2-year-old Riley Curry has taken America by storm after her adorable appearance during a press conference featuring her dad, Steph Curry, who sat with the press to talk about his win with the Golden State Warriors basketball team. Riley smiled, waved, yawned and when she’d had enough of the press conference and microphone amplifying her dad’s voice in her ears, she told him what they probably tell her at home, “You’re talking too loud, be quiet!”

In her second press conference, Riley rapped Big Sean lyrics “I’m way up, I feel blessed” which prompted a blessing from the rapper, who tweeted on the social networking website Twitter, “God bless little Riley Curry.” Other cute videos include Riley doing her dad’s trademark hand gestures he makes after scoring points on the court. The smart and aware little girl has become an online sensation without even trying.

Interestingly, Riley co-starred in one of her mother’s cooking videos and she was a well behaved little sweetie pie, sweetly smiling at the camera. Ayesha Curry released a video with her daughter Riley helping her in the kitchen and it is a stark contrast to the hilarity that ensue as her dad tried to contain her at his press conferences. In short, it’s clear when Riley gets around her dad she knows she has him wrapped around her little fingers and can do what she wants. Riley knows what’s up. She’s a daddy’s girl. Even Steph's brother, Seth, joked about Riley after the press conference stating "Y'all don't know the half." How are you just gonna snitch on your niece like that (LOL).

Steph's beautiful wife Ayesha is also popular online. His his sister and mother, who are beautiful as well, are popular online as well. Steph's mom, Sonya, looks all of 12-years-old, despite the fact she is 49. It's hilarious reading tweets by men on Twitter trying to chat up Curry's mom and stating how beautiful she is to them. I can't imagine Curry's dad, former NBA basketball player, Dell Curry, is happy about those tweets (LOL). It's nice to see a happy, loving family doing well. The way the public has reacted to the Curry family is affirmation people appreciate down to earth people trying to do well.

During a press conference yesterday, regarding allegations athlete Tom Brady and his team, the New England Patriots, deflate footballs for an undue advantage during play, the quarterback flatly denied the claims. Brady took the same approach as the song of reggae singer Shaggy "It wasn't me" in denying everything.

However, Brady's grin is telling another story. Some people believe Brady's denials in this matter and others do not in any measure. Some athletes, such as Hines Ward, have accused Brady of cheating. The NFL continues its investigation into the Deflategate scandal. Wonder why they didn't call it Ballgate.   

 

Brady stated in response to Deflategate, "Everyone is trying to figure out what happened. I was as surprised as anybody when I heard Monday morning what was happening. I have no knowledge of anything. I have no knowledge of any wrongdoing. I’m very comfortable saying that nobody did it, as far as I know. I was in the locker room preparing for a game – I don’t know what happened over the course of the process with the footballs."

Tyson Fury And Dereck Chisora Finalize November 2014 Fight For Big British Boxing Rematch

Heavyweight boxers, Tyson Fury and Dereck Chisora, have set the stage for their long anticipated rematch in Britain. The pugilists will fight for the British Heavyweight boxing title on November 22, 2014 in London, England’s ExCel arena. Fury won the first fight in 2011.

Recently, Fury ran afoul of the British Boxing Board of Control over his profane, sexually explicit speech at a press conference with Chisora, where men, women and children were present. Fury initially stated he is refusing to attend the hearing, despite the fact the council warned it would result in the revocation of his boxing license. However, he had a change of heart and made peace with the boxing board and paid a $25,000 fine, paving the way for the fight to proceed.

Tyson Fury clear for Dereck Chisora rematch after escaping ban

Tyson Fury has been given the go-ahead for his grudge match with Dereck Chisora after escaping a ban by the British Boxing Board of Control. 

The board has fined Fury £15,000 after charging him with misconduct over a foul-mouthed tirade at a press conference in June. Fury and Chisora will come face to face at a press conference on Monday when the promoter Frank Warren will announce further details of the 22 November bout…

Obama’s Beige Suit Has People Talking

It is sometimes said people’s fashion choices are a reflection of their mood and current personal situations. So, when U.S. President Barack Obama, donned a crisp beige suit during a press conference recently, it set tongues wagging that something is amiss. A number of website and blogs as well as people on social networking commented on the suit. 

A sad and drawn looking Obama, who appears to be under a significant amount of stress, spoke in serious tones, while wearing the beige suit. This is not something people are used to seeing. American presidents usually wear black or navy blue suits during press conferences. It was a nice suit, but unusual seeing it against the presidential seal at a press conference nonetheless.

Married Reality Star Tiny Slams Boxer Floyd Mayweather For Stating He Had Sex With Her (Video)

During a press conference a week ago to promote the upcoming rematch Mayweather v. Maidana 2, boxer Floyd Mayweather stated he’d engaged in sexual intercourse with reality star/singer, Tiny, the wife of rapper T.I.. The rapper, who is making death threats against Mayweather, is a convicted felon, who went to prison on gun charges. Hours after the statement caused controversy on social networking, Mayweather stated he did not say he was having sex with Tiny. However, her husband thought he was having sex with Tiny.

Tiny recently did a radio interview with comedian/actor Rickey Smiley, where she stated, “Tough that you can’t just be out and take a picture with somebody” to which he responded, “That don’t mean that you sleeping with somebody because you took a picture.”

The fan and press favorite attended a press conference and was confounded at the number of political questions he was asked, but declined to answer. Even in his native Jamaica, Bolt stays out of political matters. 

Side Bar: The highlight of the press conference is the good people of Scotland wanting Bolt to wear a traditional kilt. Boss, before you accept, you should know, traditionally kilts are worn without drawers. That’s right, commando. Beware of the breeze, boss (LOL).

Floyd Mayweather Backtracks Says He Did Not Have Sex With T.I.'s Wife Tiny

This past Saturday, lightweight boxing champion of the world, Floyd Mayweather, caused controversy on social networking and websites, by stating during a press conference for his fight Mayweather v. Maidana 2, that he slept with Tiny, the wife of rapper T.I.

Mayweather stated regarding Tin'y unfaithful husband T.I., "What about the bitch? I was f***ing his b***h." However, hours later Mayweather stated what he'd actually said was, "He thinks I was f***ing his bitch." He further stated, "I've never been with Tiny sexually. I respect her situation and I think she's a good person. I would never disrespect a marriage."

According to TMZ, Tiny agreed, "T.I.'s wife Tiny confirms that statement ... telling us she's never had sexual relations with Floyd -- and thinks he only spoke out at the presser to get revenge for her BET Awards diss. As for T.I. ... he simply told us, "I hope he is enjoying himself. God bless him."

Tyson Fury Ordered To Face Boxing Commission Or Suffer The Suspension Of His licenses Over Dereck Chisora Press Conference

Yesterday the British Boxing Board of Control announced 25-year-old heavyweight boxer, Tyson Fury, is being ordered to an August 13, 2014, disciplinary hearing regarding his expletive laced, sexually crude words at a press conference to promote his scheduled fight against rival Dereck Chisora, 30. 

Tyson is set to take on Chisora in a rematch, attempting to attain the same outcome of a win on July 26, 2014 in Manchester, England. The fight will determine which boxer will face heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko. 

Fury has apologized for his conduct in tweets he posted to his Twitter account this week. Fury should attend the hearing. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of his boxing license. Fury should apologize to the council and refrain from any such outbursts in the future, while in his professional capacity as a boxer.

Boxer Tyson Fury attended a press conference this week with rival Dereck Chisora, in support of their upcoming fight on July 26, 2014 in Britain. The press conference turned into a heated, expletive laced, sexually explicit argument, especially on Fury’s end, in the presence of an audience containing men, women and children. 

A journalist ripped Fury for his conduct, stating his inappropriate speech in an environment women and children are present was offensive. It appears the boxing commission agrees, as they have opened an investigation into Fury, after receiving a number of complaints. Fury took to the internet today and apologized for his conduct.

Fury likes to trash talk, but there is a way to do so. It should be clean and clever. It should be sarcastic or funny, but never filthy. Ali and many boxers who’ve gone before Fury trash talked, but it was all in good fun. It never reached the levels of inappropriateness Fury's speech consistently does and he needs to change this behavior. Kids are watching and it is setting a bad example. He should clean up his speech. Furthermore, he is simply not marketable due to this conduct and it is costing him millions in endorsements/sponsorships. You have to be smart about these things.  

Fury needs a physical makeover and a public relations one as well. This past weekend, before the aforementioned press conference, I commented on Fury’s Twitter page, after he referred to heavyweight champ, Wladimir Klitschko, as a “p****” whilst calling him out in demanding a fight. This was not a good idea.

While Fury can box and has a solid record full of wins, I stated Fury is not ready for Klitschko and the former's team should be honest with him and communicate this fact. It's not an insult. Just a warning. Fury would need a stronger training regimen and to fine tune his boxing skills, as Klitschko is very precise and a true power puncher. 

Fury calling out Klitschko in that manner will not make him want to fight him. He will not take it seriously. Hence, Klitschko not returning his calls. You have to show him you are serious and have things together. Volatility is seen as weakness, not an asset.

Froch v. Groves Boxing Match Sells Out Wembley In London Within Hours (Video)

 

 

The highly anticipated boxing rematch between Carl Froch and George Groves sold out quickly yesterday afternoon. Froch was awarded the fight in a controversial decision against then undefeated Groves. Demand was so high, promoters are seeking to release 20,000 additional tickets at the venue. The press conference for the fight revealed tensions between the two men. Froch’s large, rough around the edges brother Lee, also had a threatening stance and tough words for the well-groomed and smartly attired Groves, who tried to take things in stride.

Things also didn’t get friendly during a photo call at Wembley, as Froch pushed Groves while repeatedly refusing to acknowledge his existence. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the fight before the fight. Froch’s brother continued his taunts, prompting Grove to state, “Who was talking to you sweetheart!” (LOL he was calling you a girl).

Annoyed by the attacks, Groves told promoter Eddie Hearn to handle it. However, Hearn, being the brave, courageous fearless promoter he is, laughed and quickly got out the way, determined not to accidentally get his butt kicked in any potential melee. It’s not everyday you see that kind of bravery *cough* self-preservation (just teasing).

NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, held a press conference today in Russia, with the support of officials in Moscow, stating he wishes to remain there under asylum. The Obama Administration has filed extradition papers demanding Snowden from Venezuela, where they initially thought he would go, due to a generous offer.

Seriously, this issue seems to be a logistical one, as Snowden would have to find a way to Venezuela through territories the Obama Administration could intercept his plane and extradite him.

U.S. President Barack Obama: y'all better clean this mess up!

During a televised press conference today at the White House, U.S. President Barack Obama, slammed the companies involved in the current East Coast oil spill in America. He excoriated them stating the Congressional hearing into their actions was a, "Ridiculous spectacle" in which, "Executives of BP, Transocean and Halliburton, (were) falling over each other to point the finger of blame at somebody else."

The angry President, who appeared to be missing his bran this morning, also blamed the U.S. federal government for, "The cozy relationship between the oil companies and the federal agency that permits them to drill." As such, Obama stated he will split the Minerals Management Service, to create checks and balances, via having two separate departments issue permits and collect royalties.
