Will Megan Fox's Latest Film The Dictator Restore Her Ailing Movie Career

Probably Not

Megan Fox

Former "Transformers" actress Megan Fox, stars in the crass new Sacha Baron Cohen comedy "The Dictator." The film is certainly low brow and Cohen would have to bribe the Academy Awards to win anything for it, but Fox hopped on board, hoping the cameo she has in the film will keep her name out there with the public.

Fox continues to pick very poor roles. She sufferers from a lack of proper career guidance, as the boost "Transformers" gave her in making her a star, has just about fizzled, with nothing in sight to bring her back to her previous level of stardom.

Celluloid Film Review - Jonah Hex

Title: Jonah Hex

Year Of Release: 2010

Review Date: November 30, 2010

Rating: R

Running time: 81 minutes

Box Office Gross: $10,903,312

Site Rating: 0 out of 10 stars

"Jonah Hex" is a terrible, violent and sadistic film, with traces of the occult. It stars "Transformers" former lead actress, Megan Fox and actor, Josh Brolin. The movie sacrilegiously plays off the crucifixion of Christ and has many inappropriate themes.

Brolin stars as Jonah Hex, who killed his friend and ended up facing the anger of said comrade's dad, Quentin Turnbull. Hex's family is burned to death by Turnbull, he is stripped of all material possessions and left to hang on a cross for days, with his face disfigured from a facial branding with a hot iron. Hex then seeks revenge for the wrongs he suffered at the hands of Quentin Turnbull.

I can see why this movie flopped. It wasn't very good and is very derivative of more modern works. It got so dark and depressing in certain places, it really did not make you want to watch the rest of it. Megan Fox has once again picked a bad film to be apart of, which is not doing her career any favors. Do yourself a favor and skip this movie.

Angelina Jolie Booted From Bosnia

Angelina Jolie

Hollywood actress, Angelina Jolie, has been booted from filming in Bosnia, for shooting a controversial film about a Muslim woman being raped by a Serbian soldier. Jolie is said to be directing the film. Since when is she a director.

Furthermore, why would one travel to another region of the world and openly film a movie that insults others and their way of life. Did one not think of the offense it would cause or did one simply not care, seeking attention and publicity.

Twilight's "Breaking Dawn" Film To Have Sex Scenes

Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart

The makers of the Twilight films, staring Kristen Stewart (K-Stew) and Robert Pattinson (R-Patz) have clearly lost their minds, promising to add "steamy sex scenes" to the fourth and final installment of the movie series.

Considering the films are watched mostly by teens and preteens, this is highly inappropriate. They don't need to see R-Patz's, er, R-Patz. Once again, Hollywood is showing very poor judgment.

TV Show "Lost" Stolen From Writer

Lost

In what should be an open and shut case, provided the judge doesn't take a bribe, as some others have done, who were later indicted and incarcerated for doing so, a very credible looking copyright infringement case has appeared on the court dockets, regarding the television show "Lost."

32 years ago, Anthony Spinner, the producer for the hit show "Baretta" and "Babes in Toyland" wrote a 121 page script, for which he was paid $30,000.

Under the agreement, if the script was used at a later date by a studio, he was to be given writer's credit and royalties, which is standard. 32 years later, a Hollywood miscreant saw a copy of the script, used it, took writer's credit and payment for it, launching it as the show the public knows as "Lost." The current show "Lost" is a duplication of the preexisting script from 1977. The premise and characters are the same.

I always state, you know what you write, whether it be a letter to a friend, a reminder note or on another level, a script. Therefore, these infringers taking credit for other people's preexisting copyrights are criminals.

They know they did not write these items they take credit and payment for, in violation of the law, which constitutes willful copyright infringement, fraud, deceptive trade practices and money laundering, which is a serious crime.

Man Claims He Got 'Lost' First

Posted Jul 13th 2009 5:20PM by TMZ Staff

There may be one human being on Earth who understands the TV show "Lost" -- a guy who claims he created the show 32 years ago.

Anthony Spinner -- a producer on "Baretta" and "Babes in Toyland" -- says back in 1977 he was paid $30,000 to write a TV pilot, which eventually became a 121-page script called "Lost."

Spinner is now suing ABC and Touchstone Television, claiming the network passed on the show in '77, '91 and '94 ... then suddenly created an exact replica with Touchstone in 2004.

Spinner lists a ton of similarities in his suit -- which was filed on July 10 -- notably an "airplane headed to Los Angeles [that] crashes into a tropical jungle-like environment."

Spinner also alleges the new "Lost" characters -- including Jack, Locke, Sayid, Kate and Sawyer -- are all rip-offs ... down to their occupations and dark pasts.

The comparisons go on and on. Spinner is suing for damages and a cut of royalties, profits and a bunch of other stuff. Spinner tried to sue a few years ago, but it was dismissed for procedural reasons.
