Many are questioning the Constitutionality of Obama’s healthcare plan, which is an interesting premise. Is it Constitutional to compel citizens to obtain health insurance?

It can be argued, people are compelled to obtain car insurance, lest they be ticketed and fined. Therefore, the same principle would apply. In short, it probably is Constitutional, due to established case law in other areas of commerce regulated by the government.

Gibbs Says He Doesn’t Know if White House Has Reviewed Constitutionality of Forcing People to Buy Health Insurance

Monday, November 02, 2009 - (CNSNews.com) - White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs said today that he does not know if White House lawyers have reviewed whether it is constitutional for the federal government to order individuals to buy health insurance and said that the White House is not seriously considering the concerns of people such as Sen. Orrin Hatch (R.-Utah) who believe the mandate is not constitutionally justified.

This was the second time in two weeks that Gibbs had dismissed concerns that the Constitution does not give the federal government the power to force individuals to purchase items the government wants them to purchase.

Hatch told CNSNews.com last week that forcing people to buy health insurance cannot be justified under the Constitution’s Commerce Clause.

The U.S. gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Virginia, the latter already decided, with Republican Bob McDonnell emerging as the winner, and the former state holding a GOP lead, has made it clear, Obama’s presidential initiatives are hurting the Democratic Party, as stated two months ago. Obama also needs to think about the 2012 elections.

Yes, one wants to act with integrity and take the road one feels is the best course of action, but the public has been speaking and the White House has not been listening. Neither has Congress, which currently holds a Democratic majority. The current senatorial races is a rebuke from the American people.

Did Washington learn nothing from George W. Bush’s bad decisions as a politician. If you fail to listen to the people, you are going to have problems. This holds true in any world democracy.

U.S. Government Settles 9/11 Abuse Case

In what can only be described as severe human rights abuses and a massive rush to judgment, in the hours and days proceeding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, members of the U.S. government, such as Robert S. Mueller, under the misdirection of George W. Bush, rounded up and renditioned Muslim-Americans to foreign countries, where they were imprisoned and tortured. Some were imprisoned domestically and mistreated. Many of these men were innocent.

I read one man’s story and it was terrible. He was renditioned, tortured for months, while imprisoned in a cell so small there was no room to move. He subsequently lost 40 pounds. While that would be great for a Hollywood diet, in the real world, such conduct is a violation of all existing human rights charters.

At the end of his ordeal, realizing their mistake in torturing an innocent man, he was deported to his homeland in the Middle East, after many years as a U.S. citizen.

Sensing history has recorded him in an awful way, former President George W. Bush stated this year, his poor decisions were done, “Under the fog of war.” I disagree. It was done under the fog of stupidity.

Furthermore, did the “fog of war” cause you to routinely make up words such as “strategery” and “misunderestimate” or was that due to having bought your university degree.

Man Murders Daughter In Honor Killing

For the past few years, I’ve read of many troubling honor killings in Britain that have placed an undue burden on the legal system, as such conduct is not lawful in the United Kingdom and appropriately so. However, I’m not used to reading about them in America.

To kill one’s own, or anyone for that matter, over perceived offenses, should be heartbreaking and sad. How does one arrive at such a place that this becomes an option.

Faleh Hassan Almaleki, 48, deliberately ran over his daughter, Noora Almaleki, 20 and the mother of her boyfriend, in an honor killing, as he did not approve of her lifestyle in living with a boyfriend in America. His daughter died and the mother of her boyfriend is in serious condition at the hospital.

Almaleki, whose family has resided in America since 1994, stated his daughter is married to a man in Iraq and is living in sin with another man in the United States.

He blamed his daughter for “bringing shame” on his family by becoming Westernized, as she wore make-up, trendy clothes and no head covering.

Why live in a Western nation if you do not wish to become Westernized. I don’t get it. These cultural cases that turn criminal are becoming increasingly difficult for Westernized judicial systems to prosecute. The jury selection becomes complicated and cultural differences come into play.

However, as a general international rule, the law of the land where you lay is what applies. One cannot go into foreign territories and violate the law, then hope to apply the laws and legislative charters of one’s homeland. Ratified international treaties are the only exception, none of which grant allowances for murder.

I do not agree with adultery, but you don’t kill people for that. You talk to them in the hope they will change their ways, be reconciled with their spouse and gain God’s forgiveness. But then again, I’m a Christian. We see things differently from the Muslim religion.

Preliminary evidence indicates Mr. Rothstein has been running a $500,000,000 ponzi scheme out of the Sunshine State, leaving his law firm in the lurch.

The firm is down to its last $500,000 and may face difficulties making payroll, with a staff of 75 people.

Politically connected lawyer returns to face fraud questions

In Print: Wednesday, November 4, 2009 - A flashy Fort Lauderdale lawyer who investors say fleeced them for hundreds of millions of dollars flew back from Morocco on Tuesday to face federal prosecutors considering criminal charges, the Miami Herald reported.

While Scott Rothstein and his defense attorney, Marc Nurik, held the discussions, a Broward County judge appointed an independent receiver to examine the financial records of Rothstein's law firm, Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler.

Rothstein, 47, had left for Morocco on Friday as news of his alleged investment scam started leaking around Broward County. He came back facing an FBI investigation and the loss of his law firm. The once high-flying firm, formed in 2002, has only $500,000 left in its bank account, a lawyer said.

Rothstein, suspected of running a Ponzi scheme, apparently drained vast sums of money from the firm, his partners say.

Rothstein's investors had $500 million deposited in a Canadian bank on Oct. 23 and that money was gone seven days later, said William Scherer, an attorney representing investors who he says lost more than $70 million...

Simon Cowell, who according to site stats, reads my websites and has for quite sometime, is mentioned in the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit. Cowell’s company is called Syco and it is a Sony subsidiary.

Recently, I slammed his thieving conduct on this website and in the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit, as he is knowingly and flagrantly breaking domestic and international law at Sony, in violating my Copyrighted Catalog.

It is not an accident or misunderstanding. It is deliberate, concerted acts of criminal copyright infringement, criminal theft, conspiracy, racketeering and money laundering, as they are dealing in stolen goods.

As an incentive, he even criminally passed a digital copy of my Copyrighted Catalog to the co-host on the show he owns, X-Factor, Cheryl Cole, who unlawfully used items from it as well, knowing it is criminally stolen.

She used it to launch her solo career and the rip-offs of preexisting copyrights apart of my Copyrighted Catalog that’s been in the Library of Congress for years, are very blatant.

For example, her debut single, “Fight For This Love” is criminally stolen from a years old song in my Copyrighted Catalog called “Fight” and the hook of my song contains the main lyric line “Fight For This Love.”

There are other lyrics stolen from my preexisting, years old copyrighted song “Fight” as well. Cole just used the main lyric line “Fight For This Love” as the title, where I had shortened it years ago to “Fight.”

Once again, the FBI is free to check the copyrights and the dates to verify.

As mentioned previously, some of the proceeds from my Copyrighted Catalog were to go to AIDS and cancer patients.

Mr. Cowell has since rushed to donate 100,000 pounds to a cancer patient yesterday, which he will get back in his taxes anyway. Nothing lost, but AIDS and cancer patients have lost so much because of Cowell and his cohorts like Sony and Madonna who criminally spearheaded this madness.

Cowell is such a media whore and a fraud.

Criminally stealing SEVERAL HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS IN COPYRIGHTS for undue, unlawful enrichment, then when called out on said vile behavior, giving a measly 100,000 pounds away to a cancer sufferer, in essence, using a dying child for publicity, is insulting, offensive, dishonorable and abhorrent (especially in light of the other half of the story regarding the copyrights that shall soon be told).

For what you’ve cost disease sufferers through these copyright thefts, not to mention, trying to have me murdered Anthony Pellicano style, I shall not rest until every single one of you involved is imprisoned and penniless, no exceptions and no settlements will be accepted.
