Zimbabwe has begun expelling gays from school, while Rwanda has joined fellow African nation, Uganda, is forging ahead with a push to criminalize homosexuality.

Um hmm. Certain Hollywood gay campaigners love talking smack about Jamaica, where homosexuality is not even a punishable crime, getting your little pink man panties all in a knot, over the misconduct of a handful of people, yet look at this, there are countries seeking to give gays the death penalty.

Rwanda Parliament Follows Uganda in Plan to Criminalize Homosexual Acts

Wednesday December 16, 2009 - KIGALI, Rwanda, December 16, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Rwandan Parliament is now considering legislation that would amend the country's penal code to criminalize homosexual acts, and would impose prison sentences and heavy fines on individuals convicted of engaging in or promoting homosexual behavior.

The International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission reports that the proposed text of Article 217 of the draft Penal Code Act defines offenders as "[a]ny person who practices, encourages or sensitises people of the same sex, to sexual relation or any sexual practice." ...
