U.S. Supreme Court To Decide If Cops Have The Right To Take Americans' Blood

Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments regarding granting police officers the ability to obtain Americans' blood, during DUI stops on the road. The Judiciary Report is not in favor of such a measure. Not only does it open the police up to health hazards, it can also unduly incriminate citizens in cases that corruption creeps in.

Take for example, the O.J. Simpson case. As much as it appears the former NFL football player knew more than he was saying about the brutal murder of his ex-wife, it was crystal clear a police officer on the case had tampered with his blood samples in an effort to make him look guilty.
