Man Who Filmed The Brutal Alton Sterling Murder By Louisiana Police Secretly Arrested And Shackled

Atlanta man, Chris LeDay, was unjustly arrested by police, in an act of revenge, after he posted shocking video online, revealing police officer, Blane Salamoni, mercilessly shooting and killing Alton Sterling in Louisiana. LeDay works at Dobbins Air Reserve Base. LeDay stated police detained him simply stating he fit the description of someone, but initially would not say regarding what crime.

LeDay was handcuffed and shackled like a murderer and told it was in reference to “unpaid traffic tickets.” It is highly unusual to shackle someone for parking tickets. The government is being nasty to LeDay over doing his civic duty in exposing a terrible crime - murder. To single out LeDay for such treatment is discriminatory and abusive. When police engage in such behavior, it only makes the problem worse. LeDay spent the night in jail and was hit with $1,231 in fines.

LeDay did not film the shooting, but did upload it to the internet. LeDay and the person who filmed the video did nothing wrong. The law permits people to film such incidents in public settings. The government needs to concentrate on the police officer that killed Sterling - Blane Salamoni. His partner, Howie Leake II, should also be prosecuted for contributing to the murder of a citizen in acts of police brutality.

Man Who Posted Alton Sterling Shooting Video Has Been Arrested By Police

July 10, 2016 - 24 Hours after the footage of Alton Sterling being shot and killed by Baton Rouge police went viral, the man who initially posted the clip online has had his own brush with law enforcement. Chris LeDay, an Atlanta native who did not film the shooting video but was the first person to post it online, helped the story gain national attention when he shared it on his Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts. As the story began to circulate into being front page news, LeDay was arrested while on the way to his job at Dobbins Air Reserve Base.

Recalling the incident on his Facebook page, LeDay believes his arrest was retaliation for sharing the clip. Speaking with the blog Photography Is Not A Crime, he says that he was detained by military and civilian police officers and told that he fit the description of someone who is wanted for battery. After being handcuffed and shackled, he was taken to the police station where he was reportedly told that he was arrested for unpaid traffic tickets...

Obama Spites Israel By Declassifying And Publishing Their Secret Nuclear Program

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama has spitefully and vindictively declassified a top secret Israeli nuclear program out of revenge, after he was exposed in the press for unethically tampering with the Israel national election, in a failed bid at getting Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, kicked out of office.

The unprecedented disclosure was released by Obama’s Department of Defense on his orders. The documents contain 386 pages of documents exposing Israel‘s nuclear program in detail, while redacting secret information about other nations, which proves it was done out of spite. Is it really a good idea to spite one of America’s allies. What will that accomplish. As the Judiciary Report has maintained all week, President Obama is anti-Semitic [President Obama Meddled In The Israeli Election Trying To Get Benjamin Netanyahu Kicked Out Of Office (Video)].

US Declassifies Document Revealing Israel's Nuclear Program

First Publish: 3/25/2015, 8:00 PM  - US Declassifies Document Revealing Israel's Nuclear Program. Obama revenge for Netanyahu's Congress talk? 1987 report on Israel's top secret nuclear program released in unprecedented move. In a development that has largely been missed by mainstream media, the Pentagon early last month quietly declassified a Department of Defense top-secret document detailing Israel's nuclear program, a highly covert topic that Israel has never formally announced to avoid a regional nuclear arms race, and which the US until now has respected by remaining silent.

But by publishing the declassified document from 1987, the US reportedly breached the silent agreement to keep quiet on Israel's nuclear powers for the first time ever, detailing the nuclear program in great depth. The timing of the revelation is highly suspect, given that it came as tensions spiraled out of control between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and US President Barack Obama ahead of Netanyahu's March 3 address in Congress, in which he warned against the dangers of Iran's nuclear program and how the deal being formed on that program leaves the Islamic regime with nuclear breakout capabilities.

Another highly suspicious aspect of the document is that while the Pentagon saw fit to declassify sections on Israel's sensitive nuclear program, it kept sections on Italy, France, West Germany and other NATO countries classified, with those sections blocked out in the document. The 386-page report entitled "Critical Technological Assessment in Israel and NATO Nations" gives a detailed description of how Israel advanced its military technology and developed its nuclear infrastructure and research in the 1970s and 1980s.

Israel is "developing the kind of codes which will enable them to make hydrogen bombs. That is, codes which detail fission and fusion processes on a microscopic and macroscopic level," reveals the report, stating that in the 1980s Israelis were reaching the ability to create bombs considered a thousand times more powerful than atom bombs. The revelation marks a first in which the US published in a document a description of how Israel attained hydrogen bombs.

The report also notes research laboratories in Israel "are equivalent to our Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore and Oak Ridge National Laboratories," the key labs in developing America's nuclear arsenal. Israel's nuclear infrastructure is "an almost exact parallel of the capability currently existing at our National Laboratories," it adds. "As far as nuclear technology is concerned the Israelis are roughly where the U.S. was in the fission weapon field in about 1955 to 1960," the report reveals, noting a time frame just after America tested its first hydrogen bomb.

Institute for Defense Analysis, a federally funded agency operating under the Pentagon, penned the report back in 1987. Aside from nuclear capabilities, the report revealed Israel at the time had "a totally integrated effort in systems development throughout the nation," with electronic combat all in one "integrated system, not separated systems for the Army, Navy and Air Force." It even acknowledged that in some cases, Israeli military technology "is more advanced than in the U.S."

Declassifying the report comes at a sensitive timing as noted above, and given that the process to have it published was started three years ago, that timing is seen as having been the choice of the American government. US journalist Grant Smith petitioned to have the report published based on the Freedom of Information Act. Initially the Pentagon took its time answering, leading Smith to sue, and a District Court judge to order the Pentagon to respond to the request.

Smith, who heads the Institute for Research: Middle East Policy, reportedly said he thinks this is the first time the US government has officially confirmed that Israel is a nuclear power, a status that Israel has long been widely known to have despite being undeclared...

Usher Gets Back At Ex-Wife For Demanding He Take A Drug Test Over Cocaine Use

Kicking Her And The Kids Out!

Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster

Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of singer, Usher Raymond, is finding out fast just how much their relationship has deteriorated. Months ago Foster demanded Raymond take a drug test regarding cocaine use, as leverage in their custody and alimony court dispute. The singer is still holding it against her.

Usher has called in a realtor to sell the $3,000,000 Roswell, Georgia mansion Foster is living in with his two sons and her children from a previously marriage. Foster is enraged over his decision, as she could be forced to vacate the home in 60 days, depending on when the property sells. If he wants to be really nasty, he may evict her and his children before the property has a buyer.

Raymond doesn't even live in the home and has other properties, but is being mean to Foster in what is typical Hollywood behavior. Foster is not nice either, but considering his kids live in the house, you would think he wouldn't be so spiteful in kicking them all out.
