Justin Bieber Does PSA Against Texting And Driving

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, is putting his fame to good use, by doing a commercial, warning people against texting and driving, as it can turn fatal. A number of teens and adults have died while texting and driving, which is regrettable and can be prevented.
