88-Year-Old Woman Being Deported From Britain To Possible Death In Her Home Country
Lydia Werrit
88-year-old Zimbabwean, Lydia Werritt is being deported from Britain, where she has lived for several years, for failing to renew her visa. Werrit, fled Zimbabwe from President Mugabe’s violent henchmen, who seized her farm and reportedly threatened her very life.
Many members of the public, including the Judiciary Report, are beseeching the British government not to deport her. That’s not what Britain is about. By all means, deport the violent criminals, but not a granny who fled her homeland for safety reasons after being persecuted.
I am well aware Britain has experienced a massive swell in immigration, but an elderly woman who could face death must be the exception to deportation rules, as her very life is on the line. The British government has openly denounced the violence associated with Mugabe administration. To send her back would be to unintentionally comply with it. You’re better than that.

Zimbabwe's First Lady Spending Money Like It's Water
Grace Mugabe
Zimbabwe's First Lady, Grace Mugabe, has been spending copious sums of money from the national treasury, while the people of her nation suffer in poverty and pain. Her husband, Robert Mugabe, has allowed her to loot the nation's coffers.
Grace and Robert Mugabe. She was his married secretary, then became his mistress, then wife.
She has built lavish palaces, each worth tens of millions of dollars, while her countrymen go hungry and some homeless. Grace Mugabe has repeatedly spent six figures on lavish shopping trips in Europe and Hong Kong, so much so, she was specifically named in international sanctions levied against her husband, due to this habit.
The dining room of the latest palace Grace Mugabe built at a cost of $26,000,000
At the end of the day, this is not public service, but thievery. When one takes far more from one's nation than one gives, one is a spendthrift not fit for office. There's no way to pretty it up. One cannot claim to love one's country and demand it underwrite a lavish lifestyle at the expense of the poor. To know the plight of one's destitute countrymen and live like one is rich, by using State funds, with the attitude money is no object, speaks to the poorness of one's heart.

African Nations Seek Death Penalty For Gays
Perez Hilton
Zimbabwe has begun expelling gays from school, while Rwanda has joined fellow African nation, Uganda, is forging ahead with a push to criminalize homosexuality.
Um hmm. Certain Hollywood gay campaigners love talking smack about Jamaica, where homosexuality is not even a punishable crime, getting your little pink man panties all in a knot, over the misconduct of a handful of people, yet look at this, there are countries seeking to give gays the death penalty.
Rwanda Parliament Follows Uganda in Plan to Criminalize Homosexual Acts
Wednesday December 16, 2009 - KIGALI, Rwanda, December 16, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Rwandan Parliament is now considering legislation that would amend the country's penal code to criminalize homosexual acts, and would impose prison sentences and heavy fines on individuals convicted of engaging in or promoting homosexual behavior.
The International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission reports that the proposed text of Article 217 of the draft Penal Code Act defines offenders as "[a]ny person who practices, encourages or sensitises people of the same sex, to sexual relation or any sexual practice." ...
Rwanda's Senate will likely take up the measure in early 2010.
The push to criminalize homosexual acts in Rwanda follows upon Uganda's push for an "Anti-Homosexuality Bill of 2009." An earlier version of that bill included a mandate of the death sentence or life imprisonment for sexually-active homosexuals living with HIV, or in cases of same-sex rape...
