Troubled court prone singer, Chris Brown, couldn't resist
reopening his Twitter account after comedian Jenny Johnson ran him off the site.
Brown has posted a new message stating, "Time to start fresh." However, he also
released photos of himself getting high, smoking not one or two, but three
marijuana blunts at the same time, looking extremely out of it.

Any damage control consultant would tell Brown to stop, which
leads me to ask again, where is his publicist. This is not how you rebuild a
badly damaged image. Brown posting marijuana photos to his impressionable
audience is not going to resonate with parents.
