News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch, has been obsessed with actress Sienna Miller for years. Many of his newspapers’ stories targeted her for that very reason. It went well beyond a desire to report on a popular celebrity, whom employees felt would sell papers and thus illegally spied on. It was Murdoch’s fixation with pretty Sienna that led his papers to go after her so aggressively on his orders. 

My source informed me that Murdoch wanted Miller sexually and became obsessed. However, Miller was looking at men in her own age group and bedded actor Daniel Craig (and Jude Law, among others). Murdoch became upset that the source of his obsession was actively carrying on with other men. He wanted to own her, but she was in love with others at different times.

Miller's press turned particularly cruel at Murdoch’s hands due to him being an incompetent suitor watching her pursue others. Murdoch took a greater interest in spying on Miller for voyeuristic reasons due to this fixation, well outside what his papers were doing in violating the privacy of other stars.

Miller was one of the people who’s privacy was invaded more than others due to Murdoch's obsession with her and he tried to make her suffer, as his company's misconduct touched her family life as well, when calculated things were done to her by Murdoch's papers on his instructions to make her believe her own family had betrayed her.

Murdoch turned into a real "dirty old man" when it came to Sienna and tried to punish her with terrible press over her sexual relationships he was jealous of like a stalker. Maybe if Murdoch had looked like George Clooney or an older Paul Newman he would have had a real chance with Sienna (LOL).

The News Corp phone hacking scandal has left a terrible toll on its victim. The human toll and personal damage is lasting and ugly. It has broken up many families and relationships. The knowledge and feeling of knowing you were perversely spied on, family traumas and troubles laid bare to criminals.

Being spied on by people who were not supposed to be listening to your calls, reading your emails or spying on you via what is known as "roving" mobile phone bugs and other criminal techniques, such as hacking your phone/laptop to surreptitiously turn on the camera/video camera on the units to watch you in secret.

This was all done in the name of profit and perversion by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, but it severely damaged marriages and families in the process. Designer Sadie Frost lost her marriage, when she and her husband turned on each other, wondering how so much of their private lives centered in their home, kept hitting the front pages of newspapers in scandal after scandal.

They did not realize Murdoch and his sick company News International/News Corp were invading their privacy, spying on them in their homes, then printing what they heard and saw, for financial profit. It was also revealed, Murdoch spied on Frost's then husband, actor Jude Law on American shores as well as in Britain.

Actress, Sienna Miller, began fighting with her family, believing they were selling her secrets to the tabloids, as items she only discussed with them over the phone in her home, kept ending up in Murdoch's papers. She stopped trusting her family and they turned on each other, as she believed they had betrayed her, when they had not.

There are many more examples of this in the phone hacking scandal, which is why the Murdoch family, its hackers and private investigators, a number of which have been sued in Britain in civil court. They should face significant prison sentences, for emotional trauma, destroying people's lives and businesses, stealing copyrighted property and trade secrets, via phone hacking, computer hacking and other methods of illegal invasion of privacy for profit. The terrible extremes some go to in order to greedily get undue financial gains is sick. News Corp is such a lawless and despicable company damaging the public.

The News International/News Corp phone hacking scandal broke up families in more ways than one. There's the obvious byproduct of the hacking and wiretapping of celebrities, politicians and business rivals, for scoops to publish in Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp newspapers - people's secrets get out, via illegal means, especially stories of adulterous affairs. This ended in divorce for many families.

However, there is another damaging aspect. Targets of News International/News Corp's surveillance, began turning on and fighting with family members, close friends and once trusted business associates, for selling them out to the press, when private stories only they would know, appeared in print in graphic detail.

American born British actress, Sienna Miller and Australian model, Elle Macpherson, are but two celebrities that fell victim to phone hacking destroying their relationships with people in this manner. Miller fell out with her family, believing they had betrayed her to the press, by selling stories about her private life. Macpherson fired her business manager, Mary Ellen Field, who made her millions, simultaneously destroying the woman's hard earned career in the industry, as someone who could not be trusted.

But in actuality, it was greedy, corrupt News International/News Corp behind the madness, in their vile quest for power and money at all costs, publishing the contents of people's private phone calls, emails, texts and computer documents that were criminally hacked for profit, as stories in the newspapers and on television (Sky in Britain and Fox in America).

The price of this invasiveness has been people's relationships and reputations. People turned on their own families and lifelong friends, believing the worst about them, that simply was not true. You can't play with people's lives like that. Many people went through heartbreaking scenarios and mental distress, due to Murdoch and company and they ought to pay a price for it - prison - because there is nothing legal or humane about what they did.

A year ago in the May 7, 2010 article The FBI And Mobile Phone Spying the Judiciary Report wrote of mobile phone hacking and wiretapping, warning of the negative consequences that can emanate from it:

"The U.S. Congress has failed to stop this criminal misconduct, which some of them have benefited from and illegally so. However, whether they realize it or not, the aforementioned misuse of technology, poses a severe danger to national security.

If a non-government worker or foreign entity, secretly uses the aforementioned tactics on members of Congress, they could listen into high ranking, classified, closed session meetings, simply by targeting a senator's mobile phone, with inexpensive malware and spyware.

If they target the mobile phone belonging to the family members of Congress people, they could also spy on the entire family in their home, by default and eventually hear and see things they are not entitled to under the law, which could also damage national security. After all, many people take their work home.

Even the U.S. White House could be infiltrated in this manner, via U.S. President Barack Obama's Blackberry mobile phone or those belonging to any member of his cabinet or the property's staff. "

On April 11, 2011, the Judiciary Report wrote about GPS tacking/ stalking in the Rupert Murdoch hacking and wiretapping scandal (Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Scandal Runs Way Deeper Than They Are Admitting).

The site stated, "There is also a GPS capability attached to illegal phone hacking and wiretapping, which reveals the target's location at all times. Another feature law enforcement, such as the FBI and hackers, have questionably utilized, is the surreptitious act of secretly turning on the camera of the target's mobile phone and visually spying on them through it. "

Two weeks later, on April 22, 2011, a big story broke in the mainstream press, regarding the iPhone by Apple, indefinitely storing the GPS locations and movements of users, which could be viewed by others via hacking or by law enforcement, when the unit is plugged into a computer or remotely accessed. The U.S. Congress has subpoenaed the company in the past few days. However, Apple is not the only manufacturer with this feature.

Sienna Miller is one of Murdoch's many victims. He has apologized, but many are not swayed.

Once again, the Judiciary Report has been proven right in its claims. Media baron, Rupert Murdoch, chairman of News Corp and News International, has proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that he cannot be trusted. His companies are mired in a terrible, criminal invasion of privacy scandal, which involves phone hacking and wiretapping.

Since the time I broke the story in 2005 and was the first to out Murdoch and company on this thoroughly criminal misconduct, having experienced it firsthand and having to file a police complaint over it, small inquiries have been done by the Metropolitan Police, with few arrests being made (Rupert Murdoch Finally Admits His Company's Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Crimes).

In spite of the fact he is a family man, Murdoch has no qualms about violating the privacy of other families

Even in the face of the arrests, Murdoch, who knew of, commissioned, condoned and participated in the criminal misconduct, never once desisted engaging in said criminal behavior. He is unrepentant and stubbornly so, as Murdoch and his employees believe they are above everyone else and entitled to criminally violate the privacy of anyone they deem a profitable target.

They’ve repeatedly been caught in terrible lies throughout the scandal that negatively impacted the public. It is thought thousands of people have been illegally wiretapped and hacked by Murdoch, in conduct that is so unseemly and arrogant, it warrants the strongest criminal charges.

Sienna Miller is one of the actresses targeted by Murdoch and his insidious illegal spying. Miller, among others, have sued him in British court.

This is a man that has been sharing classified information with anyone he sees fit, in conduct that has crossed into criminal territory, via what can only be referred to as spying. He has gone into world legislatures with this criminal misconduct, spewing classified information he should not have been privy to in the first place.

He was quite foolish to do this, but such is Murdoch's arrogance that he bought into the delusion he can commit any foul crime and get away with it. Well he can’t and he shall learn that under the harshest possible terms, within the scope of the law. There is more to this scandal than meets the eye and Murdoch will answer for it within the confines of the law.

Rupert Murdoch and co. have also disgraced the Metropolitan Police. People are actively asking in the press, on video and in feedback sections online, why the Metropolitan Police launched a "cover up." No one was worth the police’s name, as that means the British public losing confidence and trust in their authorities.

How can this be a good thing...and all over Murdoch. It is time he is reined in, as he is breaking the law. Murdoch is a corrupt criminal meddling in international politics, in ways that are completely illegal. This behavior must not be tolerated, as it flies in the face of democracy.
