Madonna's current infringing "Rebel Heart" album has flopped on the charts under terribly poor sales (Madonna To Be Dropped From Record Deal Due To Massive Flop ‘Rebel Heart’). Her tour of the same name is failing as well. Madonna's tour has been one disaster after another. The "Rebel Heart" tour has been bombing, suffering from poor ticket sales, before she even set out on the road. Several months ago, to make up for poor ticket sales, Madonna been charging more money for seats closer to the stage, realizing initial prices/sales would not meet the quota to cover costs for the empty seats.

Last spring the New York Post questioned Madonna's inability to sell out arenas, citing "Rebel Heart" concert sales are soft, as a number of her scheduled tour stops have copious amounts of unsold tickets. This made it more apparent than ever that people are not supporting her career as they once did in the past. People have lost interest in her and rightly so. She is a vile human being.

The Daily Mail reported Madonna performed in Australia to a "half empty" arena. Madonna is trying to blame it on being late for shows. However, the spate of bad publicity she has been experiencing for the past several months is killing off ticket sales, but this began happening well prior to her current troubles that began this past December. Madonna's nasty custody battle with ex-husband Guy Ritchie made her behave even worse. In February, she began showing up on stage drunk and high on drugs. Reports in the Daily Mail indicate Madonna has been slurring her words and stumbling around on stage and babbling about the late police putting her in jail for life.

Madonna has been paying journalists to post stories about her in newspapers, magazines and online. She and her secretary make up the stories for publicity (some of them copyright infringing), then send them to journalists for publication, providing the scribes with money and gifts. The stories often contain the names of newer stars whose popularity Madonna tries to leech off, hoping to attract their fans when they use search engines to find the latest news. However, none of it is working.

The mother-of-four also did shots with backing dancers but insists she was getting drunk on water. 

Following her extremely late arrival at Wednesday night’s concert in Brisbane, fans were offered refunds ahead of Thursday's show as Madonna was expected to be late on stage again. And it appears quite a few ticket-holders decided to take them up on the offer, with Madonna reportedly not performing to a packed stadium for her second show in the city. Fans took to their social media sites to poke fun at all the empty seats at the Entertainment Centre, with one sharing a picture alongside the words: 'Oh wow. She wasn't kidding. I've seen bigger crowds at a pub. #Madonna.'

For years the Judiciary Report has insisted the Nielsen ratings systems are highly flawed and corruptible. For example, in the March 13. 2012 article "Hollywood And The Ratings Game Makes One Realize Nielson Figures Are Not An Accurate Reflection Of Viewing Numbers" the Judiciary Report stated: 

"For years the Nielson company has monitored television ratings in America, but are their results a true reflection of the nation? No. Nielson ratings are derived from boxes they send to select homes throughout America, but it does not encompass every television in the country. Therefore, how can the results be accurate. A better system is needed. Minority shows largely featuring blacks and or Hispanics, have routinely suffered in ratings and this is likely due to not enough people of color being tallied by Nielson. Blacks and Hispanics account for over 1/3 of the population in the United States. How can these markets continue to be undercounted." 

A new scandal erupted this week where it has been revealed employees of a Los Angeles radio station has been corrupting the Nielsen radio results. Another incident was reported days prior, indicating the system is corrupted and not accurate as the Judiciary Report has maintained for years.

The latest act of corruption occurred much in the same way Nielsen's Soundscan has been corrupted by artists like Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna, who have used scams and hacking to inflate sales. Jay Z was famously busted a few years ago bribing select retailers to run the same copy of his CD through the cash register multiple times to create higher record sales and chart placement (Jay-Z Accused Of Faking Record Sales Again). The fraud was committed so many times due to Jay Z's acts of criminal bribery that his CD placed at number one on the Billboard Charts when it should not have, depriving other artists of their rightful chart placements. That is absolutely foul! 

The truth of the matter is Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna do not sell a lot of albums. They use payola to get their (copyright infringing) songs played every hour of the day at radio stations all over the country (which is illegal) in addition to engaging in other acts of corruption to create higher sales that simply are not real. Did you know Soundscan results can be hacked. So can iTunes.

Recently, when his corrupt options were narrowed, Jay Z cut a deal to give away copies of his album via Samsung, a move slammed by many, as it counted towards record sales, though he did not really sell 1,000,000, as they were all free to customers of the electronics company. Beyonce and Rihanna, both connected to Jay Z in the music industry, also pay for acts of fraud to fake and inflate sales data. Then, their publicists bombard the press with stories about them, to create an air of success. 

Madonna routinely pays select retailers to inflate her record sales. There was even an incident I unmasked online, regarding two press releases Madonna had sent out two years apart, where she added 100,000,000 copies sold to her total albums sold tally, putting it at 250,000,000. However, her current album at the time didn't even sell 1,000,000 copies in America or 1,000,000 units in the international community. Not to mention, not even the Beatles or Michael Jackson sold 100,000,000 albums in 2-years. The woman is such a fraud and so are her sales. Madonna also uses hackers the Kabbalah Center, her cult, has on staff to illegally corrupt and manipulate sales figures domestically and internationally.

Want to know why Madonna, Beyonce, Jay Z and Rihanna concert tickets are so expensive? Because less and less people are buying tickets to their shows and they have to compensate for this fact by charging for one ticket what other artists would charge for ten. They've also had to alter the seating plans of various venues, roping and screening off areas of arenas to conceal the many empty seats, in vain bids to conceal the scam. To further cover up the fact that far fewer people are attending their shows than they would like the public to believe, they always announce shows are sold out for bragging rights, but you can go to any ticket agency online and many tickets will appear as available for purchase. 

The ugly truth is any artist that pays for as much publicity as Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna, bribing writer to publish flattering stories about them, faxing and emailing newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs on a daily basis, with said fake stories they want placed about themselves for press attention, should be able to sell a significant amount of albums and concert tickets, due to the sheer level and saturation of media exposure. The more people you reach, the more you sell? Wrong! You can't sell people what they don't want to buy. There's no faking success. The truth always comes out eventually.

They are corrupting the sales system, Billboard chart records, awards shows results and the Guinness Book Of World Records with this massive, disgraceful fraud. They are modern day Milli Vanillis and the music industry's Madoffs. They are touting and bragging about accomplishments that actually do not exist. How they could lie to the public and themselves in this manner and defraud other artists is astonishing. Most people have a conscience. They clearly do not.

Sorry to break it to you, but Hollywood is smoke and mirrors. It's rigged. There have been true successes, but sadly mixed in are many frauds taking the public for a ride.

The beleaguered couple, who is facing problems in their marriage due to Jay Z’s rampant cheating, saw things go viral, as Beyonce’s sister Solange, beat the rapper in an elevator over his infidelities and trying to ditch his wife at the Met Gala to go have sex with one of his mistresses, Rihanna.

Froch V. Groves Was A Historic Night For British Boxing

The highly anticipated Froch v. Groves 2 fight in London, England this past Saturday was a bonafide success and another example of supply and demand. Reports indicate 80,000 tickets of varying price levels, were sold for the historic event, which was a rematch between Carl Froch and George Groves. The bitter rivalry inside and outside the ring played out to a packed house at Wembley stadium in North London. Said rivalry undoubtedly helped to sell tickets, as fans love characters and a good show.

However, only one man was left standing in the bout and it was Froch, who came away the winner. Froch sealed the deal with a right hook that floored Groves during the eighth round, rendering a knock out. Groves, who also fought with heart, was gracious in defeat. Froch retained his super middleweight titles and pocketed a multi-million dollar purse. Groves shouldn't feel too bad, as he is said to have made between $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 for the fight. 

The night was kicked off  by heavyweight boxer and Olympic gold medalist, Anthony Joshua, a power puncher, who is built like a tank. Joshua quickly dispatched challenger, Matt Legg, in 83 seconds for a first round knock out. British boxer Jamie McDonnell, having won 22 fights with 2 losses, knocked out Thailand's Tabtimdaeng Na Rachawat, an experienced pugilist, who came into the fight with an impressive record of 51-2. However, McDonnell's win affirms my view that anyone can win on any given day in sports. McDonnell won the vacant WBA bantamweight title. James DeGale also stopped Brandon Gonzales in the fourth round.

The teen pop singer took to Twitter to vent his frustration about rumors he deems untrue - everything from city fines for his London show gone wrong and claims about his girlfriends. This comes after his record label Universal hauled him into their offices and read him the riot act over showing up two hours late for his London show, creating a PR disaster and disgruntled fans. Widely read blog TMZ sucker punched Justin stating his career is ending, blaring the headline, "The tide is turning" on Bieber.

The 19-year-old's tardiness created a big scandal in Britain, as video footage of him being vociferously booed by the audience when he finally arrived, circulated around the world. Irate parents who paid good money for their kids to watch Bieber in concert, $50-$600, were angry.

Parents were forced to console their disappointed daughters, then take them home without seeing the show, in order to make national curfew laws set for kids with school the next day. The city of Greenwich has declined to fine Bieber for causing some to break state curfew.

Reports in press indicate the next day angry parents went to Bieber's hotel to show him their displeasure at what transpired. He has been branded "Justin Thiever" over the incident, in a picture circulated on the internet. Refunds are in order.

Yesterday an under-fire Justin Bieber was given the telling-off of his young life during a 20-minute Skype chat with furious record label bosses in the US.

The Canadian singer was ordered to a 5pm (UK time) conference call by Universal chiefs following the PR fiasco that was his Monday night performance at London’s O2. After keeping fans waiting for two hours, with no apparent justification, JB was also said to have been less than excited about a subsequent fan meet ’n’ greet. Off the back of a spate of late nights and erratic behaviour, the foetus has been, well, grounded.
Unfortunately for Justin, his verbal warning came just 12 hours after he rolled in from yet another night of partying in the capital.

A source said: "Being amidst a barrage of abuse is uncharted territory for Justin. Understandably he is finding it hard to take. "He is a huge cash cow for the label and of course they’re desperate to keep both him and the fans sweet. "His erratic behaviour and antics are not what his impressionable young fans expect of him.

Justin Bieber Tried To Go Down Stairs Butt First As Scandal Brews

 

18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, decided to go down a flight of stairs butt first, during a concert performance in his native Canada, featuring cougar, Carly Rae Jepsen, whom he has a thing for and has gotten close to, in spite of having a girlfriend, Selena Gomez (that little pimp). However, Bieber's slide down the stairs booty first, was accidental, as he rushed towards the main stage.

In the meantime, a scandal has been brewing regarding Bieber's handlers, manager Scooter Braun and mentor, singer Usher Raymond. They are being accused of gouging Bieber's fans with inflated, rip-off ticket prices. Allegations have also been made that they are scalping their own tickets, which is illegal. Parents of Bieber's fans are paying the price for this dishonesty.

Braun and Usher have also been engaging in criminal copyright infringement, copyright infringement, money laundering, IRS fraud, bank fraud, corporate fraud and corporate theft, via illegally accessing protected data for unauthorized use, in their dealings regarding the pop star's career and others in their stable. Songwriters and producers have openly complained in the industry of Bieber's team stealing their music or buying it and giving the teen singer writer's credit for their preexisting works.

Despite his 27,000,000 "followers" on Twitter, with half the number said to be comprised of users that are not real, Bieber has been experiencing noticeable sales decline. If Bieber truly had 28,000,000 followers, his sales would be in the tens of millions per CD and single released. However, it is no so. To compensate for this fact, journalists have been writing that Bieber's team orchestrated the alleged laptop theft for publicity, to drum up sales interest in the singer. Thus far it has not worked, as sales are still down.

Recently, music manager and television personality, Sharon Osbourne, stated she likes Bieber, but does not think his career will last. Sadly, due to the corrupt, greedy team he has around him, his career is already fading fast. An artist should be careful about assuming they will have longevity.

As a musicologist, I've seen many artists come and go. The most striking of all the teen star collapses had to be the New Kids On The Block, who at the height of their teen fan driven fame went from selling 20,000,000 copies of one CD (far more than Bieber) to total music flop in one month, with the release of a failed follow up.

Justin Bieber In Trouble For Speeding Down Los Angeles Highway

18-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, keeps getting himself into trouble with the law. First he beat up a photographer that stood next to his car taking his picture. Now he is in trouble for speeding on a Los Angeles street at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour. Government representative, Los Angeles councilman Dennis Zine, reported Bieber's conduct to 911 and demanded he be arrested, cuffed and his driver's license revoked. Bieber has been cited by the police for the incident.

According to TMZ, councilman Zine stated, "Bieber was driving like a maniac. He was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars as he weaved from lane to lane. If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving. I was going 60 and he drove by me like he was in a rocket ship. He was a maniac."

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun brushed off the incident like it was no big deal stating Zine "is just a councilman looking for a headline." It is a big deal. Princess Diana, her boyfriend and driver died from terrible injuries sustained while speeding from the paparazzi. Do not encourage Bieber or anyone else to get into such a dangerous habit, for something as trivial as avoiding having their picture taken. Don't be a yes man, because if he ends up dead from a tragedy at his own hands, there's no coming back from that.

Bieber needs to reevaluate his conduct, as he has been lashing out this year and in ways that pose a danger to him and others. Don't let it be through tragedy that you learn to rein in your anger and dangerous conduct. Take the initiative and do so before something bad happens to you and or someone else, in a situation that could be life altering.  

Reports Indicate People Are Not Claiming Free Madonna CD Which Gives Away The Scam Many Tickets Were Not Bought

A reported 400,000 people, who've allegedly bought tickets to Madonna's forthcoming tour, whose opening has been pushed back due to problems, have not claimed/redeemed their free CD "MDNA" which flopped on the charts. But how can they claim/redeem something they have not bought, as Live Nation offloaded many Madonna concert tickets to ticket brokers on consignment and fraudulently counted them as sales.

Are these ticket brokers to claim all those CDs. Where will they house them - in an empty warehouse somewhere, so that an egotistical, evil singer that can't deal with failure, can save face. When one has to go through all that trouble to pretend to be successful, it's time to call it a day, because you are grossly embarrassing yourself. She deserves the embarrassment for robbing starving Africans and other black people she exploits via copyright theft.

Christians in Korea have been protesting a planned concert by occult singer, Lady Gaga. They cite her lewd videos and demonic imagery as reason the concert should not take place. Lady Gaga has also bragged about her cocaine use in interviews, which set a very bad example.

South Korea's government has already bowed to public pressure and banned under-18s from attending the 26-year old's concert, but protesters gathered outside the venue said that was not enough. 

"Some people can accept this as another culture but its impact is huge beyond art and debases religions. According to an online report, a group of girls are auctioning off their virginity to pay for Justin Bieber concert tickets. It's sad that teens today think their virginity is only worth a bit of money for concert tickets.

It is the Judiciary Report's hope their plan will fail and be called off, as they are somebody's children and precious in God's sight. Do not sell yourself short. Here's hoping Bieber sends them some tickets.
