complaining, as I use Chinese products all the time. The point I'm trying to make is America does not occupy the same place it once did in the world and the government refusing to realize that will not help the nation progress.

The U.S. government is spending so much time, manpower and money on fruitless wars in the Middle East, the nation cannot afford to respond appropriately if something truly horrible happens on a global scale. It is a mass of wasted time, money and resources. All the money going into these wars could have greatly improved America's businesses, schools, homes and general infrastructure, making the country stronger.  

There are many imbalances in the U.S. government and economy that need to be corrected. Yet the Obama Administration is in denial and has not remedied the serious problems facing America. You don’t fix problems by covering them up and proverbially "kicking the can down the road" to the next administration, as Bush did and Obama is doing. It just results in a bigger mess and greater problems eroding the nation.

Obama has and continues to devote an extraordinary amount of time in dogmatic, obsessive and alarming bids at destroying his perceived enemies, conservatives, than he does America's enemies, ISIS. It's sad that Obama has spent more time attacking conservatives and Christians in America than he has ISIS.

Americans had to raise a stink for Obama to even admit the terrorist attack on San Bernardino, California this past December was terrorism (Obama Administration Being Slammed By Americans For Refusing To Label San Bernardino Killings Terrorism). When the wave of bad publicity hit him, he finally admitted it.

Meanwhile, reports keep surfacing that Obama continues to use federal agencies like the IRS to financially abuse and attack conservatives and Christians in America. Take a look at Obama's interviews and press clippings over the past year. The majority of his comments are devoted to attacking conservatives, who bear in mind, are Americans. It simply doesn't look right.

A recession worse than 2008 is coming

January 15, 2016 - The S&P 500 has begun 2016 with its worst performance ever. This has prompted Wall Street apologists to come out in full force and try to explain why the chaos in global currencies and equities will not be a repeat of 2008. Nor do they want investors to believe this environment is commensurate with the dot-com bubble bursting. They claim the current turmoil in China is not even comparable to the 1997 Asian debt crisis.

Indeed, the unscrupulous individuals that dominate financial institutions and governments seldom predict a down-tick on Wall Street, so don't expect them to warn of the impending global recession and market mayhem. But a recession has occurred in the U.S. about every five years, on average, since the end of WWII; and it has been seven years since the last one — we are overdue.

Most importantly, the average market drop during the peak to trough of the last 6 recessions has been 37 percent. That would take the S&P 500 down to 1,300; if this next recession were to be just of the average variety. But this one will be worse...

The uninvited guest: Chinese sub pops up in middle of U.S. Navy exercise, leaving military chiefs red-faced

At least a dozen warships provide a physical guard while the technical wizardry of the world's only military superpower offers an invisible shield to detect and deter any intruders.

That is the theory. Or, rather, was the theory. American military chiefs have been left dumbstruck by an undetected Chinese submarine popping up at the heart of a recent Pacific exercise and close to the vast U.S.S. Kitty Hawk - a 1,000ft supercarrier with 4,500 personnel on board. By the time it surfaced the 160ft Song Class diesel-electric attack submarine is understood to have sailed within viable range for launching torpedoes or missiles at the carrier.

According to senior Nato officials the incident caused consternation in the U.S. Navy.  The Americans had no idea China's fast-growing submarine fleet had reached such a level of sophistication, or that it posed such a threat. One Nato figure said the effect was "as big a shock as the Russians launching Sputnik" - a reference to the Soviet Union's first orbiting satellite in 1957 which marked the start of the space age. The incident, which took place in the ocean between southern Japan and Taiwan, is a major embarrassment for the Pentagon...

Wal-Mart to shutter 269 stores, 154 of them in the US

Jan 15, 6:00 PM EST - NEW YORK (AP) -- Wal-Mart is doing some rare pruning. The world's largest retailer is closing 269 stores, including 154 in the U.S. that includes all of its locations under its smallest-format concept store called Wal-Mart Express. The other big chunk is in its challenging Brazilian market.

The stores being shuttered account for a fraction of the company's 11,000 stores worldwide and less than 1 percent of its global revenue. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said the store closures will affect 16,000 workers, 10,000 of them in the U.S. Its global workforce is 2.2 million, 1.4 million in the U.S. alone. The store closures will start at the end of the month...

Market crash robs $2.3 trillion from investors

7:22 p.m. EST January 15, 2016 - The stock market rout is starting to get really expensive — destroying $2.3 trillion from the market's top last year and $1.5 trillion in net wealth just this year. The giant companies that predominantly populate the Standard & Poor's 500 have fallen an average of 8.9% this year — which, when translated into dollars, is real money. Real big money. The S&P 500 is down 8% this year already — including another 2.2% Friday — in what's been the worst start to a year ever. Since the market peak on May 21, 2015, the market has declined 11.7%.

The biggest wealth destroyers in the S&P 500 from the high have been gadget maker Apple (AAPL), pipeline company Kinder Morgan (KMI) and corporate software company Oracle (ORCL) — crushing $218 billion, $63.5 billion and $49.8 billion in market value, respectively, from the May 21, 2015, top.

Walmart Settles Lawsuit Filed By Comedian Tracy Morgan Over Deadly Accident

Giant retailer Walmart has settled a lawsuit filed by comedian Tracy Morgan, after one of their company's drivers slammed a large truck into the entertainer's van on a New Jersey road. As stated on the Judiciary Report last year, a settlement is the prudent course of action in this case (Tracy Morgan Responds To The Outrageous Claims Of Walmart's Attorneys Who Blame Him For His Injuries In Fatal Crash). It is the right thing to do in light of what transpired.

Walmart released a statement about the settlement, "Our thoughts continue to go out to everyone that was involved in the accident. While we know there is nothing that can change what happened, Walmart has been committed to doing what's right to help ensure the well-being of all of those who were impacted by the accident." Morgan also released a statement on the settlement, "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."

One of the incidents is in reference to Bryant beating up his mother in 2012, something she told police he had done on previous occasions. Police reported his mother had visible injuries. However, she later dropped the charges, not wanting her son to face jail.

News reports are now surfacing indicating the most serious incident involves a July 2011 police report from a Lancaster area Walmart in Texas, concerning Bryant assaulting a female, his girlfriend, Ilyne Nash, by dragging her from a Mercedes and through the parking lot. Reports indicate the incident was captured by store surveillance video and witnessed by a shopper, who called the police.

2-Year-Old Shoots And Kills Mother While Shopping

29-year-old Veronica J. Rutledge, was shot and killed in Blackfoot, Idaho, by her 2-year-old son, while shopping at a local Walmart in the electronics department. Rutledge had placed her son in a shopping cart while perusing the store. The toddler reached into her purse, took out her loaded gun and fired it in her direction. Rutledge was pronounced dead from the gunshot wound, in what is being labeled a tragic accident.

Dec 30, 2014, 9:15 PM ET - A young mother was shot and killed by her 2-year-old son today in an Idaho Walmart, police said. Lt. Stu Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office said that the boy was sitting in the shopping cart when pulled the handgun from his mom's purse and pulled the trigger. Police identified the victim as Veronica J. Rutledge, 29, of Blackfoot, Idaho. The preliminary investigation shows the shooting was an accident, Miller said. He added that the victim was from out of town and may have been visiting relatives for the holidays. The boy was with family members....

Tracy Morgan Responds To The Outrageous Claims Of Walmart's Attorneys Who Blamed Him For His Injuries In Fatal Crash

Comedian/actor, Tracy Morgan, has responded to outrageous claims by attorneys representing retail giant, Walmart, laying blame on him for the serious, life threatening injuries he sustained in a fatal crash caused by one of their overworked, speeding drivers. The Walmart driver slammed into the star's limo bus, after he was on the road for 24-hours without sleep. 

Morgan stated in response to Walmart's lawyer's claims, "I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."

Walmart's attorneys are really pushing it in trying to state a seatbelt could have spared Morgan injury in the above posted limo bus their 18-wheeler smashed up 

Walmart's attorneys have made this case that much worse in the court of public opinion, by blaming Morgan for not wearing a seatbelt. However, anyone who has seen the wrecked and crumpled limo bus, that was slammed into by the massive 18-wheeler truck, should have the common sense to deduce a seatbelt would not have prevented injury to the occupants of the practically crushed vehicle. The limo bus was so smashed and knocked over onto its side, all occupants sustained some form of damage and one of Morgan's friends died.

Word of advice to Walmart, get new lawyers. No reasonable set of jurors will feel sorry for anyone but Morgan and his fellow passengers once they see what your driver did to his limo bus. Not to mention, the anger they will feel when reading your lawyers blamed Morgan for the whole thing, rather than accepting responsibility for a criminally negligent, exhausted driver, who was arrested by police for reckless driving.

Walmart's Lawyers Run Afoul Of The Public Blaming Tracy Morgan For Injuries In Deadly Bus Crash

Lawyers are sometimes oblivious to public opinion regarding cases, single-mindedy focused on winning at all cost. However, in doing so, lawyers sometimes end up doing more harm than good to their clients' interests. Case in point, lawyers for Walmart are blaming comedian/actor, Tracy Morgan, for serious injuries he sustained in a fatal accident.

Walmart's attorney, Jeffrey O'Hara of LeClairRyan, wrote in court pleadings that Morgan's injuries, "Were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device." In short, Walmart's lawyers are blaming Morgan for his injuries in the crumpled van. 

As a result, the public is ripping Walmart in feedback sections of many websites over their lawyers' insensitive, callous claims. It is damaging Walmart's name with the public in acts that are "pennywise but pound foolish." The bad publicity it is creating is not worth it to the company.

A Walmart driver, who had been on the road for too many hours in a row, driving 770 miles, slammed a massive 18-wheeler truck into Morgan's Mercedes limo van carrying several people, including a friend and fellow comedian, who died in the horrible wreck.

At the end of the day, Walmart's overworked driver, who was on the road 24 hours straight, carelessly and negligently slammed into Morgan's limo bus, a vehicle a mere fraction of the size of the 18-wheeler truck. The absence of a seatbelt is not to blame.

Walmart Faults Tracy Morgan for Not Wearing Seatbelt During Car Accident (Exclusive)

On Monday, Walmart delivered its answer in a New Jersey federal court to 30 Rock actor Tracy Morgan's lawsuit arising from a six-car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. Among nine affirmative defenses, Walmart says that injuries "were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device." 

Morgan was among several people injured who are now suing Walmart for negligence. In particular, their lawsuit filed in July questions whether Walmart driver Kevin Roper was fatigued at the time of the crash. According to the suit, Roper had commuted 700 miles from his home in Jonesboro, Ga., to a Walmart facility in Smyrna, Del., before beginning his shift.

GLAAD Reeling From The Fall Out Of Going After Duck Dynasty Star Phil Robertson As Americans Rally Around Him

According to Yahoo, GLAAD is reeling from the fallout accompanying their decision to attack "Duck Dynasty" reality star, Phil Robertson, on behalf of secular Hollywood, over a comment he made questioning why gay men prefer an anus to a vagina. GLAAD has damaged the A&E network, by having a meeting with executives and forcing them to fire Robertson.

GLAAD forced A&E's hand and hurt their business, during hard financial times, all over free speech protected by the Constitution. GLAAD is being power mad and selfish. Americans became enraged at what transpired and announced a boycott of A&E, which could slide into bankruptcy.

GLAAD also began harassing "Duck Dynasty" sponsors, who rejected their requests to drop the most popular reality show in American television history. Sponsors have maturely stated Robertson is entitled to his views. GLAAD predicted Walmart would suffer a sales decline due to having an exclusive line of "Duck Dynasty" merchandise.

However, Americans upset at GLAAD attacking Robertson made it a point to go to Walmart and buy "Duck Dynasty" merchandise. Walmart sold out of "Duck Dynasty" merchandise the next day. It was the American people's way of sending GLAAD a clear message, freedom of speech applies to everyone in America. Leave the Robertsons alone.

Side Bar: It's time for GLAAD to grow up. I don't agree with things Rush Limbaugh, Bill Maher and Farrakhan state, preferring the views of men like Martin Luther King jr., but I'm mature enough to simply change the channel, not destroy a man's livelihood over lawful speech.

Mainstream reports indicate, GLAAD and Hollywood based attack on "Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson and his right to free speech, has angered millions in America, who are not amused his constitutional rights are being violated via "suspension" from the A&E top rated reality show. Robertson, a Christian, was suspended for saying he doesn't understand why a man would choose an anus over a vagina. Millions of Christians and non-Christians share his views.

GLAAD and Hollywood assumed and announced Walmart would see trouble, due to their exclusive line of "Duck Dynasty" gear, but the opposite has happened. Walmart has sold out of "Duck Dynasty" merchandise, due to people buying up the items in support of Robertson. Americans are sending Hollywood a clear message about the Constitution and they need to listen up before they start hemorrhaging money in the entertainment industry.

I'm straight, but I love gay people (er, not sexually, just platonically). I am never mean to a person for being gay. But at the end of the day, everyone has the right to practice their religion, believe what they believe and express what they feel, without interference from the state or Hollywood. The Constitution guarantees it as does United Nations laws.

There are gay channels out there that I don't watch, because that's not my thing (I like shows like "Duck Dynasty"). However, I'm not trying to get gay people fired from their jobs or destroy their lives for expressing their opinions. I'm an adult with enough maturity to understand that we all don't share the same views in this world. At times we will have to agree to disagree. However, no one has the right to destroy someone's livelihood and well-being over a difference of opinion. I will never support that.

Say what you want to about Robertson, but the man is an American success story. He did a significant amount of hard work chopping down trees and making duck calls in his backyard, growing what was a small home based business built on grueling labor, into a multi-million dollar success. That deserves credit. He's admitted having his ups and downs with the bottle and in his marriage when he was younger, because none of us are perfect, but he worked hard to turn the negatives into positives. 

Let no one hold your past against you when you have changed for the better. We're all a work in progress and need to strive for improvement each day. There's always something we can improve about ourselves.

The Obama Administration's economic policies are not working. The Judiciary Report has stated and reiterated this point since 2009, offering positive solutions to fix the problems. However, the Obama Administration has chosen another line that is not producing positive economic results. When U.S. giants McDonalds and Walmart are experiencing very noticeable sales declines shocking Wall Street and another symbol of Americana, Hostess, makers of the Twinkie snack, closes its doors, things are very bad.

It's time to face facts. Things are bad with the economy. There is still a financial crisis. There was no recovery.

Serious government budget cuts need to be made. Taxes need to be raised on the rich (personal income, not corporate). The corporate sector needs to be cleaned up. Criminals are still in business in the corporate sector, damaging not contributing to the economy. The nation cannot afford four more years of financial failure.

Facebook IPO Being Described As Lackluster In Light Of Shares Falling

The Facebook IPO that hit Wall Street in America yesterday, described as the biggest of its kind, is being described as "lackluster" and one that "fizzled." Prices initially rose, then dropped to $38.00 per share, forcing stockbrokers to intervene in propping up the price.

This is well below the value of other companies, such as Facebook contemporary Google and investment titan Berkshire Hathaway. On the eve of the initial public offering, General Motors yanked $10,000,000 in ads from Facebook, stating they did not work, having no consumer impact.

The most valuable companies in America are Apple, Wal-Mart and McDonalds. Facebook has entertained many, but for overall, sustainable value, the Judiciary Report is of the belief, social networking can be fickle and other companies with a more solid business plan and durable products, have a better chance for long term sustainability.

After all, look what happened to MySpace. One minute it was the biggest thing in social networking, the next people stopped using it and Rupert Murdoch was forced to sell it for next to nothing, compared to what he paid for it a few years prior.

Supreme Court Throws Out Walmart Sex Bias Lawsuit

As the Judiciary Report expected, the U.S. Supreme Court, has thrown out a sexual discrimination lawsuit against retailer Walmart, brought by its female employees, who are struggling to make the same promotions and pay as male counterparts.

As published here three months ago (Walmart Sex Discrimination Lawsuit At Unsympathetic Supreme Court), the Judiciary Report did not like Justice Scalia’s sarcastic and unsympathetic comments about the case, leading the site to believe, he was going to spearhead the charge to shoot down the legal petition.

This week it was announced, the lawsuit has been thrown out. Scalia is once again, defying the purpose of having checks and balances in a nation, when he sways court cases among the justices and even installed a president, as he did with Bush in 2000 (look it up, he is credited with pushing the other members of the court to rule the presidency belonged to Bush, not Gore).

Once again, the Judiciary Report’s statements regarding the Supreme Court and Federal Courts, routinely siding against everyday people, many of whom have been terribly victimized, in favor of large corporations, has been proven correct.

It’s a pity, because if the Supreme Court and Federal Courts as a whole, had shown some integrity and backbone over the past few years, the 2008 financial crisis would not have unfolded as it did, having been halted in the court system. Instead, what the nation and the world saw, was the aforementioned courts waving through outrageous and egregious conduct by wealthy criminals robbing and defrauding the public.

There is well-documented evidence illustrating that a number of credible cases went through the courts, alleging serious financial misconduct by Wall Street corporations and ponzi schemers, such as Madoff and Stanford, but were corruptly thrown out, in favor of rich criminals that lined their bank accounts, at the expense of the middle class and lower income people.

However, they did this to their own detriment, because when financial calamity strikes a nation, the court system inevitably suffers as well, due to loss revenues and after a while, diminished importance, lighter case loads and layoffs. When people lose faith in the court system, they also turn to alternative legal services to arbitrate their grievances.

For years bloggers have facetiously renamed the fashion line belonging to Beyonce and her mom Tina Knowles, from House of Dereon to House of Derriere. Knowles senior took the line to Walmart recently and it has ended in disaster.

Several weeks after Walmart began stocking the line in its stores, sales have been so poor, the American retailer has placed the pieces on the clearance rack, retailing for $4.00 to $7.00. I kid you not. I saw it with my own eyes. They do not do this with best sellers. They do this with the stuff they can't sell and want off the shelves, to make space for merchandise people will actually pay regular price for.

I can see why the public didn't snap up the clothes from the aforementioned clothing line, as they are unattractive, unfashionable and poorly made, using substandard material. Years ago, the New York Post, called Tina Knowles' designs Versace rip-offs made with cheap material. The Knowles don't have a knack for fashion. Why they haven't come to this realization is anyone's guess.

Walmart Sex Discrimination Lawsuit At Unsympathetic Supreme Court

According to ABC News, the U.S. Supreme Court, looked at Walmart employees with great skepticism for filing suit against the retail giant for sexual discrimination. The Judiciary Report is concerned Walmart employees are not going to get a fair shake at the Supreme Court, who usually sides with the rich.

However, employee after employee at Walmart are telling the same story, of men being paid twice as much and being promoted over females. This cannot be a coincidence, but culture at the company. Everyone should be treated equally in the workplace. Advancement should solely be based on achievement, not gender.

I read a distressing article today that has left me upset. No, not Obama's plummeting approval ratings, due to unemployment (hey, I told him so). I read banks are going to hike ATM fees to $5 per transaction. To think, after I gave them my $20 to manage, this is how those traitors at the bank repay me.

It's not that I'm cheap ok, it is because I'm cheap, but I don't like ATM fees. I go to great lengths to avoid them. I am the queen of dodging ATM fees. I'm the Pele, Jackie Robinson, Michael Jordan and Dan Marino of dodging ATM fees - nobody does it better than me.

This means I'm the queen of cash back. That's right. I'm the fool holding up the line at Walmart and Walgreens, using the debit card checkout machine as an ATM. I will buy Tic Tacs and a diet soda and get the maximum amount of cash back available ($40-$100). I have turned it into an art form.

If I do use the ATM, it is the one attached to my bank, to avoid said fee. Why? if you have to run to an ATM every time you need money, you're going to rack up $20.00 or more in fees every month, which could be better spent on something else.

A disturbed man was arrested for urinating on steaks in the meat section of a local Wal-Mart in the U.S. state of Ohio. Dude took out $600 worth of steaks with this misbehavior. You know, they do have bathrooms at Wal-Mart. No need to pee on the produce.

According to Lt. Linda Brown of the Canton Police Department, Robert T. Jenkins, 21, of Canton, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Friday morning and charges with felony vandalism and disorderly conduct.

Police say Jenkins was arrested after they responded to a call from an employee at the Wal-Mart store on Atlantic Blvd. NE, claiming a man walked up to the meat counter and began urinating on the steaks, destroying more than $600 dollars in meat...

Mistress Sues Shaq For Harassment - Part 2

NBA mistress, Vanessa Lopez, has sued basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal, for harassment and hacking. The 20 page lawsuit filed by famous attorney, Gloria Allred, accuses O'Neal of orchestrating a campaign of harassment against Lopez, when she thought she was pregnant with his child.

She alleges O'Neal arranged for her cell phone to be hacked and spoofed. She also states in her lawsuit, the basketball player arranged for his sisters to call and threaten her, not to tell his wife, Shaunie O'Neal, about his infidelity. That is contradictory, as Lopez claims O'Neal told her he has an open marriage. Therefore, why would his wife be angry at finding out about a mistress. That doesn't make any sense.

If he did indeed have her phone hacked and spoofed that would be unlawful. She should release proof of those allegations.

What concerns me is Lopez's credibility issue, as she has had sexual affairs and legal run-ins with four NBA basketball players she slept with during the same, general time period. Each affair ending in police involvement. There are women who've had sexual relationships with more than one athlete and it didn't require police involvement. So, what happened here?

Lopez was even accused of taking basketball player Kenyon Martin's credit card after a one night stand and charging almost $7,000 in clothes to it from Candy Couture, without his permission, in the manner of a gold digger. Wow, she didn't shop at K-Mart. Get the joke? Kenyon Martin's nickname is K-Mart. So who's Wal-Mart, then? And is there a Target in the NBA too?
