News Corp Shareholders Want Rupert Murdoch Gone (Phone Hacking Scandal)

But He Refuses To Leave

Rupert Murdoch and wife Wendi Murdoch

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 73 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters]

News Corp shareholders are demanding CEO Rupert Murdoch step down in the fallout from the costly phone hacking scandal. The company is hemorrhaging money from the scandal, with nearly $2 billion dollars lost in profits and penalties.

Murdoch continues to resist calls to quit, trying to dig in after engaging in completely unlawful behavior. He is not innocent. When he tells you that he is lying. As the person that broke the scandal, I can tell you with certainty, the man and his family are the source of criminality at the company.

He and others at News Corp illegally accessed private emails belonging to me, sent from me to the server hosting my website, with no carbon copy to a third party, yet Murdoch, via hacking, accessed and personally utilized it at a later date verbatim.

Throughout the scandal, it has consistently been shown and proven I am telling the truth. While News Corp and Murdochs have repeatedly been shown to be liars. First they claimed it was one rogue reporter phone hacking. Then the world saw otherwise and scores of journalists from News Corp were shown to be engaging in phone hacking and computer hacking.

I’ve stated during FBI and police interviews that burglary is a method of criminal conduct in the phone hacking scandal, something News Corp pretended was not true. However, last month, it was proven News Corp commissioned burglaries in the phone hacking case to steal documents and other items from the homes and businesses of high profile and or well connected targets (Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Exposed For Burglaries Into High Profile People's Homes To Steal Information For Profit).

My story has not changed from day one nor does it contradict itself, because it’s 100 percent true. However, the world has seen News Corp repeatedly change their story and that’s because they are lying.
