Yes, You Read That Right

The National Enquirer is claiming, the book "The Rogue: Searching For The Real Sarah Palin" states, former Alaska Governor, Sarah Palin, slept with NBA basketball player, Glen Rice in 1987. You know, when I first read that tonight, I thought it said Glenn Beck (from Fox News) and didn't bat an eyelash. But that's what happens when I'm up too late writing for your amusement.

Then I read it again and it dawned on me - Glen Rice - the former Miami Heat star known as "G-Money" (brows raised). Rice allegedly confirmed the story. Never saw that one coming, did you. I thought you guys said she was a racist. So explain this one (LOL).

A funny story about Rice. My family and I met him in the mid 1990s at a place in Miami called CocoWalk (also known as the Grove). He was a nice guy. I asked him to sign an autograph for my little godbrother (about age 6 at the time), who my mother had begun to brainwash with sports and ESPN from an early age (he now plays college football).

Rice was nice, polite, smiled and signed the autograph. My mom was the one that spotted him, then my godbrother. My mom loves sports (as do I). She can name just about every major NFL and NBA player, but ask her what her Social Security number is in business matters and she will genuinely draw a blank for a few seconds and look at me saying, "What is it again?" But I digress...

Rice's then girlfriend, who later became his wife, wasn't that sweet, though. She wasn't happy he was signing the autograph and gave us a look. Then, when two other people saw him and crossed the street to ask for his autograph as well, she snapped, "One more and that's it!" While I'm thinking, they want his autograph, not yours. Really, who begrudges a little kid an autograph. She made a bad impression on my family and the other two strangers that asked for his autograph.

Later I found out, she had previously dated a friend of my mom's from her job (where they worked with disabled people) whose dad was a judge. He was a mild-mannered person, but she was disrespectful to him and cheated on him as well. Old habits die hard. Imagine my faux surprise when years later I read about her being not so nice again and cheating on Rice with a man she hid in the closet of his house, which led to a confrontation that ended up in the press. Here's hoping she changes her ways, as all that unpleasantness is unnecessary in life.

Erik Brown, a Republican consultant for the U.S. political party, spent $2,000 of G.O.P. funds, at a Hollywood sex bondage club. News of this misuse of funds, has caused quite a stir in the press. Brown stated he will refund the Republican party's money.

It was originally reported that Republican Party chairman, Michael Steele was the culprit, but that has been proven untrue. Steele, is an African American (also known as black). And as a comedian on B.E.T. remarked years ago, black men do not like bondage, as it reminds them too much of slavery.

Man who spent RNC money at racy nightclub identified

Monday, Mar 29, 2010 12:56 EDT - Political consultant, not Michael Steele, reportedly visited bondage-themed venue -- but RNC still paid.

Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steel is off the hook for the almost $2,000 spent at Voyeur West Hollywood, a risque nightclub. Sort of.

The man who actually spent the money has been identified as Erik Brown, a Republican consultant. And the RNC maintains that Steele had no involvement whatsoever...

Another nice reader has sent the site information regarding Madonna stealing others copyrighted works and trying to pass it off as her own, in violation of the Copyright Act and Berne Convention.

Chronic copyright infringer Madonna, stole a poem by Anne Sexton, changing a few lines, then sending it to a boyfriend, who auctioned it off for profit recently. I don’t know why anyone would want to own any drivel by that madwoman.

However, her conduct in the Sexton theft, illustrates a well-established pattern of copyright theft Madonna has utilized in her own career, from her very first infringing song that hit the charts.

She searches for preexisting copyrights, when one strikes her fancy, she steals it, changes a line or two, then releases it as her own like a sociopath, committing criminal copyright infringement for financial enrichment, which is also constitutes fraud, money laundering and conversion.

Side Bar: why do some people say "borrowed" when attempting to minimize what is "stealing" and criminal theft of property. You borrow a cup of sugar. When you take a copyright(s), you've committed a domestic and international crime classified as stealing.

Thursday, August 6 2009, 1:24am EDT - A love poem that Madonna wrote to her former bodyguard is similar to one that Anne Sexton penned, it has been reported.

House Gottahaveit.com are reportedly auctioning off raunchy video and audio tapes that the 'Erotica' singer sent to her ex-minder James Albright, along with love letters she would fax him using the alias Lola Montez.

One of the poems up for sale closely resembles Sexton's Love Song from the Pulitzer Prize-winning author's Live Or Die collection, the New York Post reports.

A fax dated December 24, 1993 reads: "I was the girl of the love letter/the girl full of talk of dreams and destination... the one with her eyes half under the covers/with her large gun-metal blue eyes/with the thick vein in the crook of her neck."

In comparison, Sexton wrote: "I was the girl of the chain letter/the girl full of talk of coffins and keyholes...the one with her eyes half under her coat/with her large gun-metal blue eyes/with the thin vein at the bend of her neck."...
