Academy Award winning actress, Halle Berry, 49, is divorcing her husband of 2-years, actor, Olivier Martinez, 49. The couple fell in love in 2010 on the movie set "Dark Tide" which was shot in South Africa and wed in France in a private ceremony. Berry and Martinez have a 2-year-old son Maceo. Berry has an 8-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, from a previous relationship with model Gabriel Aubry. Berry and Martinez seek joint custody of their son.  

There are many rumors circulating regarding the reasons for their divorce. However, none have been confirmed by the couple, who are requesting privacy at this time. This is Berry's third marriage.

Previously, Berry was married to unfaithful singer Eric Benet, who disgracefully bedded thirty women during their 4-year marriage and confessed to being a sex addict. Berry's first marriage was to baseball player, Dave Justice, who really seems to be the love of her life. They were quite suited to each other, came from similar backgrounds and had a lot in common. However, fame and career pressures broke up their union and the couple divorced after 4-years of marriage.

Halle Berry looks beautiful after giving birth to her second child. She was spotted on the red carpet without her wedding ring, which created rumors of a split. 

 

There are reports on blogs that Academy Award winning actress Halle Berry is having martial troubles. The actress married actor Olivier Martinez a few months ago. Berry recently gave birth to the couple’s son Maceo, who the actress says is “Fantastic“ (the public is looking forward to seeing the little tot for the first time).

However, the couple have not been seen together in months and Berry was recently pictured on the red carpet without her wedding ring, causing speculation the marriage has hit the rocks. Berry and her husband are reportedly not living together anymore. Paparazzi have been watching the couple.

Previously, Berry was married MLB baseball player Dave Justice. After her divorce from Justice, Berry wed singer Eric Benet, who was a sex addict that cheated on her with nearly two dozen women in two years. Berry later began a relationship with model Gabriel Aubry, who is the father of her 5-year-old daughter, Nahla. Berry referred to Nahla as “a great big sister” to Maceo. Academy award winning actress Halle Berry is said to be 3-months pregnant with her second child. This is according to TMZ, who also states the unborn baby is a boy. The dad is Berry’s fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez. My friend was right about him. TMZ states it was an unplanned pregnancy, which is also in the high risk category as Berry is 46 (she certainly looks half her age). Here’s hoping she will have a safe and healthy pregnancy.

This news must have come as a shock to model Gabriel Aubry, the father of Berry’s first child, Nahla Aubry.
