Rupert Murdoch And News Corp Unmasked As Liars In The Latest Phone Hacking Arrests

Two more employees of Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in London, England on charges of phone hacking. Over a dozen employees have been arrested for illegally intercepting phone calls of celebrities, politicians and murdered school children, then publishing it in their papers and broadcasting it on their networks, for undue financial gain.

Former News International/News Corp employee, Clive Goodman, who was originally arrested in 2006, after my 2005 complaint to the police, was among the first legal casualties in the scandal. Goodman is now the source of a very incriminating letter the British Parliament released to the public this week.

The letter reveals widespread use of illegal phone hacking at News International/News Corp. It also details the claim that Goodman was promised he could keep his job, even whilst incarcerated for months, if he did not snitch on other people at the company, engaging in criminal wiretapping, among other things. Goodman was fired anyway and sued for wrongful dismissal.

Murdoch's lawyers are also distancing themselves from him, publicly stating the infamous family lied in Parliament, regarding phone hacking. The famous London entertainment law firm, Harbottle & Lewis, who represented Murdoch and News International in a number of matters, is now giving Parliament tips on the exact questions to ask, in order to unmask the criminal activity transpiring at the company.

Parliament has also been pointed in the direction of another London law firm Murdoch's News Corp retained, Burton & Copeland. High profile lawyers and analysts have been publicly warning law firms not to assist Murdoch and company in a cover-up, as the legal consequences to their reputations and freedom could be quite great.

There exists irrefutable evidence the Murdochs and News International/News Corp, did exactly what they are accused of, in the way of lawbreaking and it is only a matter of time before it all becomes public knowledge.

It is being stated in mainstream press articles, Burton & Copeland, are sitting on very incriminating evidence against Murdoch and company. They are not the only ones. The Murdoch family has refused to waive "attorney client privilege" to allow the aforementioned law firms to speak candidly and divulge evidence to Parliament.

This audacious lack of forthrightness, along with recently published news the company ordered its internet hosting provider in India to delete thousands of emails (incriminating), sends a message of overwhelming guilt to the public, regarding the Murdochs and News International/News Corp.

What have they got to hide, you know, other than illegal wiretapping, hacking and aggravated stalking. The Murdochs are not business people. They've shown themselves to be a family of out right criminals. Such individuals do not belong in the corporate world, as they are a menace to society.

Rupert Murdoch And Family Are Robbing News Corp Shareholders

Rupert Murdoch and his kids/employees/beneficiaries, James Murdoch, Elisabeth Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch

Rupert Murdoch and his offspring, Elisabeth Murdoch, James Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch, are robbing News Corp shareholders in a massive manner. Murdoch used $680,000,000 in shareholder funds to buy his daughter Elisabeth Murdoch's vanity production company, Shine, when it is worth nowhere near that figure.

There are production companies in Hollywood with hundreds of well-known films in their vaults and they aren't worth anywhere near that figure, yet Shine, which only has a few copyrights, most of them criminally stolen, is claiming it is worth nearly a billion dollars. Get real and stop fleecing the shareholders.

It was nothing but a big cash grab by the Murdoch family, in a bid to extract as much shareholder money as possible and ironically it has resulted in a lawsuit, as investors opposed the sale, but Rupert Murdoch and his equally greedy daughter, pushed it through anyway. Then she tried to join the News Corp board, which was rebuffed this month.

There are also real issues regarding the overvaluation of the Murdochs' stake in Britain's BskyB. Plans for the Murdoch family to fully purchase the satellite provider in Britain, spectacularly collapsed this summer, when the British Parliament publicly denounced the deal, in light of the terrible phone hacking scandal.

News Corp shareholders are being led to believe the company and the Murdochs' stake therein, are worth far more than it actually is, in a serious case of corporate fraud. Then there's the devious insider trading taking place, as the Murdoch family have made many financially lucrative decisions at News Corp and regarding other non-related companies, using insider trading, via phone hacking, hacking and bribery, which is all quite illegal.

How Can Rebekah Brooks Be The Daughter News Corp’s Rupert Murdoch Never Had

News Corp's corrupt CEO, Rupert Murdoch, who is under fire for illegal phone hacking, hacking and wiretapping, became especially close to his employee, editor and executive, Rebekah Brooks.

In an effort to lend some public propriety to their dubious relationship, they repeatedly put it out there through Murdoch's newspapers that Brooks is like, "The daughter he never had" (never mind she has a father). However, the three times married Murdoch, has two biological daughters, one of them, Elisabeth Murdoch, also works for him in his crooked criminal enterprise.

Isn't it insulting to his biological daughters, especially Elisabeth, who is said to loathe beautiful Brooks, who mysteriously ascended in the corporation quite rapidly, ahead of far more qualified people, to refer to her as, "The daughter he never had." At the end of the day, Rebekah slept with Rupert and that sexual relationship underwrote her promotions.

Rupert Murdoch's Daughter Drops Bid To Join News Corp Board

Elisabeth Murdoch's expression reminds me of an Ewok

Rupert Murdoch's daughter and employee, Elisabeth Murdoch, who sold her copyright infringing production company, Shine, to her dad's News Corp, at the extremely inflated price of $674,000,000 (that piece of garbage isn't worth that) summarily decided yesterday, August 5, 2011, that she will not be joining the board of his company, as previously announced in February 2011.

Two days ago, on August 4, 2011, before her announcement, the Judiciary Report slammed Elisabeth Murdoch for her criminal involvement with News Corp and the phone hacking scandal...and for good measure and maturity, mocked her eyebrows as having been drawn on by Dr. Evil (Why Does Rupert Murdoch's Daughter Look Like...). Now all of a sudden she thinks it would be "inappropriate" to be on the board of News Corp. It's amazing how the Murdoch family can print, broadcast and do the most evil things to members of the public, but when they are called out and criticized for their reprehensible behavior, they get all thin skinned.

You will get your deceitful, thieving, lying backside handed to you. This isn't over, eyebrows, I mean, Elisabeth.

Elisabeth Murdoch Won’t Be Nominated to Board This Year

August 5, 2011, 7:51 pm - In a change to her father’s plans, Elisabeth Murdoch will not be nominated this year to the board of the News Corporation, a member of the board said Friday. The News Corporation is scrambling to contain the damage from a British hacking scandal that has inspired shareholder complaints about the company’s corporate governance.

Two of Rupert Murdoch’s six children, Lachlan and James, sit on the board of the News Corporation alongside him. When Mr. Murdoch acquired Ms. Murdoch’s company, the Shine Group, in February for $674 million, he said that he expected her to join them...

“The independent directors agreed that the previously planned nomination should be delayed,” Mr. Dinh said in a statement that was distributed by the News Corporation. The change was first reported by The Wall Street Journal on Friday afternoon. A spokeswoman for Mr. Murdoch said he declined to comment. A spokesman for Ms. Murdoch did not immediately respond.

The News Corporation’s purchase of Shine set off a lawsuit last spring on behalf of some shareholders. The suit, filed by Amalgamated Bank, asserted that Mr. Murdoch had historically operated his company “as his own private fiefdom with little or no effective oversight from the board.” The News Corporation has moved to dismiss the suit...
