A topless Kate Middleton and Prince William are facing a
serious legal battle regarding their violated privacy
Buckingham Palace in London, England is angry over the threat of
sex photos being released of Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton.
Embarrassing topless photos have already been released of Middleton by magazine
Closer, resulting in two lawsuit being filed by Prince William and Middleton.

The couple is requesting the individuals, who surreptitiously and disgracefully photographed them without permission or their knowledge, as they got intimate pool side at a private home in France and published the pics in Closer magazine, be prosecuted in criminal court for their invasive actions.
As the Judiciary Report previously stated on the site, the royal
family should have sued the minute nude photos hit the internet of Prince Harry
playing strip billiards in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the privacy of his own hotel
room, as it was illegal and done without his knowledge or consent. It has
emboldened others to think they can exploit the family to greater and more
degrading degrees for financial enrichment and due to a personal agenda.
