Acting on intelligence data, police in Belgium raided a property in the city of Verviers and killed two ISIS terrorists, while detaining a third. The surprise raid was conducted as police discovered the militants were about to perpetrate "major terrorist attacks." CNN stated the raid was accelerated as well due in part to, "The arrest of a Belgian arms dealer suspected of providing weapons to Amedy Coulibaly, the man who attacked a Paris kosher supermarket and also pledged allegiance to ISIS. Belgian investigators questioned him and searched his possessions, the source said."

The operation, which authorities said was ongoing, added fresh fuel to a fear that's been simmering for months as thousands of Europeans went off to join ISIS fighters in Syria...
