Lady Gaga Lawsuit Has Merit

Lady Gaga (before the nose job, breast implants and hair bleach) with boyfriend, producer Rob Fusari

Sorry to bust some of your bubbles (Gaga folks), but the lawsuit filed against Lady Gaga by her ex-boyfriend, Rob Fusari, actually has some merit, in that she signed over 20% of the shares in her company to him, guaranteeing her scorned ex-boyfriend, 1/5th of everything she makes.

In short, imagine you have shares in a corporation that goes on to make millions in revenue. It's time for you to collect your share, but the owner of the corporation changes their mind. Under the law, you have a case against them. That is what transpired between Lady Gaga and Fusari.

Lady Gaga's Claims Are "Ludicrous"

3/21/2010 - Lady Gaga recently alleged that ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari's lawsuit against her is a cover. She claims that the music producer is attempting to collect "unlawful compensation." ...

Gaga and Fusari's relationship became a business partnership in May 2006, when the two created Team Love Child LLC with the intention to promote her career. Fusari held a share of twenty percent.

In Fusari's defense, His lawyer wrote that "Fusari is a PARTNER in the Team Love LLC with Gag and her father (through their company Mermaid). Rob was no more of an 'agent' for her than she is a Roman Catholic nun."
