Megan Fox To Model Underwear

Megan Fox

Vapid actress, Megan Fox, of the successful "Jennifer's Body" film franchise (haha), is to model underwear for clothing line, Armani. How is that any different from what she traipses around Hollywood in for the paparazzi.

The deal is also thought to include jeans ads, which is ironic, as Megan, much like Rihanna, doesn't have a behind, as much as they try to turn around and stick it out for the cameras. You want a jeans model, you hire someone like J-Lo or Kim Kardashian.

Why are underwear models even necessary. Those ads are mostly gawked at by men and they don't buy women's underwear.

Armani makes good looking clothes, they don't need sex to sell their products. As a matter of fact, such campaigns often cheapens lines.

Megan Fox gets top dollar in Armani endorsement

LOS ANGELES — Confirming that endorsement deals still have cachet in a recession, "Transformers" star Megan Fox is pulling down a seven-figure payday to model Armani underwear and jeans.

The 23-year-old will be the new face of Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans in 2010, the Milan-based fashion house announced Wednesday...

The actress' publicity team, managers and agents approached Armani several times over the years to build the relationship. She wore Armani outfits at red carpet events and met designer Giorgio Armani at an Armani Prive fashion show in Paris this year...

Obama Visits New Orleans

Video: Obama: New Orleans Will Be Better Than Ever - The Associated Press

The aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, regarding how poorly the government addressed the rescue, clean up and stalled rebuilding, was too much for many Americans to stomach, as the Bush Administration failed across the board.

Current U.S. President, Barack Obama, visited New Orleans this week and pledged his support to the region.

Jaycee Lee Dugard's First Interview

The beautiful Jaycee Lee Dugard, 29, did her first interview, since being freed from the clutches of the pedophile psychotic, Philip Garrido, who kidnapped her at age 11.

She is living in seclusion with her family and two children, as they have not acclimated to normal life yet, which is understandable after all the terrible things they've been through.

I wish them the best in life and pray they will find faith, peace, healing, love and contentment. God bless.

"I'm so happy to be back with my family," she tells PEOPLE.

Now living in seclusion with her mom, Terry Probyn, 50, and the two daughters – Angel, 15, and Starlit, 11 – fathered by her alleged kidnapper, Phillip Garrido, Dugard, 29, has begun the slow process of recovery. She rides horses, cooks meals and is thinking of collaborating on a book.

"They live a surprisingly normal life, considering the circumstances," says Terry's stepmother, Joan Curry.

Court Clerk Lists Britney Spears As Dead

Britney still crazy

One of the clerks for the conservatorship of schizophrenic pop star, Britney Spears, filed court documents in the case this week listing her as "deceased." How eerie. It's rather ironic, considering how dangerous Spears' behavior has been over the past few years.

That conservatorship did wonders for Britney's weave (not really)

Britney Spears -- ALIVE AND WELL!!!!!

Posted Oct 14th 2009 - Boy, knock us over with a feather. We just pulled court documents that say Britney Spears is deceased! But don't panic -- it's not true. Just a little secretarial mess up.

The docs were filed last Friday in Britney's conservatorship case. The lawyers were asking the judge to restate an order, keeping various business records confidential.

But the first page reads, "In re the Conservatorship of the Person and Estate of BRITNEY JEAN SPEARS, Deceased."...

Man Plays Donkey Kong With Leona Lewis

The "Bleeding Love" Singer...Bleeding Blood

A man played "Donkey Kong" ("Punch Out") with 24-year-old, Sony singer Leona Lewis, at the book signing for her autobiography.

A 29-year-old man, waited in line for five hours, gave her his copy of her book to sign and as she looked up after doing so, he clocked her on the side of her head by her eye, giving her a full punch.

Her bodyguards then tackled him to the floor. It's a good thing her bodyguards were there protecting her, otherwise someone could have punched her in the face (slow). Where's Kevin Costner when you need him.

Her spokesman that witnessed the attack stated, the attacker said nothing before and after punching her, while others saw him smirking. He was detained under the Mental Health Act in London and is due to appear in court on October 26, 2009.

A commenter in a feedback section on another site, quipped regarding the attacker, "Who let Chris Brown in?" It's amazing how much of a punchline he has become since beating Rihanna back.

While, there's nothing funny about domestic violence, Lewis is one of the most indistinct personalities in pop music, who's now singing stolen music, as mentioned three days ago, therefore many are scratching their heads at her allegedly authoring a biography, wondering how much there is to tell.

Leona Lewis Punched by Man at Book Event

A man was arrested after allegedly punching pop songstress Leona Lewis at a book signing in London, the BBC reported.

Lewis, 24, was signing copies of her autobiography, Dreams, for about 90 minutes Wednesday when "a guy came up and punched her to the side of the head," Lewis' spokesman told the BBC. "Leona's understandably badly shaken and apologizes to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings for."

According to a witness, "[the attacker] walked up there with the book, she signed it and, as she looked up, he just punched her." Another onlooker said: "She was running out with her hand over her eye and I just saw a man on the floor." ...

Suggestions For Rihanna's New Album Title

Rihanna

The Judiciary Report has a couple suggestions for the title of Rihanna's new album. It should reflect who she is as a musician and her lack of style.

She could call the album "Forehead" or "Good Girl Forehead Gone Bad."

Obama Says Health Care Bill Not Perfect

"Video: Obama :Health Care Bill "Not Perfect"

U.S. President Barack Obama issued a speech yesterday on the merits and faults of the current health care bill that senators are battling it out over in Congress, with the Democrats in favor of it and Republicans firmly against it.

Whistling the lyric, "Me and my shadow strolling down the avenue"

Lone Republican Senator, Olympia Snowe, pictured above, has sided with the Democrats on health care, much to the dismay of her party.

Text of the President's speech as provided by the Associated Press:

Good afternoon. Today we reached a critical milestone in our effort to reform our health care system. After many months of thoughtful deliberation, the fifth and final committee responsible for health care reform has passed a proposal that has both Democratic and Republican support.

This effort was made possible by the tireless efforts of Chairman Max Baucus and the other members of the Senate Finance Committee. It's a product of vigorous debate and difficult negotiations.

After the consideration of hundreds of amendments, it includes ideas from both Democrats and Republicans, which is why it enjoys the support of people from both parties. And I want to particularly thank Senator Olympia Snowe for both the political courage and the seriousness of purpose that she's demonstrated throughout this process.

Now, this bill is not perfect, and we have a lot of difficult work ahead of us. There's still significant details and disagreements to be worked out over the next several weeks as the five separate bills from the Senate and the House are merged into one proposal.

But I do believe the work of the Senate Finance Committee has brought us significantly closer to achieving the core objectives I laid out early in September.

Most importantly, this bill goes a long way towards offering security to those who have insurance and affordable options for those who don't. It reins in some of the worst practices of the insurance industry, like the denial of coverage due to preexisting conditions.

It also sets up an insurance exchange that will make coverage affordable for those who don't currently have it. And, as the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office has certified, it will slow the growth of health care costs in the long term, and it will not add a penny to our deficit.

The committee's progress over the past several weeks is the culmination of work by all five committees and numerous members of Congress over the better part of this year. We've reached out to stakeholders across the spectrum -- doctors and nurses, businesses and workers, hospitals and even drug companies -- and we've considered a wide variety of ideas and proposals in an effort to find common ground.

As a result of these efforts, we are now closer than ever before to passing health reform. But we're not there yet.

Now's not the time to pat ourselves on the back. Now's not the time to offer ourselves congratulations. Now's the time to dig in and work even harder to get this done.

And in this final phase, I hope that we will continue to engage each other with the spirit of civility and seriousness that has brought us this far and this subject deserves.

I commend the chairman and the committee's members for their achievement and the example that they've set. And I look forward to continuing to work with Congress in the weeks ahead. We are going to get this done.

Thank you very much, everybody.

U.S. Dollar Out As World Reserve Currency

The Decimation Of The Dollar

The U.S. dollar deteriorated again this week, as banks worldwide reportedly opted to make the Euro and the Yen their reserve currency. The Judiciary Report has been warning for the better part of the year, about the dangers of the U.S. Treasury printing up excessive sums of money and the inflationary and budgetary risks it poses.

U.S. President Barack Obama

This was a time for the government to save, not spend. A tax increase of a few percent on the rich, would have brought in more government income, to balance things out. The government is piling up too much debt with too little income to compensate for the drastic spending.

Dollar loses reserve status to yen & euro

Last Updated: 3:16 AM, October 13, 2009 - Ben Bernanke's dollar crisis went into a wider mode yesterday as the greenback was shockingly upstaged by the euro and yen, both of which can lay claim to the world title as the currency favored by central banks as their reserve currency.

Over the last three months, banks put 63 percent of their new cash into euros and yen -- not the greenbacks -- a nearly complete reversal of the dollar's onetime dominance for reserves, according to Barclays Capital. The dollar's share of new cash in the central banks was down to 37 percent -- compared with two-thirds a decade ago.

Currently, dollars account for about 62 percent of the currency reserve at central banks -- the lowest on record, said the International Monetary Fund. Bernanke could go down in economic history as the man who killed the greenback on the operating table.

After printing up trillions of new dollars and new bonds to stimulate the US economy, the Federal Reserve chief is now boxed into a corner battling two separate monsters that could devour the economy -- ravenous inflation on one hand, and a perilous recession on the other.

"He's in a crisis worse than the meltdown ever was," said Peter Schiff, president of Euro Pacific Capital. "I fear that he could be the Fed chairman who brought down the whole thing."...

The Large Hadron Collider

The Large Hadron Collider (Photo credit: The New York Times)

The Large Hadron Collider project, which seeks to unravel time and the human molecular structure, has met with numerous problems, such as malfunctions to the hardware, but namely one of its chief scientists being arrested for ties to Al Qaeda. Yes, really. Some are questioning if the projects is doomed.

Time as the world knows it is fixed by God and as such is not moveable. Scientists need to find a balance between knowledge, experimentation and respect for the supernatural aspects of life, mysteries that should remain with God, as He sees fit.

Is the Large Hadron Collider Already Doomed by Fate?

Tom Goldman posted on 13 Rocktober 2009 0:49 am - A mind-blowing theory from two distinguished physicists speculates that the Large Hadron Collider may have been doomed from the beginning due to its very function.

The Large Hadron Collider is a particle accelerator that could be immensely useful to scientists for a variety of reasons, including the testing of hyperdrive theories. One primary focus of the giant machine has been the discovery of the Higgs Boson particle, an as of yet undiscovered or observed quantum component that is said to give mass to all particles, including itself. Holger Bech Nielsen, of the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, and Masao Ninomiya of the Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics in Kyoto, Japan, have theorized that the LHC could be doomed because of the possibility that it might actually create a Higgs Boson, which is rippling backwards through time to stop this from ever occurring.

Just when you thought this business with the LHC couldn't get any weirder/cooler, now we've thrown a little time travel into the mix. Before you write this theory off, keep in mind that many physicists believe the laws of physics are reversible. Einstein himself has said "For those of us who believe in physics, this separation between past, present and future is only an illusion."...

Finally, if Dr. Nielsen and Dr. Ninomiya's theory is correct, it could also explain why the DeLorean DMC-12 failed despite its sleek stainless steel body and awesome gull-wing doors. Clearly, we are not meant to go 88 miles per hour, leaving tire tracks of flame in our wake.

Rihanna Rearing To Release Ridiculous Record

Rihanna, looking like a prostitute

R&B singer, Rihanna, who physically attacked her boyfriend this year for cheating on her and he unconscionably beat her back in return, resulting in a criminal case that left his audience bitter towards her, is gearing up for the release of a new album.

Chris Brown

She has spent most of her time over the last several months, aimlessly wandering around on public streets wearing expensive designer clothes and jewels, purchased via copyright infringing albums, put together with the assistance of her married boyfriend Jay-Z (click here and here). Jay-Z is married to singer, Beyonce, whose audience dislikes Rihanna over her adulterous conduct.

Other unsavory revelations regarding Rihanna have come to light this year as well. In light of these incidents and divided audiences, many are wondering how her forthcoming CD will fare in the sales department.

FIRST PUBLISHED: October 13, 2009 8:59 PM EDT - Rihanna is gearing up to release some new music, at least that’s what her recent Twitter post suggests.

“The Wait Is Ova,” she wrote, on Tuesday, presumably about her the follow up to her last studio album, 2007’s “Good Girl Gone Bad.”

Rihanna ended her post with a date — “Nov 23 09.” Coincidentally, Rihanna’s ex, Chris Brown, who received court ordered community labor, counseling and fines after pleading no contest to felony assault on the pop star earlier this year, is also gearing up to release a new effort...

Godfather Director Laments Hollywood's Fall

Francis Ford Coppola

"Godfather" director, Francis Ford Coppola, lamented the fate of Hollywood, stating the industry is dying and it will create mergers, combining the last few studios into three groups.

If Hollywood would stop being so irresponsible with its stars accumulating cases for assault, DUI and copyright theft, maybe audiences would be more inclined to support Tinseltown.

It's not a good look, when the Madonnas, Lindsay Lohans, Paris Hiltons, Britney Spears, Tom Cruises, the Quaids are caught engaging in vile behavior, the public has grown weary of. The public does not like supporting crazy people and or thieves.

Furthermore, look what Hollywood is giving the world in the way of entertainment. Sick gory films, perverted comedies that no one gets and viciously violent action films. People don't like walking away from a theater feeling emotionally unwell, for what they've just viewed.

Francis Ford Coppola Sees Cinema World Falling Apart: Interview

Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- “The cinema as we know it is falling apart,” says Francis Ford Coppola.

“It’s a period of incredible change,” says the director of “The Godfather” and “Apocalypse Now.” “We used to think of six, seven big film companies. Every one of them is under great stress now. Probably two or three will go out of business and the others will just make certain kind of films like ‘Harry Potter’ -- basically trying to make ‘Star Wars’ over and over again, because it’s a business.”

Coppola, 70, sporting a dark suit, is being interviewed in the Lebanese capital Beirut, where his latest movie “Tetro” opened the Beirut Film Festival after premiering at the Cannes Film Festival this year.

“Cinema is losing the public’s interest,” says Coppola, “because there is so much it has to compete with to get people’s time.”

The profusion of leisure activities; the availability of movies on copied DVD and on the Internet; and news becoming entertainment are reshaping the industry, he says. Companies have combined businesses as customers turn to cheap downloads rather than visit shops or movie theaters.

“I think the cinema is going to live off into something more related to a live performance in which the filmmaker is there, like the conductor of an opera used to be,” Coppola says. “Cinema can be interactive, every night it can be a little different.”...
