As the new school year is set to begin in America, teachers have articulated their plans with administrators regarding what they hope to teach students in the coming semester. Some students will excel, while others will fall between the cracks. Some will outright fail for various reasons.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, if a special small tax was created for education, with the goal of providing financial incentives to students who achieve high grades and maintain them, test scores would improve. Money has been a motivator and would work with some students as a reward for excellence.
