However, in light of West's proclivity for copyright infringement (seek links below), in violation of domestic and international law, the probability of the rapper/producer honestly fulfilling this publicity seeking promise, are next to none.

Copyright holders beware! Something tells me a number of lawsuits shall arise from West's aforementioned endeavor, as he has proven time and time again, he is a thief with no conscience. He gets it from his mentor, Jay-Z, who has been slapped with a number of copyright infringement and fraud lawsuits. Then, they go on television and radio bragging about the things they buy, which have been purchased with ill-gotten gains of a criminal nature, as copyright infringement and fraud are felonies.
