Merril Hoge Was Unfair To Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow: Oh no he didn't

 ESPN sports commentator and former football player, Merril Hoge disgracefully defamed NFL star player Tim Tebow, over his unhappiness at being held back by the New York Jets. Hoge stated Tebow is, "as phony as a three-dollar bill" during a cruel rant that was flat out mean and uncalled for. Hoge’s statements have offended many people.

It’s one thing to state you do not like someone, as that is a lawful opinion, but when you call another person a fraud without cause or justification, that is defamation of character, an actionable offense. I ask, who wants to spend their career sitting on the bench or sideline? No one. Tebow’s reaction is a normal and correct one.

Hey, Tebow, you want me to handle him for you. I could tase him. Of course, I’d have to buy a taser first. I could tase him right after he eats lunch - it would be an instant laxative. Nothing like a little electricity through someone’s butt to remind them to shut up.
