Chris Brown Signs Real Estate Deals To Sell His Homes And Move Away From Rihanna

Chris Brown after he was released from jail this month

Yesterday the website TMZ reported Chris Brown has signed a deal to sell his Hollywood Hills mansion and his West Hollywood condominium, both located in Los Angeles, California. This spells more bad news for his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who moved into Brown’s Hollywood Hills neighborhood, hoping for a reconciliation (Rihanna Buys House In Chris Brown's Neighborhood To Be Close To Him Confirming This Site's Previous Claim). However, immediately upon his release from jail, in connection with a probation violation stemming from an alteration between Rihanna and Brown in 2009, the singer moved to the San Fernando Valley, namely Encino.

What Rihanna probably looked like when she heard Chris brown moved out of his neighborhood she moved into (LOL)

The Daily Mail initially reported Rihanna bought a house in the Hollywood Hills, which is in Brown’s neighborhood, but the Mirror is reporting she is renting the property. The question is will Rihanna pull up stakes and move to Encino to be near the self-professed love of her life, Brown, who has moved on with pretty model Karrueche Tran.

Jay Z And Beyonce ‘On The Run’ Tour Is Bombing With Tens Of Thousands Of Unsold Tickets

A website mocks Jay Z's fight with Solange, spoofing the couple's tour title "On The Run"

According to the blog Rhymes With Snitch the “On The Run” tour featuring troubled couple, Beyonce and Jay Z, is suffering from poor ticket sales. The 19 tour dates have tens of thousands of unsold tickets. This means fans are on the run from Jay Z and Beyonce. The beleaguered couple, who is facing problems in their marriage due to Jay Z’s rampant cheating, saw things go viral, as Beyonce’s sister Solange, beat the rapper in an elevator over his infidelities and trying to ditch his wife at the Met Gala to go have sex with one of his mistresses, Rihanna.

One of many memes mocking Jay Z online, placing his face over Oprah Winfrey's in the movie "Color Purple" stating the famous line "You told Harpo to beat me" but replacing it with "You told Solange to beat me"

The couple became the butt of jokes all over the internet over the internet fight, in a matter industry people state Jay Z is still angry about. Solange killed his image and with certain stars image is everything. In the public’s eyes the mystique surrounding the couple has been shattered and their brand permanently impacted in a negative way. Hence the poor ticket sales.

Stevie J Hiding Assets While Owing The IRS $400,000 And $1,300,000 In Child Support

Love And Hip Hop Atlanta

On the reality show “Love And Hip Hop Atlanta” music producer Stevie J, real name Steven Jordan, pretends to be a wealthy music producer, while his girlfriend, Joseline Hernandez fronts that she is rich as well. In reality, the duo are not rich, as Stevie J spent a lot of his royalties on living in luxury over the past two decades and Hernandez has not made significant sums of money from being a prostitute and stripper, turned aspiring rapper. However, they have made some money, which they are hiding from the IRS and the five mothers of Stevie J’s children (hiding the money in the form of cash and jewelry).

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez

The state of New York is after Stevie J for the $1,300,000 he owes he back child support payments to one of the mothers of his children. They are seeking to seize assets. The problem with that is Stevie J and Hernandez have been renting and leasing luxury items, so there is not ownership. As stated above, there is hidden cash and jewelry, which under the circumstances is somewhat difficult to confiscate. If he is forced to disclose his assets in court, he could still take a chance and lie, not revealing the fact he has a lot of cash and jewelry not in banks.

Mimi Faust, who also stars on "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" is one of the mothers of Stevie J's children. However, she is not the subject of the New York child support case.

Furthermore, any assets Stevie J transfers to Joseline Hernandez for so called safe keeping, could be difficult to trace back to him without her cooperation. What’s ironic is Stevie J continues to knock women up, having done so again last year and is unwilling to financially care for his children. All you women thinking you’re going to get a big payday getting pregnant for him, you’re going to have a lot of trouble getting the money. Not to mention, your baby is going to be making the rat face he does (LOL).
