Kanye West Experiencing A Breakdown Uses Pirate Bay As Payback For Jay Z's Tidal Costing Him $10,000,000

Rapper, Kanye West, is embittered by the fact he has lost approximately $10,000,000 over rap mentor, Jay Z, deliberately leaking his album "The Life Of Pablo" which inadvertently enabled the devalued product to be uploaded on the copyright infringing illegal file sharing site, the Pirate Bay. 

Jay Z/Tidal's plan to grab West's expensively made album "The Life Of Pablo" from Def Jam, who underwrote it as a loan/advance to Kanye, backfired. Jay Z, desperate due to Tidal's costly failure in the marketplace, illegally sought the album as an exclusive for his and Madonna's struggling Tidal music streaming site. However, the plan lost steam when the album was illegally downloaded on the Pirate Bay nearly 1,00,000 times and spread all over the internet. 

Kanye West was slammed by fellow Tidal equity holder DeadMau5, who tweeted on Twitter.com, "What the f**k Kanye West...Can't afford Serum? D*ck" He encouraged people on Twitter to "Star a Kickstarter to help Kanye West afford a copy of Serum. He needs a small loan of $200 #prayforyeezy"  

Jay Z's deceitful plan for the album to become a Tidal exclusive, has failed in this regard, as "The Life Of Pablo" is illegally in the public domain on a number of sites. While claims of the album being a so-called Tidal exclusive, did drive up membership, if you read social networking comments, people only signed up for the free trial, with the intent of canceling in one month and not paying a dime. They did the same regarding Rihanna's flopped album "Anti." The public is not amused at being asked to pay $19.99 per month to stream Tidal's limited catalog.

West, who is $53,000,000 in debt and could have used the $10,000,000 he lost from Jay Z calling in a favor to him (over his days at Jay Z's former label Rocafella) is angry over the lost of funds and for the first time in his career, not charting on Billboard, as Tidal did not report the streams of "The Life Of Pablo" took a dig at his mentor.

West posted a photo on Twitter revealing his laptop. People on social networking immediately recognized that West was illegally downloading from the Pirate Bay website. People began stating West is a hypocrite for asking the public to spend $19.99 per month on Tidal membership, when he is not on Tidal, opting to steal via the Pirate Bay website.  

West knew exactly what he was doing. It was not a mistake. He is angry with Jay Z and company over the damage Tidal has done to his career. West's costly "The Life Of Pablo" album took 3-years and a small army of people to record. West did not want it branded a chart failure and a flop. West's ego can't take it. Neither can his already damaged mental state.

West is struggling with mental illness sustained at the Kabbalah Center cult and is currently on antipsychotic medications for schizophrenia, as well as medicines for bipolar and anger issues. His marriage to demanding reality star, Kim Kardashian, is imploding and he is struggling with massive debt. 

The last thing West needed was a career flop. West heavily prizes his career and identifies it with his self-worth. Everything is happen to West at one time and for someone with the aforementioned psychiatric issues, it can result in a complete mental breakdown.

The Judiciary Report has it on good authority that music industry executives are not happy with Jay Z and Madonna's weird music streaming service Tidal. The company was formerly named Aspiro and purchased by a handful of entertainers, led by Jay Z and Madonna. Tidal did a very poor roll out of Rihanna's flopped album "Anti" last month. Universal Music, the parent company of Jay Z's Roc Nation, which Rihanna is signed to, slammed Tidal for it, publicly labeling them "incompetent." Rihanna's album sold 460 copies in the first week, which is a dismal failure for a major label artist. 

Fraud transpired in the second week and "Anti" allegedly sold 124,000 copies, which is still half the numbers her albums usually debut with on the charts. However, the numbers still don't sound right. To sell 460 copies in two days, then all of a sudden 124,000 in the five day proceeding it, indicates outright fraud and a buying team or hacking. That is the strangest sales pattern ever seen in music. No album has done that in music history, indicating the numbers are completely fake. The album is dead on arrival anyway, due to it being a poor recording with no hits or meaning.

They've lost approximately $30,00,000 in sales due to Jay Z's nonsensical foolishness. Samsung bought 1,000,000 copies of "Anti" for $1 each, but that works out to nothing in the face of the exorbitant costs of recording the long delayed album and the cut agents, managers, producers and music publishers receive. The deal with Samsung being worth $25,000,000 is  a lie. They have been promised far less money and those funds are to book arenas and hire staff for a tour.  

Last week, the roll out of Kanye West's album "The Life Of Pablo" was botched, ending up as another so-called leak under the misdirection of the rapper's mentor, Jay Z. The leak was done it such a way that it was easily ripped and uploaded to illegal music download sites such as Pirate Bay (why is Pirate Bay still operating - they are flagrantly breaking international law). 

As a result, the album "The Life Of Pablo" has been illegally downloaded 500,000 times, costing West and company an estimated $10,000,000. After the rigged leak by Jay Z, West announced that the album "The Life Of Pablo" will no longer be for sale and only available on Tidal. It is another desperate attempt by Jay Z and Madonna to keep floundering Tidal going at artists' expense. Furthermore, Apple Music streaming is a far superior product that is trouncing Tidal in the sales department.

Tidal is a failure and one the music industry is tired of in many ways. People are signing up for free trials (having to provide their credit card/bank card number) and then canceling as soon as the time expires, as it is a very poor service. The music industry brass dislike free albums and leaks. It drives down overall album sales and averages. Many music industry executives are angry at Tidal and want the company to go. It is not empowering artists. It is being run by crazy cultists with no understanding of business and are devoid of a balanced perspective. For the industry to survive there needs to be solid sales, not botched releases and weird album roll outs that confuse the public.

TorrentFreak, which tracks music piracy and file-sharing, reported that West’s album was illegally downloaded more than 500,000 times in the first 24 hours of its Feb. 14 release. That made it the most ripped-off album by far on The Pirate Bay and other file-sharing sites... 

West also planned to offer album downloads for $20 on his kanyewest.com site. If each of the 500,000 persons illegally downloading the album would have bought it for the $20 selling price, Kanye would have pocketed $10 million in revenue.
