Sarah Palin Threatens To Sue Author Of Book That Alleged She And Her Husband Take Cocaine

Former Alaska Governor and Vice Presidential nominee, Sarah Palin, is threatening to sue author, Joe McGinniss, over the salacious book he has written and released about her entitled, "The Rogue: Searching For The Real Sarah Palin." Palin stated McGinniss may be sued for "Knowingly publishing false statements."

The book alleges she and her husband Todd Palin, are wild cocaine users. It also makes disparaging claims about their disabled toddler Trig. Sales of the biography have been bad, leading McGinniss to blame the mainstream press for running with the tawdry bits.

McGinniss took the unconventional and creepy step of moving all the way to Alaska, right next door to the Palins, while writing the book, prompting her to state he had a view right into her daughter's bedroom. The Palins erected a privacy fence as a result.

The danger of such a move to the target is, some have been known to employ the use of a parabolic microphone, which has a range of 300 feet. This enables one to listen to those in the structure next door, in addition to monitoring their comings and goings (Parabolic microphone and Parabolic Mic and Monocular).

The forthcoming Joe McGinniss book, "The Rogue: Searching For The Real Sarah Palin" makes some explosive claims about the former Alaska Governor and Vice Presidential Candidate, alleging she did cocaine and marijuana. The book also contains allegations that she cheated on her husband, Todd Palin, with his business partner and was named as such in sealed court documents. The book also accuses Todd Palin of being a cocaine addict.

McGinniss came under fire last year, when he creepily moved next door to Palin in Alaska, while writing the book about her. This prompted her to erect a privacy fence, to keep his prying eyes out. Palin stated he was trying to look inside her daughter's bedroom window. Stalking and voyeurism are crimes under U.S. law. Will this tawdry book result in a lawsuit. Time will tell.

The marriage of former Vice Presidential candidate and Alaska Governor, Sarah Palin, has been hit with a wave of criticism, as infidelity claims have surfaced. Tabloids, led by the National Enquirer and a number of websites, are stating her husband, Todd Palin, has been having an extramarital affair with 36-year-old masseuse (is that what they're calling it now) Shailey Tripp.

Ironically, Trip is the name of Sarah Palin's cute grandson. Previously, Shailey Tripp was arrested as apart of a prostitution ring Alaska. The Palins have denied reports of any involvement with her, branding the story a smear campaign. Furthermore, would Todd really cheat on Sarah, knowing she has, well, a gun (kidding). Violence is bad.

"Sarah Palin's Alaska" has scored a ratings coup for TLC (The Learning Channel) bringing in a record 5,000,000 viewers. The show follows the life of the former Alaska governor and Vice Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin and her family, as they spend time at home and engage in outdoor activities.

Many have speculated the show is a launch pad for a presidential run in 2012, after she fired up the Tea Party to noticeable gains in this month's midterm elections, which the Republican Party benefited from as well.

The latest article really brought home this fact, when he told a publication, the former Alaska Governor and vice presidential candidate, doesn't sleep with her husband anymore. Under the circumstances, you're out of line.

I cannot fathom your child is going to feel good later reading an article regarding you talking about his grandmother's sex life.

It's one thing to talk about your sex life with the press, as that is your business, but maybe you should stay out of hers. I cannot imagine it is helping anything other than your wallet.

Levi, the father of a child with the Palin's daughter Bristol, has never held back in discussing the Palins and in the new issue of Vanity Fair he says: "I've never seen them sleep in the same bedroom. There was a lot of talk of divorce in that house and there were times when Sarah and Todd would mention it and sound pretty serious." ...

"Sarah would say something, and I don't know how it would make Todd mad, but his anger would elevate so fast. Todd would say, 'All right, do you want a divorce? Is that what you want? Lets's do it! Sign the papers!'" Johnston told the magazine.
