Angela Merkel Political Party CDU Loses State Election In Germany Due To Open Door Policy Regarding Influx Of Syrian Migrants

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report articles "Some Syrian Migrants Refusing To Work In Germany Posing A Problem For The State Regarding Supporting The Refugees" (August 20th, 2016) and "The European Union Must Address Immigration Imbalances Threatening Select Member Nations Economic Future And Stability" (July 5, 2016). 

The Judiciary Report’s political sensibilities have proven correct again. CDU, the political party of German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, have been defeated in a state election. The defeat occurred in Merkel’s home state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The issue that caused the CDU’s defeat is Merkel allowing over 1,000,000 migrants into Germany in less than a year, under an open door immigration policy.

Merkel meant well, but the social and physical logistics of such a maneuver, as well as the financial price tag, proved her party’s undoing in the state election, where they placed third. The newly created far right Alternative for Germany (afD) political party defeated Merkel’s CDU, placing second. The Social Democratic Party placed first. A report released today indicates Merkel has now changed her focus to the deportation of immigrants who have been denied asylum. Merkel stated in Parliament, “The most important thing in the coming months is repatriation, repatriation and once more, repatriation.”

Once again, the Judiciary Report is not anti-immigration. However, immigration has to be done in a controlled, orderly fashion to prevent financial and economic damage to the host nation. Immigrants must also assimilate for immigration to properly work. Issues have arisen in Germany, such as some migrants not wanting to work. Some have also been engaging in crime such as theft, assault and murder. The high profile murder of a pregnant German woman walking on the street, who was killed by a migrant has not helped matters. Other issues have surfaced, such as child brides, which is forbidden by law in the West. Once again, immigrants must assimilate and adhere to the laws of their new nation.

Side Bar: Once again, a committee is needed regarding the immigration issue in Germany. To have over 1,000,000 new people in one's nation and not truly knowing who many of them are is a national security risk. The German government needs to formulate a plan to obtain the identities of the migrants.

Mrs Merkel’s CDU party was beaten into third place by the right wing Alternative for Deutschland (AfD) party in her home state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. CDU could muster only a pitiful 19.2 per cent of the vote compared to the victorious AfD's 21 per cent, leading to growing scepticism about Merkel's ability to cling onto power in Germany after her party also lost three elections to the AfD in March…

Today at the G20 Summit in Hangzhou, China, Mrs Merkel conceded the open door policy to migrants had swayed the election but added that she considered the "fundamental decisions" of the refugee policy were correct…

Some Syrian Migrants Refusing To Work In Germany Posing A Problem For The State Regarding Supporting The Refugees

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report article "The European Union Must Address Immigration Imbalances Threatening Select Member Nations Economic Future And Stability." A new report in the British newspaper the Express revealed, "German asylum seekers refuse to work insisting 'We are Merkel's GUESTS.'" 

This poses a problem for Germany, as some Syrian migrants were allowed in, while others stormed the borders, with estimates revealing 750,000 have poured into their borders. While I’m certainly not xenophobic, having been an immigrant (from Jamaica) and I do sympathize with the migrants, in the aforementioned article months ago, I posed the practical, reasonable question, as a head of state and government, how do you reasonably care for an influx of 750,000 plus people, find them work (though they do not speak the language), food, shelter and clothing, without it completely walloping and overwhelming your system. It was and is mind-boggling. 

Now the problem has arisen regarding some migrants not wanting to work, referring to themselves as "Merkel's guests" and seeking to get benefits instead (and this was bound to happen, as able bodied immigrants from a number of nations went to Britain - who recently voted to leave the EU - and opted to go on benefits rather than working in the United Kingdom).

What that means is they expect the state to provide for them. That could financially destroy Germany. It could legitimately cause Germany to financially collapse. Migrants are also turning to crime in Germany, with a number of high profile crimes, from theft to murder, being written about in European newspapers.

The Germans are brilliant and very industrious, but as the site expressed months ago, they are going to have their work cut out for them regarding the massive immigrant influx under what are an unusual set of challenging circumstances. This would pose a massive challenge for any world nation.

I like Merkel. She’s a strong woman, who has accomplished a lot in office. She’s done positive things for Germany. However, this matter with the migrants is a serious issue that could overwhelm her government. A government committee/think tank/regulatory group dedicated to addressing the migrant issue needs to be formed for the sake of Germany and the migrants. I also encourage the Syrian migrants to learn German and cooperate with the government in finding work. Learn to assimilate and make an opportunity at a new life work.

German asylum seekers refuse to work insisting 'We are Merkel's GUESTS'

ASYLUM seekers in Germany are refusing to undertake work to counteract boredom - using Chancellor Angela Merkel’s generous hospitality as an excuse.

 

PUBLISHED: 09:06, Thu, Aug 18, 2016 | UPDATED: 21:09, Thu, Aug 18, 2016 According to mayor Bernd Pohlers of the eastern town of Saxony Waldenburg, the asylum seekers refused to accept the work that was offered to them after they arrived in the country. The local council spent £600 arranging for the men to have uniforms but were stunned when they were told they would not complete it because they were "guests of Angela Merkel". 

While asylum seekers are not allowed to work under immigration rules within the EU, they are allowed to do voluntary work. However officials in the district of Zwickau came up with a plan to help encourage those without employment to get back to work and to help them become more accepted within the local community. In order to do this they created voluntary jobs which included a nominal payment of £18 for 20 hours work.  

But all of the male residents of the local refugee accommodation who initially agreed to get involved in the charitable activities quit after discovering there was a minimum wage £7.30 (€8.50) in Germany. The men had been picked up and offered transportation from their paid-for housing where they are also given food and then dropped home. 

Mayor Pohlers said: "It was subsequently argued by these people that they are guests of Mrs. Merkel and guests do not have to work. "Furthermore, they were of the opinion that there is a minimum wage (€8.50) in Germany, and that this had to be paid by the City Waldenburg." Despite attempts at mediation the asylum seekers refused to return to work. Mayor Pohlers added: "In a specially convened meeting with an interpreter the authorities explained the rules again. "Unfortunately, no agreement could be reached on the continuation of the measure."

The European Union is going through a transition period, as Britain recently voted to leave the EU. Without Britain's vast contribution of 350 million British pounds per month (19 billion British pounds per year) and other benefits, which could go in the next two years if the British government completes the process, the European Union will be working with significantly less money and resources. Hence the immense anger last week from select politicians in the European Union. However, it is better to be civil, as the British people have spoken and this is their democratic vote. Britain has been a great partner in the European Union and trade can continue that is beneficial to both parties.

The European Union must not be inflexible, which is what drove millions of British voters away. Concerns were not be heard regarding massive migration from other parts of the European Union and the strain and constraints it has placed on Britain. The United Kingdom’s massive population boom courtesy of immigration overwhelmed the system. Uneven levels of immigration became a massive problem, which sparked the success of the leave vote. As a recommendation to avoid any nation in the European Union buckling or outright collapsing due to this issue, the freedom of movement law needs to be revisited and revised.

The majority of the European Union traffic poured into Britain, namely London, England and overwhelmed their systems. Transportation, schools, hospitals and benefits offices became overwhelmed by the influx of millions of new permanent residents, many of whom are now receiving generous financial benefits and housing, as they came to Britain below the poverty line. Sensing the problem that was brewing, in 2009 the Judiciary Report published the article "Britain's Benefits" and a follow up entitled "Britain's Benefits Part 2" to recommend the benefits system be revised.

In America immigrants must wait for years before obtaining benefits and still have to meet certain stringent criteria (one must be sick or disabled). Food stamps and modest cash assistance is only granted to healthy people who are well below the poverty line and with children. The majority of these changes were implemented under former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, to ensure people coming to America seek to work, not indefinitely live on benefits.

Last year, the British government attempted to negotiate a rule that would require immigrants live in Britain for 4-years before receiving benefits. This would ensure those coming to Britain intend to work and pay their way, rather than take financial and housing benefits from the state indefinitely. However, negotiations on the matter fell through.

If Britain proceeds with invoking Article 50 of the Lisbon treaty to depart the European Union, a process that will take an estimated 2-years, Britain is going to get another massive influx as a last ditch attempt to enter the country from the EU. Then, upon Britain's completion of the process of leaving the European Union, immigration traffic will largely switch to Germany and France, two other sizeable economies in the EU. Germany and France are wealthy nations. Immigrants tend to migrate to nations that are the most economically prosperous and popular.

To further illustrate the fact the Judiciary Report was correct in its aforementioned 2009 articles on benefits, in April of 2016, the German government began proposing and pushing for new rules regarding limiting immigrants access to receiving benefits upon landing in their nation (see external article excerpt below under STORY SOURCE for further information). It is not that one is being xenophobic. It's simple mathematics. The average nation cannot afford to give millions of immigrants financial and housing benefits indefinitely (many can't give said financial assistance on a short term basis either). It could bankrupt any country.

To compound issues for Germany, it is estimated they took in nearly 1,000,000 migrants last year from places like Syria. No disrespect to Syria, but once again, how will Germany pay for housing, feeding and clothing a record number of migrants and find said non-German speaking masses steady employment (it is easier to find employment in a nation if you speak the national language).
Which brings me back to my point, the immigration levels in the European Union are untenable. It needs to be evenly distributed among the 28 member nations, meaning each country has a quota of how many immigrants it will take per year. One or two nations can't take the bulk of the traffic. That's lopsided and the proverbial boat that is the EU will sink.

For years millions in Europe poured out into Britain, namely London, England, a glamorous and wealth westernized city (and who can blame them, it's a great place to live). However, the European Union must be practical. No nation in this world can reasonably take that type of influx, year after year, many of whom are people who required financial and housing benefits, without damaging their economic structure. France and Germany are now in for the same influx Britain sustained from the EU and it is going to wreak economic havoc on them.

I love and respect France and Germany and don't want them to buckle under the financial pressure. I don't want the EU to collapse at all, but it is in a financially precarious place. Spain, a beautiful country, is having problems with a massive number of foreclosures, creating economic difficulties and stagnation. Greece, another beautiful country, is experiencing significant financial trouble and is seeking billions of dollars in bailout money.

The European Union must reform. Some of the rules need to change to strengthen the entire EU. You can't have key players in the European Union taking a financial walloping, as they are the back bone of the enterprise. If the key pillars crumble, the entire financial structure of the European Union will give way and collapse. Immigration must be handled in a more orderly fashion with even distribution. Proper budgetary constraints must be placed on nations in danger of collapsing, also accompanied by a regular assessment plan issued and implemented on how to get them out of said financial hole.

EU migration to Germany 'hits record high'

 
July 2, 2016 - Germany has proposed new legislation to limit EU migrants' access to welfare payments. Immigration to Germany from other European Union countries hit a new record of over 685,000 people last year, led by Romanians, Poles and Bulgarians, Die Welt daily said Saturday, citing official figures.

A total of 685,485 EU citizens arrived in Germany in 2015 while 303,036 left for a net increase of 382,449, the paper reported, saying it had access to data from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). Germany's economic success and relatively low unemployment has drawn people from the EU's poorer members in search of work and better lives.

Romanians topped the list of new arrivals in Germany last year with nearly 175,000, followed by Poles with almost 150,000 and Bulgarians with just over 70,000, Die Welt said.

Promises to limit immigration from other EU states played a key role in the campaign for Britain's membership referendum, which delivered a shock victory last week for the "leave" camp. In April, Germany tabled a proposed law to drastically limit EU migrants' access to welfare payments. Die Welt said a total of 4.1 million EU citizens currently live in Germany.

Defiant Donald Trump Stands By His Call To Ban Muslims From America (Video)

U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has defiantly stood by his demand that all Muslims be barred from entering America for safety reasons, in the wake of the San Bernardino terrorist attack. Trump stated in reference to the backlash, "I don't care." There exists historical precedent that would legally allow Trump to do such a thing, if he were in a governmental position to do so.

No other politician in the Democrat or Republican party running for office in the U.S. Presidential election agrees with Trumps extreme, severe statements on banning all Muslims from America. However, since making the comment, Trump has shot up in the New Hampshire presidential polls, doubling his lead. He is playing on the fears of the public for publicity and it has created a poll surge. Trump has also made very disparaging remarks about Mexicans, blacks, the disabled and veterans. He keeps adding more and more groups to his hate list.

I am a black, female, Christian heterosexual, who subscribes to the ways of democracy and conservatism. I don't hate and discriminate against others. I am non-violent. I don't own a gun, never have, as I don't want one. I am against racism, police brutality and domestic violence. I believe in traditional values and human rights for everyone. Therefore, I am very saddened at the tone some in society have adopted and are publicly espousing. It's downright depressing to see all this hatred and malice on television and in the news. Trump and a few others have taken things to a terrible low.

People need to keep the peace and not do anything irrational or illegal. Today, I read about someone placing a severed pig's head outside a mosque in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I also read about a Muslim man, who is a migrant trying to enter Germany, biting a female police officer and grabbing her gun after yelling, "allah hu akbar." Both stories, in addition to others I have read, reveals some non-Muslims and some Muslims are attacking each other, which is regrettable. It all needs to stop.

Today I also read about State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore stating in a radio interview, "He's like, 'the Syrian refugees.' I'm like, what, are you kidding me? I'm about to fly to Paris and shoot'em in the head myself! I mean, I am not OK with Syrian refugees. I am not OK with terrorists. I'm OK with putting them down (killing). Blacken them out. Just put a piece of brass in their ocular cavity and end their miserable life. I'm good with that."

Fiore's statements encourages violence against all Syrian refugees, when all of them are not terrorists. ISIS is exploiting the migrant crisis to send terrorists in among the Syrian refugees, but to make such a blanket statement about shooting them all in the head is wrong. Some Syrian refugees are children. Fiore tried to back track on her statements from the radio interview, but people had already heard it.

Last week I read an article about immigrant hating Arizona sheriff, Joe Arpaio, calling on 250,000 armed Americans to take the fight to the streets against terrorists and mass shootings in America. To a mentally disturbed mind that can be a call to terrible violence against people who have not broken the law, but will be illegally profiled by vigilantes. I thought his statements were highly irresponsible.

Jihad, which is based in Islamic extremism, is a serious problem that must be tackled by world governments. However, in the proper manner and not through citizens becoming vigilantes.
Things are escalating and no good can come from that. The world doesn't need more violence. The world needs peace and understanding. I am of the belief society is moving in the wrong direction and people need to calm down. You should not let hatred and fear consume you. Just because someone does something wrong, does not mean you should do the same as well. Hate is toxic to the health and soul.

Fiore Says She Does Not Want to Shoot Refugees

She had previously said in an interview that she wanted to kill Syrian refugees.

Trump gains ground in New Hampshire

So another Trump controversy and round of condemnation, followed by a new poll showing how the strategy appears to be paying off. This time it is a CNN/WMUR poll conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey, which shows him extending his lead among likely primary voters in the state.

Some 32% of respondents say they support Trump (up 6 points since September), with Rubio a distant second place with 14% (up 5 points). That 18-point lead is almost double the 10-point lead Trump held in September over businesswoman Carly Fiorina...

Woman Police Officer Sustains ‘Massive’ Injury, Bitten By ‘Rampaging’, Gun-Grab Migrant Screaming ‘Allah Hu Akbar’

7 Dec 2015 - German police were forced to pepper-spray a fare dodging Islamist on Sunday after he reacted badly to having his ticket checked, attacking officers, trying to snatch a police handgun and screaming “Allah hu Akbar”. The 23-year-old Moroccan ‘asylum seeker’ spoke no German and savagely attacked police on Sunday in Osnabrück station, hospitalising two and injured a third.
A railway employee decided to call in police on this occasion as after attempting to check the migrant’s ticket, the man began to act “strangely”, reports Focus.de.

Events took a turn for the violent as police arrived, and the man immediately flew into a fury. Attacking a female police officer, the man kicked and bit while screaming in Arabic the Islamist war-cry “Allah hu Akbar” and crying out the name of the Islamic State.

In the end it took three federal police officers to pepper spray and cuff the man. The female police officer was left with a “massive” knee injury and another officer was treated at hospital for a broken rib and bites on his forearm. Both are now off duty to recover from their wounds.

Despite being kept in hand-cuffs, the man even tried to “repeatedly” grab the service pistol of a police officer, reports NOZ.de. Once at the Osnabrück police station the man continued to give trouble by spitting at officers. Despite the man crying out the name of the Islamic State in Arabic and shouting that ‘god is great” as he attacked, a search of the individual of his arrest found no evidence to suggest he was directly affiliated to the Islamic State itself...

Severed pig’s head thrown at Philadelphia mosque door

December 8 at 2:36 PM - Authorities are investigating an incident at a Philadelphia mosque after early-morning prayers Monday were disrupted by the discovery of a severed pig’s head on the mosque’s doorsteps. A spokesman for the Al-Aqsa Islamic Society said surveillance cameras captured video of a red pickup truck that drove by the building twice Sunday night; during its second pass, an item was seen thrown out of the vehicle’s window and landing at the door of the mosque.

Philadelphia police told The Washington Post that the object was thrown from the passenger side of the truck, and that the vehicle’s occupants are not visible in the video footage. A worker opening the mosque — which is in the same building as an Islamic school and the Arab American Development Corp. — found the pig’s head around 6 a.m. Monday...

Meanwhile, while ISIS is focused on pitbull O'Neill, who is somewhere in America eating burgers and fries and not giving a darn, one of the most dangerous men in world history, Vladimir Putin, a hungry, growling bear, who has the capability to wipe them clean off the map, is at their doorstep giving them prostate exams with bombs and missiles in Syria, over the upheaval they have caused in the region.

250,000 Arabs have been killed (among them children) and millions displaced, fleeing ISIS power grab in Syria. It has created a serious migrant crisis in Britain and Europe. It is not a political issue, but a humanitarian one, where Britain and European nations' economies could buckle if the massive flow of migrants continues unabated.

The migrants need food, shelter, clothing and some means of support. It will cost tens of billions of dollars that will put a massive financial strain on Britain and Europe. It is better for everyone involved if things are resolved in Syria, removing the need for people to literally flee for their lives, leaving all their worldly possessions behind for an unsure future elsewhere, away from their culture.

ISIS extremists publish address of Navy Seal who killed Osama bin Laden and call for his death

Updated 23:23, 5 Oct 2015 - British jihadi asks 'brothers in America' to assassinate Robert O'Neill, the man who fatally shot the al Qaeda terror chief. A British ISIS supporter has published the name and address of the Navy Seal who killed Osama bin Laden and called on American extremists to execute him.

Mirror Online has been monitoring jihadi chat on social media and has spotted several people linking to a text file containing instructions on how to find Robert O'Neill, who claimed to have killed the al Qaeda chief. This information was shared by an unnamed British extremist, who dubbed O'Neill a "number one target" and called for his immediate death.

The address is now being shared on social media along with a sinister hashtag. Dozens of extremists have now republished the Navy Seal's private information, despite apparent censorship attempts by social media firms and the website which is hosting the information. @mchooyah / Twitter. "I leave this info of Robert O'Neill for my brothers in America and Al Qaeda in the U.S, as a number one target to eventually hunt down and kill," the ISIS supporter wrote.

The anonymous jihadi slammed O'Neil for "traveling around America putting on seminars boasting about killing Sheikh Osama". He also posted a link to an story in the International Business Times in which O'Neill's father said the family were "not afraid of ISIS". The Navy Seal went public with his claims in a documentary called "The Man Who Killed Osama Bin Laden".
