The war of words between U.S. President
Barack Obama and presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has
escalated to new, vitriolic heights. Trump has publicly
proclaimed Obama soft on terrorism and a terrorist
sympathizer, for his refusal to acknowledge “radical Islam”
as the cause of the San Bernardino, California and Orlando,
Florida terrorist attacks that have occurred in America over
the past 6-months, leaving many people dead.
Trump demanded Obama step down as President
of the United States for his refusal to state "radical
Islamic terrorism" caused the terrorist attacks in America,
which based on the words and deeds of the attackers, was
their motivation for the killing sprees. Many Americans have
openly slammed Obama in the press and on social networking
for refusing to state this (Obama Administration Being Slammed By Americans For Refusing To
Label San Bernardino Killings Terrorism).
Obama, head of the Democrat party, became
enraged at Trump's widely read statements on Monday
proclaiming him a terrorist sympathizer and decided to
angrily rebut the Republican presidential nominee, who wants
to succeed him as president. This only served to stir up the
hornets nest as Trump, who has repeatedly exhibited he
doesn't give a damn, ripped Obama even more.
Barack Obama
Trump stated of Obama's response to the
Orlando, Florida terrorist attack, "I watched President
Obama today and he was more angry at me than he was at the
shooter." I hate to admit it, but yes, Obama was snarling
with rage at Trump yesterday, showing more emotion. Obama
really hates Trump and it showed in the press conference.
Trump's statements regarding Obama brought even more
publicity, drawing domestic and international attention to
their political brawl, which is what he wanted to make his
case for the presidency. Obama played right into Trump's
hands. Trump also slammed rival Hillary Clinton stating, "We
can't be led by weak, ineffective people."
No one is saying blame all Muslims. In fact,
don’t do that. As stated in the column yesterday, it is
unfair to blame non-violent Muslims, who do not espouse the
views of terrorist, Omar Mateen or the San Bernardino
attackers. Muslims should not be banned from America either,
as it is unkind and highly discriminatory. The problem at
the heart of the matter is extremism/radicalism, which Obama
refuses to call by its name.
Being in denial never solved a problem. To
confront a conflict that has become a conundrum, one must
accurately identify it for what it is, in order to
effectively address it. It is similar to someone having a
medical problem. If you do not correctly identify the
malady, you will not know the correct treatment course to
heal it.

Trump: Obama more angry at me than the Orlando shooter
Tuesday, June 14, 2016 - Donald Trump
responded Tuesday to a fierce scolding by President Obama by
questioning why the president was more outraged with him
than with the terrorist gunman responsible for the Orlando
massacre. “I watched President Obama today and he was more
angry at me than he was at the shooter,” the GOP’s
presumptive presidential nominee said in a speech in
Greensboro, North Carolina. “That’s the kind of anger he
should have for the shooter and these killers that shouldn’t
be here.”...
Florida Governor Rick Scott and U.S. President Barack
Obama
Recently, Florida governor, Rick Scott, was on the
receiving end of a profane tirade in Gainsville, Florida. A
woman slammed Scott in a Starbucks over budget cuts he
has made in office regarding women's health care . It is
understandable the government would seek to balance the
budget. However, cutting funds to the disabled, pregnant
women and poor in any society, while government
officials have luxury chauffeured cars, credit cards and
big expense accounts, is unethical and inhumane.
The Obama Administration has cut funding for the
disabled (both children and adults) on a federal level,
which puts undue pressure on states, while people in the
president's cabinet live the high life off the American
taxpayers, via first class travel accommodations, padded
expense accounts and big pay packets that are undeserved
and inappropriate. Obama also gives billions of dollars
in U.S. taxpayer money to his pet projects, such as
solar projects, which have now failed.
It's amazing how the government can make sweeping cuts
to programs for children, the disabled, disadvantaged
and financially impoverished, but as the Tupac lyric
states, "They've got money for wars but can't feed the
poor." The government spends trillions on wars, but
makes massive cuts to programs to help the needy.
A partially blind old lady asked me to read to her a
letter addressed to her from the disability office in
Florida, regarding how much assistance she would be
getting and it stated $379.00 per month and that they
had begun to reduce the previous figure by $79.00
monthly. I thought to myself, how can she live on that.
The most basic one bedroom apartment in Miami, Florida
is approximately $700.00 per month. Yet government
officials in Florida and Washington, D.C. are being
chauffeured around in $80,000 luxury cars on the
taxpayer's dime, when they can afford to buy their own
cars out of their paychecks.

I know several people who work with the disabled in the
State of Florida. It is a rewarding field. However, the
government makes it difficult for those who take care of
the disabled, due to budget cuts, excessive amounts of
paperwork and highly stressful file reviews. This also
becomes burdensome for the disabled having to deal with
the massive amounts of paperwork. People are sick and
the government is demanding the disabled fill out enough
paperwork to fill up a book.
Government disability offices in Florida are also
questionably run. They tell the disabled to come in for
reviews and monitoring, like it's parole, then hours
before closing send people with impairments home, with
instructions to come back the next day, as they are not
of the belief they can see them on that day. So why tell
people to come in. It is highly unprofessional and
callous.
When you realize how much people with physical
impairments go through to get up out of bed, bathe, get
dressed and take transportation, then to be told come
back the next day, hours (not minutes) before a
disability office closes, it is disgraceful, vile and
nonsensical. You can always tell a lot about an
administration by the way it treats the poor and
disabled.
Side Bar: There will be follow-ups to this article
shortly and again around election time.
U.S. President Barack Obama has angered many in America by stating at an official gathering that Americans have become "lazy." Republican politicians Mitt Romney and Rick Scott have pounced on the president over his statements. For Obama to make such a blanket statement is wrong. Furthermore, he who vacations often should not be the one to cast the first stone.
The Judiciary Report does not think Americans are lazy. Millions of Americans get up 5-6 days a week and report to work. The problems that have occurred in the economy are squarely due to the greed of a small percentage of rich people that believe they are to exploit and gouge the masses, while they sit on their backsides and label it their money working for them. However, how some of them acquired the money is very questionable (Bernie Madoff, R. Allen Stanford and certain other fraudsters on Wall Street and in Hollywood).
Barack Obama
It created a complacency and inequity that has greatly damaged the American middle class and made lower income people worse off in the area of finances. Until that socioeconomic imbalance and injustice is corrected, look for things to get worse. In the 1980s and portions of 1990s, everyone in America had a chance to succeed. It's not like that anymore thanks to certain fraudsters and their criminal monopolies in the corporate sector.
Back To The FutureBarack To The Future
A good pop culture analogy for that would be the film "Back To The Future 2" where via dishonesty and cheating, the lazy, unintelligent character Biff becomes one of the richest people in the world, via stealing the time machine and an almanac to place bets on future games he already knew the results of thanks to the stolen book (sort of like insider trading, phone hacking or intellectual theft, in stealing privileged information to get rich).
Biff then buys up most of the city with the ill-gotten wealth and everyone and everything else begins to suffer, due to his greed in wanting to illegally own it all. Schools begin struggle and close down, crime flourishes, people are killed, the police corrupted, homes in a once thriving city are abandoned and things simply turn to gloom. All that so immoral, ruthless Biff and his select group of friends and family, could live in absolute luxury, hoarding ill-gotten gains they were not entitled to, while the whole city of thousands suffered. Well that's America right now times millions. Only this isn't a movie, but reality...
