Kris Jenner
"The Kris Jenner Show" hosted by reality star and
controlling stage mom manager Kris Jenner, has been unceremoniously canceled by
the Fox network. The show aired for approximately six weeks this year, which in
America is a short run for a television program.
Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan, featured
on another declining program, the reality show "Keeping Up With The
Kardashian" has severely fallen out of favor with the public, along with
her family. They have been experiencing a significant ratings declined,
precipitated by Kim Kardashian's sham wedding to NBA star Kris Humphries, which
lasted 72-days.
A few weeks ago, I expressed skepticism on Twitter regarding
Jenner having a talk show. The top talk show hosts in American television history,
have first and foremost been capable, intelligent journalists. Folks such as Phil Donahue, Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Walters have a strong base in
journalism. Kardashian does not in any measure.
