Michael Jackson's Doctor Protesting Med License Suspension

Michael Jackson

Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late singer, Michael Jackson, is protesting the suspension of his medical licenses, in the aftermath of the crooner's death, via a pharmaceutical overdose. Murray performed unsafe medical procedures on Jackson, namely heavily sedating him with a host of pharmaceutical meds and inappropriately administering anesthetic as a sleep aid.

Murray has continued to practice medicine in three states to support himself and pay his substantial legal fees. Once stripped of that ability, as the manslaughter case goes to trial, Murray will have to lean on a public defender, which is what he was hoping to avoid.
