After years of tutoring whilst touring on the road, 18-year-old pop star,
Justin Bieber, has received his high school diploma. To commemorate the
monumental occasion, the Judiciary Report would like to congratulate the Bieber,
because if this singing thing falls through, he can easily earn minimum wage
with his diploma (kidding).
