Brian McKnight Denies Porn Star's Rape Claims

Brian McKnight

Porn star, Alana Evans, is claiming she was raped at R&B singer Brian McKnight's house when he was away on tour in 2008. Evans, states she went to his house, where the singer's 15-year-old and 17-year-old sons were present and stayed the night.

She also states an adult, male friend of McKnight's was present at the property, Mr. Hayes, claiming he is the one that raped her. Evans, via Twitter, alleges she remembers being held down by Hayes, then blacking out and waking up with no clothes on. No rape kit was administered, as Evans, did not go to the hospital.

Police were called to the property and according to Evans, did not take the case seriously stating, "How do you rape a porn star?" A porn star or prostitute can be raped. A person has the right to refuse anyone's sexual advances. However, when women engage in prostitution or pornography, their claims of rape or sexual assault, are not given the same credence, as other women that do not share the aforementioned profession.

McKnight does not deny Evans was at his property, but implies he does not believe her claims and states she brought alcohol to his home, in his absence. It does not look good that a porn star brought alcohol to a home with minors present. Furthermore, the alleged victim being inebriated would pose a difficult obstacle for prosecutors, as the defense would state her memory is foggy, due to being drunk.
