Young pop singer, Justin Bieber, 18, is thankful to mentor
and fellow artist, Usher Raymond, 33, for helping him in the entertainment industry, but is at a stage where he is seeking more creative control in
his career, after the success of his sophomore album "Believe."
Bieber's career was largely modeled on Usher's as a former
child star in Atlanta, Georgia. Raymond also helped him with his sophomore
album, which marked a transition into adulthood. But now Bieber wants to
take over his own career. It remains to be seen if Raymond will relinquish
control to the teen star, as a lot of money is at stake.
