Michael Jackson’s Doctor Applies To Get License Back But Should It Be Reinstated

Conrad Murray

Conrad Murray, the former doctor who overdosed the late pop star Michael Jackson on the anesthetic Propofol was sentenced to 4-years-in jail, has served half that time and is about to be released due to overcrowding. In anticipation of his release, Murray has applied to have his medical license reinstated, as it was revoked due to Jackson’s death.

Michael Jackson

Yes, doctors make mistakes, as they are human too, but this was gross negligence of the highest order. Murray showed exceptionally bad judgment in a manner that illustrated he should not be trusted with a medical license. His application for reinstatement should be declined. Pronto!

IRS Slaps Jermaine Dupri With Another Massive Tax Lien

Jermaine Dupri

Former rapper and music producer, Jermaine Dupri has been hit with another massive tax lien from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The IRS just loves you (um, no they don't). Previously, Dupri borrowed $4,000,000 against his music catalog (is it really worth that) to pay the IRS and state taxes in Georgia. Suntrust has sued him stating he defaulted on the loan.

Now the IRS is back with a vengeance stating Dupri is delinquent on his taxes again and $800,000 is owed to the agency. Maybe Dupri can call his ex-girlfriend, Janet Jackson, whom he cheated on with a stripper he knocked up and ask her to borrow money now that she's married a billionaire (sarcasm).

At the height of Dupri's fame he was very cocky with his money, rubbing people's faces in it. He treated a number of people in the industry badly, resulting in lawsuits for theft and fraud. Dupri's burned many people and now his lavish lifestyle he stole from a number of writers and producers to maintain has caught up with him.

Michael Jackson’s Daughter Paris Jackson Hospitalized After Attempting Suicide

Paris Jackson

15-year-old Paris Jackson was rushed to the hospital at 2AM this morning, after attempting to kill herself. She is the adopted daughter of the late king of pop Michael Jackson, as stated by her mother, Debbie Row. Paris has been showing signs she is increasingly troubled, since the time of her dad’s death from a drug overdose. This coupled with family problems, such as both her grandparents, Joe and Katharine Jackson, suffering strokes, the family fighting over custody and money from the singer’s estate, has not been easy for Paris and her siblings, Prince and Blanket.

Paris Jackson

Paris has been working towards becoming an actress in Hollywood and has been going through a rebellious phase, such as listening to satanic rock music. It is believed the night before she tried to kill herself, her family told her she was not allowed to go to a concert being held by satanist, Marilyn Manson, who features Nazism and homosexual oral sex in his show (even engaging in gay oral sex in front of his parents, who were in the audience). When told she could not attend the concert, Paris reportedly went to her room crying and slammed the door. Shortly after argument, she was rushed to the hospital after attempting suicide. It is being stated she has attempted suicide before, but nothing this serious.

Debbie Row and Michael Jackson after an anonymous donor impregnated her. During a custody dispute, Row stated in official documents that Paris and Prince Jackson are not Michael Jackson's biological children.

Years prior to Michael Jackson’s death, the Judiciary Report wrote of his drug addiction problems. When it was announced Michael was hospitalized, the Judiciary Report wrote it was due to a drug overdose, which was later confirmed with the announcement of his death: Pop Singer Michael Jackson Has Died (Mentions Prescription Pill Overdose Before He Was Pronounced Dead). Jackson’s children were raised in an environment where drugs were present from the day they were born, as were other music industry vices.

Blanket, Prince, Paris and Katharine Jackson

It brought negative things into their lives and spiritual problems, though it was not Jackson’s intention. They also know drugs killed their dad at an early age, as 49 is too young to die. If they fail to learn from the tragedy behind their dad’s death, the Judiciary Report is afraid they shall pass away young as well. Jackson’s kids are in emotional and spiritual danger, but the family is too busy fighting over money, the root of all evil, to stop it.

The 911 call came in at 1:27 AM. We're told the caller reported a possible overdose, although a source connected to the emergency response said there were multiple cuts on one of her wrists.

On Tuesday night ... Paris posted some cryptic tweets, including, "I wonder why tears are salty?" ... and "yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though they're here to stay."

We're told she's doing ok. On May 19, Paris said, "Kurt Cobain is Jesus" during a video chat with someone ... and she posted the whole exchange on Vine.

Jermaine Dupri Set To Lose His Music Catalog Over Loan He Defaulted On

Music producer Jermaine Dupri, famous for hits by Kris Kross and Mariah Carey, is in danger of losing his million dollar music catalog. Dupri, who lives very lavishly and has lost most of his assets as a result, borrow $4,800,000 from SunTrust bank in 2009, using his music catalog as collateral, much like affiliate Michael Jackson repeatedly did with his stake in the Sony catalog.

However, where Jackson's share of the Sony catalog was worth a few hundred million dollars, Dupri's catalog is worth a few million at best and does not generate the kind of revenue needed to repay a $4,800,000 loan, after his expenses and wild spending.

Suntrust is now stating the loan is in default and suing Dupri for $1,900,000 plus interest and penalties. It's another blow in Dupri's ever widening financial problems. His Atlanta mansion went into foreclosure twice and is facing auction, he was hit with a $3,000,000 tax bill that he paid off recently, he lost his restaurant, record label and Janet Jackson, who dumped him for his cheating and married a billionaire. Dupri was also hit with costly lawsuits for copyright infringement, alleging he stole music from others.

SunTrust suing Jermaine Dupri, So So Def for $1.9M

Updated: 7:30 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 | Posted: 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013 - Atlanta music mogul Jermaine Dupri and his So So Def Productions have been sued for $1.9 million, accused by SunTrust Banks of defaulting on a loan. The lawsuit filed this week in Atlanta appears to be the latest in a string of financial challenges for the Grammy winner, one of the most prominent music producers in the nation.

In SunTrust’s lawsuit, the bank alleges that Dupri is in default and still owes money toward a $4.9 million loan from 2010. The loan is backed by copyrighted music owned by Dupri, So So Def and other businesses, as well as a building on Briarwood Court in DeKalb County that houses two recording studios.

Neither SunTrust nor Dupri, listed as Jermaine Dupri Mauldin in the court documents, immediately returned messages seeking comment Thursday. The debt originated in 2009 as part of an earlier loan that Dupri took on to pay off income tax and other liabilities, according to a separate court document...

In The Michael Jackson Case Cover Ups Indicate Crime

Michael Jackson

The death of pop singer, Michael Jackson, to a drug overdose, shocked many who did not know what was going on in his private life. He had a weakness for taking excessive amounts of pharmaceutical drugs for anxiety and sleeplessness, so much so, many doctors refused to write prescriptions for him. This vulnerability left Jackson open to exploitation, culminating in a conspiratorial death, to steal his music publishing catalog.

The preliminary hearings into his passing have centered on Dr. Conrad Murray, who supplied Jackson with a host of pharmaceutical meds. Any doctor worth his salt, would take one look at the drug list Jackson was on and see it for what is was, an rx for death.

Conrad Murray

Murray's actions do not indicate innocence. The mere fact he tried to clean up the crime scene, hid medicine bottles and bags, then deliberately deceived paramedics as to what pharma meds he pumped into Jackson, costing them valuable medical time, denotes a clear, acute awareness of criminal wrongdoing.

If he thought what he was doing was right, he would have disclosed everything to the responding paramedics and presented them with the deadly bottles of medication. Instead Murrary lied, kept silent about the bottles and bags of meds he was concealing, withheld other vital facts about Jackson's medical history. In short, he engaged in a cover up. At the end of the day, innocent people do not engage in cover-ups.

Michael Jackson Preliminary Hearing (Conrad Murray)

Michael Jackson

The preliminary hearing into the death of singer, Michael Jackson, has brought out interesting claims against his physician, Conrad Murray, who is charged with manslaughter. Surveillance video present at the home Jackson died at in lavish Bel Air, has mysteriously gone missing, as has $2,000,000 in cash the singer famously kept in garbage bags.

The Jackson family maintains, shortly before he died, the worried singer informed his mother, he was of the belief, "Someone was going to kill him...for his catalog. It's been no secret in Hollywood that Sony, who co-owns a multi-billion dollar copyrighted catalog with Jackson, resorted to some very dirty tactics in trying to gain full ownership of the copyrights contained therein.

Sony constantly made dirty deals with some of Jackson's creditors to terrorize and harass him, far beyond what one would call debt collection. Sony bribed people to bring lawsuits against Jackson, in concerted efforts to push him into a state of illiquidity and bankruptcy, making it financially difficult for him to legally protect his share of the catalog.

They were trying to break Jackson to get him out of the picture, who wiggled his way out of it, by borrowing from foreigners outside of Sony's grasp in New York. When Sony's bankruptcy campaign against Jackson didn't work, they took the misconduct up several notches. Now the man is dead under very mysterious circumstances.

The head of Sony, Howard Stringer, is a hateful, vile man that has run the company under a banner of criminal theft and ruthlessness. Stringer has been at the company for many years and in that time, the criminal conduct coming out of the corporation has gone from bad to worst.

The man is a living, breathing devil. Others apart of Sony during Jackson's tenure, such as Tommy Mottola and Donnie Einer, have engaged in criminal activity known to many in the industry. Mottola even bragged about being apart of the mafia. While at Sony, Mottola even had his security openly threaten people with acts of violence, abuse and retaliation, regardless of their age, for simply stating lawful things that displeased him.

Mottola's bodyguard once threatened to cross state lines to viciously assault and batter a minor in the industry he had defrauded. This is the type of people that have graced the hellish halls of Sony and to its disgrace. This is not a company above orchestrating the murder of someone to fully take control of copyrights that do not belong to them. They've done it in more than one case

MJ's Family -- Michael Predicted He'd Be Murdered

1/4/2011 10:32 AM PST by TMZ Staff - Michael Jackson's family claims the singer predicted his own death shortly before he died -- telling TMZ, the King of Pop was paranoid he'd be murdered ... for his incredibly valuable Sony catalog...

But a rep for Michael's family tells us the Jacksons are "absolutely mortified" by the implication that MJ took his own life -- insisting, "Michael did NOT kill himself. The rep adds, "What is incredibly ironic is that Michael told his mother shortly before he died that he thought someone was going to kill him ... and they were going to kill him for his catalog." The family is also concerned that video surveillance of Michael's last living moments -- crucial evidence in Murray's trial -- is still missing.

Michael Jackson’s New Song Sounds Old

The Michael Jackson estate has released another song by the deceased singer entitled "Much Too Soon." This one does sound like Jackson on the track. It is said to be an old recording done in the 1980s, but was never released with the "Thriller" album.

The song sound a lot like Jackson's old tune "Heal The World." The mere fact Jackson kept these songs hidden that long, without releasing them in any fashion, makes one wonder if he wanted them in the public domain at all.

Katherine Jackson Sued AEG

Katharine Jackson

Katharine Jackson, the mother of deceased pop star, Michael Jackson, recently filed suit against, AEG, the concert promoter that hired, Dr. Conrad Murray, to be the singer's physician, resulting in a prescription pill overdose and the star's untimely death.

Similarly, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been sued by Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, for wrongful death. The lawsuits are legitimate and liability does lay with the two entities, AEG and Murray. One overextended and pushed him too much, while the other over-medicated him at his request, resulting in Jackson dying from cardiac arrest.

Janet, LaToya and Rebbie Jackson

Katherine Jackson recently stated in an interview, she is of the belief, certain people wanted Jackson dead, to take his assets, namely his half of the Sony music publishing catalog, which said company has harassed and threatened him over for years, as they wished to buy him out, but he resisted.

A picture taken shortly before Jackson's death

Her statements were echoed by Jackson's sister LeToya, in a widely disseminated interview, published shortly after his death. Oh, the things some do for money. The man is dead over a copyrighted catalog. Hollywood is a terrible place. How simple entertainment devolved into such greed and avarice is astonishing and appalling.

Sony Angling To Get Jackson's Half Of Catalog

Michael Jackson

Pop singer, Michael Jackson, has not even been dead for a month and already Sony is angling to pry the other half of the music publishing catalog he co-owns with them, from his lifeless hands.

They seek to make an offer for it, while informing the press, their half is not for sale. Sony CEO, Satan incarnate, Howard Stringer, was busy responding to inquires about it at Camp Allen last week. Just pathetic.

To Mrs. Jackson and co.: do not sell it to Sony. They seek to buy you out at a discounted price, due to Jackson's untimely death, with the knowledge, the catalog is going to increase in value over time, leaving you, your son's children and his favorite charities, shortchanged.

Sony harassed, antagonized, abused, vilified, exploited and threatened your son during his life, in well documented incidents. They added to his pain. He fought tooth and nail to keep that catalog. Now that he has passed, they seek to do him this final injustice, trying to obtain the catalog for far less than it is worth.

Jackson Assets Draw the Gaze of Wall Street

Published: July 19, 2009 - ...Howard Stringer, top, Sony’s chief, and Thomas J. Barrack Jr., the head of Colony Capital, had deals with Michael Jackson.

A handful of major financial firms have made inquiries into buying the Jackson estate’s 50 percent share of Sony/ATV Music Publishing, the company that controls most of the Beatles song catalog, according to people briefed on the matter...

“Sony/ATV’s really started to gain greater value in recent years,” said Barry Massarsky, a music industry consultant who has done work for Sony/ATV and its rivals. “I’m very bullish on its prospects.”

John G. Branca, the entertainment lawyer who structured Mr. Jackson’s initial purchase of the Beatles catalog and is now one of two executors of his estate, declined to comment by e-mail on Sunday, saying only that the Jackson stake in Sony/ATV “is not for sale.”...

Mijac has an estimated worth of $50 million to $100 million and is likely to grow with the pickup in album sales since his death...

It remains possible that Sony could seek to use its option, leaving the Jackson family with a 25 percent stake in the business. Some of the private equity firms have proposed teaming with Sony to buy the remaining stake from the family, these people said...

Speculation about the Jackson stake in Sony/ATV swirled at the Allen & Company retreat for media moguls in Sun Valley this month. Several attendees said Mr. Stringer had fielded inquiries into the possibility over dinner. Mr. Saban made an informal inquiry then, these people said.

The stake is likely to continue to grow in value, and some members of the Jackson family have pondered the merits of selling. Still others have proposed eventually cobbling together a consortium to buy out Sony’s share in the publisher.
