Scandals Erupt After Michael Jackson's Death

Michael Jackson

The Judiciary Report has been trying to avoid this incendiary story, but here goes. Things have once again gone scandalous in the fall out of the death of the late Hollywood pop star, Michael Jackson.

Jason Pfeiffer, a homosexual assistant of Michael Jackson's longtime dermatologist, Arnold Klein, is claiming a secret sexual affair with the late singer. He and Dr. Klein have received death threats as a result of these claims. The question is, why make these claims after he has died.

Jason Pfeiffer

Coincidentally, Debbie Row, a nurse that worked for Dr. Klein years ago, is Jackson's ex-wife and the mother of his first two children, sired by another man, according to their mom.

To Dr. Klein: are you sure you're not running something else out of that office.

In other Michael Jackson news, his former attorney, Peter Lopez, killed himself this past weekend. Lopez was also married to "The Dukes Of Hazard" television star, Catherine Bach.

Michael Jackson Secret Boyfriend - Jason Pfeiffer Claims Affair

May 3, 2010 - Jason Pfeiffer, a former dermatologist's assistant, claims he had a "passionate and sexual" relationship with Michael Jackson that began after meeting the King of Pop at his dermatologist’s office.

"We definitely hit it off the first time we met," Pfeiffer tells Extra in an exclusive interview. He also claims that Jackson’s doctor, Dr Arnold Klein, had seen the couple together. Dr Klein reportedly witnessed Pfeiffer and an allegedly shirtless Jackson together, and Extra quotes Klein as saying: "When you see two people looking at each other you know what’s happening. Michael Jackson Loved Botox

Arnold Klein and Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson's dermatologist, Arnold Klein, has filed a claim against his estate for services rendered, but not paid for and among the items listed, are treatments for Botox injects he performed on the late singer. Botox is basically toxins injected into the skin to freeze and smooth away wrinkles.

You know Michael Jackson was singing his own lyrics in the dermatologist's chair, but adding the word Botox to them:

"Man In The Mirror": If you wanna make the world a better place take a look at yourself and Botox today.

"Rock With You": I wanna Botox with you...freeze you in today.

"Lady In My Life: Even through the years, even when we're old and gray, I will freeze you more each day, because you will always be the Botox in my life.

Michael Jackson Employees Seek To Speak Out

Michael Jackson

According to published reports, employees of the late singer, Michael Jackson, wish to speak out, regarding what they saw the day he died.

Jackson's doctors' stories do not add up and the police are being lied to as they attempt to piece together what transpired on the day of his death.

Anyone that disputes the premise, several sedatives and Propofol, administered hours apart, within a 12 hour period, is deadly, is very naive or seeking to excuse very poor conduct.

Dr. Murray wouldn't have ingested all the drugs he gave Michael, in what amounts to half a day. Dr. Klein wouldn't have ingested all the drugs he was giving Michael for years, to feed his addiction. They took massive risks with Jackson's life, in open contradiction to the Hippocratic Oath and federal and state statutes.

If one is going to overmedicate patients to such extremes, one is just as dangerous as a drug pusher on the corner, selling illegal narcotics. When the end result is the same, a deadly overdose, how different are you from the drug dealer.

When you have to hide in secret to obtain copious amounts of controlled substances, prescription meds, use fake names and bypass state and federal law to obtain it, how is that much different from a drug dealer bringing in illegal shipments of narcotics? Because you have a medical degree and the drug dealer doesn't, you are somehow better?

Jackson's doctors that violated the law, wanted the money to maintain their lavish lifestyles. Now, his doctors need to face the music, pardon the pun, like men and accept the legal consequences of their misconduct.

It is better to be a physician in a clinic earning less wages, than a doctor making big money off unlawfully drugging up a pop star with prescription meds.

What honor is there in making someone sick, when you are supposed to be a doctor curing them. That's an oxymoron.

Jackson Employees Want to Speak Out Regarding Singer’s Death

8/26/09, 10:06 am EST - Two employees of Michael Jackson who were present in the singer’s home on June 25th want to help investigators piece together the events leading up to the star’s death. Michael Amir, Jackson’s personal assistant, and Alberto Alvarez, a security guard who reportedly placed the 911 call demanding an ambulance, had brief informal talks with police the day Jackson died, but their lawyer Carl Douglas says the two men can shed new light on the June 25th timeline, the Los Angeles Times reports.

For instance, at 12:13 p.m. on June 25th, Amir received a panicked four-second message from Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, that essentially said, “Come quick.” Nine minutes later, paramedics were called to Jackson’s home. Douglas said both of his clients are eager to share more information with authorities but have so far been stonewalled. However, Douglas wouldn’t elaborate on what other information his clients might tell authorities.

“We arranged two separate occasions for LAPD investigators to meet with my clients. My clients came early wearing suits and ties. The first meeting was canceled and rescheduled. The second meeting I had to call them to inquire about the [detectives’] absence,” Douglas told the LAT...

Propofol Killed Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson

Lethal doses of the drug Propofol, killed singer Michael Jackson, when it was improperly dispensed outside of a hospital setting, without the expertise of an anesthesia technician.

In a practice this Column has slammed in the past, Jackson was given Propofol and a host of other sedatives, hours apart. It is very difficult for the human body to survive such toxicity, when so many elements of potent drug compositions, besiege the bloodstream and cells.

The day he died, Jackson repeatedly complained of insomnia, demanding more and more sedatives. It is clear, the issues that plagued him, creating the sleeplessness, were not properly addressed by the right psychologists and physicians.

There is no necessity to ever medicate a patient to the extremes Jackson was treated. It was very unwise to believe someone's system could survive that chemical onslaught.

Jackson's last doctors, Dr. Conrad Murray and Dr. Arnold Klein are under active investigation, with a stream of misconduct by the two, continually being uncovered. Dr. Murray is facing the greatest scrutiny, as the physician that administered the fatal dose.

The two men should not be medical doctors under the circumstances, as the mere fact they thought this was an appropriate course of treatment, to appease a pop star that wanted what he should not have, says their judgment is very poor and it poses a risk to the general public.

Pharmaceutical drugs are not candy, to be gobbled up, with the most you will take away from it being a belly ache and cavities. There is an exact science to it and I can't fathom how men that went to medical school did not know better. In short, it was reckless.

Their conduct is the scientific equivalent of a scientist taking home batches of controlled nuclear substances to play around with in their kitchen. You just don't do that, as the risks are too great and deadly.

AP Source: Coroner rules Jackson's death homicide

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide and a combination of drugs was the cause, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press, a finding that makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died...

Dr. Conrad Murray, a Las Vegas cardiologist who became Jackson's personal physician weeks before his death, is the target of a manslaughter investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department. A designation of homicide means that Jackson died at the hands of another, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed.

A search warrant affidavit unsealed Monday in Houston includes a detailed account of what Murray told investigators.

According to the document, Murray said he'd been treating Jackson for insomnia for about six weeks with 50 milligrams of propofol every night via an intravenous drip. But he said he feared Jackson was forming an addiction to the anesthetic, which is normally used in hospitals only, and was attempting to wean his patient by lowering the dose to 25 milligrams and adding the sedatives lorazepam and midazolam...

Then around 1:30 a.m. on June 25, starting with a 10-milligram tab of Valium, Murray said he tried a series of drugs instead of propofol to make Jackson sleep. The injections included two milligrams of lorazepam around 2 a.m., two milligrams of midazolam around 3 a.m., and repeats of each at 5 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. respectively. But they didn't work.

Murray told detectives that around 10:40 a.m. he gave in to Jackson's "repeated demands/requests" for propofol, which the singer referred to as his "milk." He administered 25 milligrams of the white-colored liquid, — a relatively small dose — and finally, Jackson fell asleep.

Murray remained with the sedated Jackson for about 10 minutes, then left for the bathroom. No more than two minutes later, he returned — and found Jackson had stopped breathing.

"There's no surprise there" that death could result from such a combination, said Dr. David Zvara, anesthesia chairman at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

"All those drugs act in synergy with each other," Zvara said. Adding propofol on top of all the other sedatives "tipped the balance."

Besides the propofol and two sedatives, the coroner's toxicology report found other substances in Jackson's system but they were not believed to have been a factor in the singer's death, the official told the AP.

When he died, Jackson was skinny but not overly emaciated, and his body had bed sores, the official said. The singer is believed to have developed bed sores in the months following his 2005 acquittal of child molestation charges, when he went into seclusion and spent long stretches in bed...

Cantrell said it's perplexing that someone would give various benzodiazepines if one was found not to be effective.

"This is horrible polypharmacy," he said, referring to the interaction between the various drugs. "No one will treat an insomniac like this."...

Doctor Shopping

Doctor shopping, much like judge shopping is dangerous and sometimes illegal. Michael Jackson, like a number of other celebrities in Hollywood, went doctor shopping, seeking physicians that would issue the prescriptions they want and in excessive quantities.

This practice, sadly, killed the pop star. Prescription meds abuse in Hollywood runs rampant and hopefully, this case will be a turning point, at least for the government, to better regulate the industry in this trouble spot.

Side Bar: in a curious note, Michael Jackson's dermatologist, Arnold Klein, the rumored dad of Jackson's children via sperm donation, made an appearance in the estate case yesterday, petitioning for the welfare of Jackson's children.

EXCLUSIVE: Lawyer Reveals Why Dr Arnold Klien Wants Say In Custody Decision

Aug 03, 2009 @ 10:16PM - The appearance of an attorney representing Dr. Arnold Klein at the guardianship hearing for Michael Jackson's three kids was a surprise even to the court, which ruled the dermatologist had no legal standing to interject himself into the decision.

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, the attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, explained why Klein feels compelled to be involved.

"At 9:15 AM today, August 3, 2009, we appeared on behalf of Dr. Arnold Klein before Judge Mitchell Beckloff in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Probate Department 5, to ask the Court to allow Dr. Klein to have an opportunity to present evidence to the Court for its consideration in fashioning an appropriate guardianship order with specific protection and supervision in areas relating to Paris Katherine and Prince Michael's upbringing that were of particular concern to Michael.

Dr. Klein is not objecting to Katherine Jackson being the guardian nominee, but was acting on promises he made to Michael with respect to assuring the long term health and stability of the children and their ability to enjoy as normal of a life out of the spotlight as could be reasonably possible.

"Dr. Klein has always had a special relationship with Paris Katherine and Prince Michael, loves and cares deeply for these children and is looking out for their best interest. Dr. Klein has been involved with the children in sharing holidays and other special events and wishes to have the ability to continue his involvement as a very close friend of their father and offers his guidance and protection forever."...

Klein's statement only deals with the older two - Prince Michael and Paris - which is particularly interesting given the many rumors that have him as their biological father...
