Michael Jackson’s New CD Pulls In Moderate Sales

The latest posthumous Michael Jackson CD entitled "Michael" has debuted at #3 on the Billboard charts, bringing in moderate sales. One has to ask, given the sales report, was it worth releasing a sub par CD, replete with a Jackson imitator singing lead on some tracks, damaging the musical legacy of the singer. Sony sold out Jackson for nothing. The label is so hard up for cash, they'll do anything, including committing fraud.

A newly released Michael Jackson picture that is unflattering, due to the camera's angle and poor lighting on his nose and mouth

In the rush to greedily make as much money as possible from the death of the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, Sony Music, continues to release sub par material the crooner kept hidden away. Jackson kept this stuff in a vault for a reason. It was not his best work and is clearly unfinished.

So desperate are they, the company hired a Michael Jackson imitator and patched together items from old songs, in a bid to make a new set of recordings. Yes, Jackson is singing on the latest posthumous record, but so is someone else (See: Jason Malachi).

Even the previously unseen Jackson photos are not his best. Hey, anybody can take a bad picture. Well, except Halle Berry (she is really getting on my nerves with that - Halle, please, for me, take a bad picture for once. Thank you).

With each new release, Sony Music is damaging Jackson's legacy. Most of the music featured on his latest, sound like b-sides and incomplete musical thoughts.

Report: Jason Malachi Singing On Michael Jackson's "Breaking News"

Michael Jackson's nephew, TJ Jackson, was sent an item via Twitter, stating Jason Malachi is the individual singing on the new Sony Music track "Breaking News," which purports to be the deceased singer. An observer has done a comparative video online, which reveals the vocal similarities present in the song "Breaking News" to Jackson tribute artist/impersonator/fledgling singer, Jason Malachi's voice.

As stated yesterday, the Judiciary Report does not believe Michael Jackson is the person singing on the song "Breaking News." Anyone with a basic ear for recollecting sounds will realize that is not him. Sony Music has copied and pasted previous Jackson vocal snippets, taking a word here and an ad-lib there, then placed it in the background of the song, while having someone else, reportedly Malachi, singing in the foreground.

It's actually quite appalling. Jackson has been reduced to a background vocalist by Sony Music, which is insulting to any mainstream artist. Dirty trick, indeed. It's quite vile and despicable when you think about it.
