Miley Cyrus' new video "Who Owns My Heart" features the precocious 17-year-old, laying in bed in her underwear. The video and song are not good. Cyrus keeps getting more inappropriate and lewd, believing it is the way to be popular, yet the more she does so, the lower her sales fall.
