Singers Raz-B And Quindon Tarver Talk About Being Raped As Teens By Marques Houston And Chris Stokes

A very disturbing video has been posted to World Star Hip Hop, featuring former teen singers, Raz-B of B2K and Quindon Tarver, speaking in graphic, explicit detail about being raped as 13-year-olds, by actor/singer, Marques Houston and manager, Chris Stokes (link contains explicit content).

Houston was the former leader singer of 1992 pre-teen group, Immature, who became known as IMX, when they came of age. Music producer and manager, Chris Stokes, was in his mid-twenties when he allegedly began raping a pre-teen Houston, as his mother, Carolyn Houston, lay dying of cancer.

Stokes, allegedly turned Houston into a pedophile, who raped newer artists Stokes signed a few years later, for the music manager's sexual gratification. Oddly enough, early in the group's career, a young man in his mid-teens named Don "Half Pint" Santos, mysteriously fled the band and was replaced by another teenage boy in 1994, Kelton "LDB" Kessee.

Chris Stokes released a photo of an underage Immature in bed, wearing nothing but their underwear, for a 1990's promo photo, which should have tipped people off that something was very wrong (the photo has been blacked out by the Judiciary Report).

The aforementioned video posted online today, contains claims that in the mid-nineties, Stokes made an "uncircumcised" Houston, anally rape 13-year-old, Quindon Tarver, as he lay in the bed beside them and watched. At twenty-something Stokes' request, 13-year-old Houston tried to get Tarver to perform oral sex on him and the teen refused.

Tarver stated it was painful and caused him to bleed from his anus. Tarver further said, even though he protested, Houston and Stokes, did not stop the illegal sodomy. Stokes, then dropped the child star from his music production company TUG and lied to the major label with whom he had a subsidiary deal, telling them Tarver could no longer sing and was messing up his lines.

And just like that, his career was over. Tarver, who had a hit single entitled "On My Mind" and a debut album, was featured in Madonna's "Like A Prayer" video and performed the lead tracks to the multi-million grossing Hollywood film "Romeo and Juliet" which starred Leonardo DiCaprio, vanished from the music scene, with no explanation given. This was quite odd, as artists do not get dropped by labels when they have hit music, as Tarver did in the 1990s. His promising young career was ended by Stokes, because he protested being molested.

Stokes later signed B2K, in 2001, who became a national hit. He included cousin Raz-B in the group, where it is alleged, he began molesting the youth at age 13. It is also alleged he molested Raz-B's brother, singer, Ricky Romance. B2K disbanded within a few short years, at the height of their fame, due to infighting, the true nature of which was hidden from the public. Once again, it is very strange for a group to break up and be dropped by their label at the height of their success, but it is being said, Raz-B, tired of the molestation, wanted out.

Once again, why are these claims against Chris Stokes going uninvestigated. Where is the LAPD? Where is the FBI? These alleged crimes were committed against 13-year-old boys, who were transported across state lines, all over America, where they were allegedly raped and sodomized.

These are very serious federal crimes as well as violations of local laws in a number of U.S. states. What's equally troubling is Chris Stokes continues to work in Hollywood among very young people he seeks out for music and film deals.

No. The main person to blame is Barack Obama, as he knows right from wrong, but let himself be talked into a financially foolish course of action, which has failed to repair and reinvigorate America's severely damaged economy. Obama has also made poor moral choices in office as well, reneging on promises regarding no-bid contracts and transparency. He has become a cover-up king.

Obama's presidency has been hinging on the success or failure of the U.S. economy. Rather than undertake the most prudent political plan of significant, government-wide budget cuts and terminating wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, he has exponentially increased spending and expanded combat in the Middle East. History shall not record any of these facts well.

As the first African-American president of the United States, he also had a great obligation to black people to set a better example, than engaging in exorbitant spending and reneging on campaign promises. Now he is just like every other untrustworthy politician. Furthermore, for Obama to state he would rather be a one term president and do what he wants, as damaging as it maybe, is unsound. A wise and prudent two term president can accomplish much more, than a one term president voted out, with his policies subsequently repealed.

The Judiciary Report does not agree with all of the policies of the Democrats nor is the site in agreement with all the initiatives of the Republicans. Both parties have some good and bad about them. However, at the end of the day, if they can't work together for the good of the people, with parties bragging about who is in charge and enacting detrimental policies, you know who loses the most in the end, America. At a time when things are this bad, you would think they could constructively put their differences aside.

Sterger's lawyer, who has been speaking to the press, sounds like he is wheeling and dealing on her behalf, meaning she wants money and publicity. I have it on very good authority, Sterger hopes to parlay this distasteful episode into a reality show and film career. Sterger's attorney stated to the press "all options are on the table" in the matter, which is lawyer speak for a monetary settlement from Favre to shut up and destroy the telephonic evidence against him. Favre faces a possible suspension over the case.

The Judiciary Report feels sympathy for Favre’s wife and children, who are being put through an awful ordeal that was completely avoidable. Sterger did not have to egotistically release the uncensored penis pics in question, as anyone, including children, innocently searching online for the name "Brett Favre" will be accosted by photos of said crown jewels. Favre also did not have to adulterously pursue Sterger.

Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, stated in writing to authorities, if she is in rehab for any significant period of time, it will destroy her career (what career). The only reason convict Lohan submitted to rehab at the Betty Ford Clinic in California these past two weeks, is to avoid jail for up to one year, which is what she was eligible for on chronic probation violations, under current sentencing guidelines.

Probation officers are of the belief, Lohan could die from her raging addiction, but she does not care, stating she needs to be free from rehab and jail, for the sake of her career as an actress and designer.

This is one of the many reasons people shouldn't do drugs. They lose touch with reality when things have fallen to pieces around them. Lohan's career as an actress is almost non-existent, as she is an unpredictable insurance risk that most people do not wish to hire.

The Judiciary Report is not surprised by her statements valuing her career over her very life. Her statements should also explain much to the public, regarding her reckless conduct that keeps going from bad to worse. She doesn't care if she dies, which is a mindset no human being should adopt.

Music listeners didn't appreciate the wack throwback, which wasn't even an original 20-years ago, having been stolen from the preexisting film "Metropolis."
