Spoof Video Slams Lifetime's Terrible Casting In The 'Aaliyah: The Princess Of R&B Movie' (Video)

A spoof video on YouTube has taken the Lifetime television network to task for its terrible casting of the movie "Aaliyah: The Princess Of R&B." The video shows a spoof of what the auditions probably looked like to come up with the disgraceful end result as seen in the movie. The surprise end in the spoof video brings the point home

Justin Bieber Prostitute Says He Looks Great Naked

Justin Bieber

26-year-old prostitute Tatiana Neves Barbosa also known as "Tati Neves" released a video of Justin Bieber sleeping in a bedroom of the mansion he rented during a "Believe" world tour stop in Brazil. Naves stated she had sex with Bieber, despite his team's denials. They made her out to be an employee, when in actuality, she is a prostitute. The owners of the Centaurus brothel, which Bieber was photographed leaving, stated they know Ms. Neves, indicating she is a prostitute.

Neves was invited to a house party at Bieber's rented mansion. She stated Bieber "looks great naked" and that they "slept in the same bed" together after having sex. She stated after she had sex with Bieber, he fell asleep, which allowed her to use her mobile phone to film the teen star as he slept. The video was uploaded to YouTube and received over 4,000,000 views within the first 24 hours.

Tati Neves

The Judiciary Report is concerned about Bieber. So many nice women would gladly date him, yet he is patronizing prostitutes and putting his health at risk in doing so. He's also breaking Selena Gomez's heart, as she keeps holding out hope they will reunite again.

Falling asleep in rooms with strangers is dangerous, as someone could physically harm a person in that situation. As stated above, having sex with prostitutes also carries health risks. This conduct paints a sad picture. Bieber is buying into the image of what a pop star's life should be like and endangering himself in the process. That's not what fame is about. The promiscuous, reckless "sex drugs and rock n' roll" lifestyle will do you in. Leave it alone Bieber.

Video Surfaces Showing Justin Bieber With Prostitute In Major Security Breach Leading To His PR People Doing Damage Control (Video)

A video hit YouTube showing 19-year-old pop singer Justin Bieber sleeping like a baby, pardon the pun, much like his hit debut song "Baby." However, the video is being called a moment of shame for Bieber, as reports claim the woman filming him and blowing a kiss at the star is a prostitute in Brazil, hired by Justin. The report was bolstered by the fact Bieber was photographed leaving a brothel in Rio de Janeiro with two prostitutes.

Justin Bieber

Bieber's people have been doing damage control, stating the woman is not a prostitute, but a local they hired (hmm still doesn't sound right). Bieber's publicist has been working overtime to rubbish the story that has taken on a life of its own online. Either way it is a security breach. Things have not been right with Bieber this year, as it has been one scandal after another.

Chris Brown Owes Karrueche Tran...

Chris Brown in the "Fine China" music video

Singer Chris Brown owes his on and off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran dinner and thanks. His song and video "Fine China" which music audiences believe were inspired by her, has received 11,000,000 views in 2-weeks on You Tube, which is a successfully tally on the website.

Karrueche Tran

The song is also a hit with radio audiences and is frequently cited on the internet. As such, Brown should do something nice for Tran, who was there for him when his career hit rock bottom after the Rihanna domestic violence case.

Kim Kardashian's Mom Made A Music Video When She Was Her Age (Video)

Kris Jenner, the mom and manager of reality star, Kim Kardashian, made a very low budget music music video in the 1980s, when she was her age, about hanging out with her friends in Los Angeles, California and it could almost be on "America's Funniest Home Videos" filed under "No, Mommy Didn't!"

Kim Kardashian

Much like her publicity loving daughter, the singing on the music video left much to be desired, but credit for doing it without AutoTune. However, unlike her daughter, Jenner's debut song wasn't blatantly stolen (at least I hope Kris Jenner's is original). Either way, I don't believe Jenner's video will be the next "Friday" but there are a couple similarities to Rebecca Black.

The Kardashian Christmas Card

Side Bar: you know Jenner's teen daughters are embarrassed that their mom put that video on YouTube. That's like a teenager's worst nightmare - mommy singing on YouTube. Show of hands, how many of you would want your mommy singing on YouTube. Yea, that's what I thought...

Rick Perry's Presidential Ad Challenging Obama's 'War On Religion' A Hit With 6,700,000 Views On You Tube (Video)

Rick Perry's "Strong" ad, featured in his presidential campaign, is a hit on You Tube with over 6,700,000 views in one week and rising. The ad challenges President Obama's 'War on Religion.' The Texas Governor, who states he is a conservative Christian, struck a chord with audiences.

Barack Obama

Obama used the Christian religion to get into office, then quickly turned his back on it, in favor of certain campaign donors' unethical private interests that have eroded the moral fiber of America and openly contradicted the Bible. He is not worthy of the Christian vote. The corruption Obama has complied with is astonishing.

The awards recognizes recording artists in the area of digital music on the internet, also incorporating social networking in its categories. As was to be expected, YouTube star, Justin Bieber, has been nominated for awards. Bieber is up against the usual suspects, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.

Side Bar: At the last MTV O Awards, Kanye West won the prize for "Best Tweets" on Twitter. Somebody at MTV must be smoking something. Kanye? "Best Tweets"? More like "Best Crazy Tweets."

Rebecca Black Suing Company Over "Friday" Song And Video

Rebecca Black

Three months ago, the Judiciary Report stated a legal battle was underway at Ark Music Factory over the Rebecca Black song and video "Friday" (Legal Fight Breaks Out Over Rebecca Black's Unoriginal "Friday").

The language that was being bantered about between the two parties, had an adversarial tone to it. But nonetheless, they denied their was any real problem. Fast-forward three months and the "Friday" video has been yanked from YouTube by Black's family and they have retained an attorney for a legal fight over the rights to the song and video. Clearly, the discussions were not amicable for the parties to reach such an impasse.

Have The iTunes Charts Diminished The Importance Of The Billboard Charts

Have the iTunes music charts lessened the significance of the Billboard music charts? It appears so. In a sign of how much the music game has changed, people are more frequently invoking the iTunes digital downloads charts, as a measure of success, rather than the Billboard music charts, which are more corruptible and open to payola, as air play still figures into tabulations.

As a result, songs by internet stars such as Rebecca Black, have placed higher on the iTunes Charts, which is based on digital sales, than artists such as Beyonce and Rihanna. This is not a negative development, as it is leveling the playing field, much in the same manner YouTube has done for those that can't get on MTV or BET.

It should be noted, iTunes does not include sales of physical CDs, only albums in digital format. However, for indie artists, iTunes is better than nothing and has become a useful tool in living their dreams of being an entertainer.

Rebecca Black

One has to remember, Billboard has been so corrupted from its inception, for a very long time, black artists were largely kept off all mainstream charts, even though they outsold some of their white counterparts, in blacklisting that began to loosen its grip twenty years ago. For many years, country music was also disregarded by the Billboard album charts, as a small, select group of labels heads, who set the agenda in music, deemed it too backwater and unsophisticated - in spite of the fact country artists were outselling pop and rock stars.

However, Hollywood is not happy with the current developments, regarding the impact of the iTunes charts and YouTube, as aspects of it are out of their control (surprise, surprise). You see, Hollywood, the music industry included, runs like the mafia (because they are the mafia). The industry is chock full of antitrust, monopolies, extensive price fixing, payola, Billboard chart rigging and racketeering, all illegal under U.S. law.

For a time, the industry loudly complained and wanted to own a great chunk of iTunes and collect more royalties, after Apple rescued them from the destructive clutches of Sean Fanning (Napster). As they see it, they should be the only ones to make money, even if the copyrights, patents and trademarks involved that comprise iTunes, do not belong to them. That's basically Hollywood's attitude towards everything - unbridled greed and theft.

Rebecca Black Hits The Red Carpet

Rebecca Black

YouTube star, Rebecca Black, who became famous for her internet song and its accompanying low budget music video "Friday" which were dubbed the worst ever, has been making the rounds on television shows and the red carpet.

The 13-year-old student, was recently spotted at the premiere of a Hollywood film, in Los Angeles, California. Her video "Friday" has crossed the 100 million viewed mark on YouTube. This feat surpasses the guy she has a crush on, 17-year-old singer, Justin Bieber, whose video "Baby" is a few million views shy of that figure.

YouTube Video Embedding Diminishes View Count

Google's YouTube enables people to embedded videos on other websites. However, this feature reduces a video's viewer count, which is often used to gauge popularity. It appears embedding reduces the view count, leading some YouTube account holders to "disable embedding."

Google should improve this feature. Internet advertising companies, such as Google's Adsense, use software to track each time an ad is shown and clicked on publisher's websites. YouTube should adopt such a feature for embedding, to keep track of how often a video is shown on another site.

Rebecca Black Receives Death Threats

Rebecca Black

13-year-old YouTube star, Rebecca Black, whose song and video "Friday" have been bashed all over the internet, has been the recipient of death threats. The culprits are demanding Black remove her music from the internet or they will kill her.

It seems rather extreme to make such threats and against a child. This misconduct is completely illegal and being investigated by the police. The negative feedback hasn't slowed Black down. She is prepping her debut album.

Miley Cyrus Slams YouTube Stars Like Justin Bieber And Rebecca Black

Miley Cyrus

18-year-old singer, Miley Cyrus, slammed YouTube stars, by stating, "It should be harder to be an artist." Cyrus was making reference to artists such as Justin Bieber and Rebecca Black, who've gained fame from the frequently visited website YouTube.

What Cyrus fails to understand is the terrible politics, corruption, bribery and payola that goes on in the music industry. The entire industry is rigged. It operates as a monopoly and outsiders are not welcome. Major labels have turned to acts of violence to enforce this mafia-like rule.

Justib Bieber

Therefore, for the outsider seeking to expose their music to a global audience, YouTube is an outlet to do so. It levels the playing field to some degree. As a result, there are a number of very talented artists on YouTube, gaining exposure, while searching for their big break. Justin Bieber is the most successful to date, having sold 10,000,000 records worldwide.

Cyrus' dad became famous as a singer in the 1990s and ushered her into the entertainment industry as a singer and actress, using his connections. Therefore, she avoided much of the horrible abuse and exploitation many aspiring artists go through.

Rebecca Black

Cyrus has no clue what it's like, in a depraved industry that preys on young newcomers, calling them nobodies fit for theft and financial and sexual exploitation. Cyrus had the easy way to fame thanks to her dad. The Judiciary Report is not knocking that, but Cyrus fails to see both sides of the issue.

Justin Bieber Sends Shout Out To Rebecca Black By Singing "Friday"

17-year-old singer, Justin Bieber, sent a shout out to one of his admirers, 13-year-old singer, Rebecca Black, who has tried to follow in his footsteps, by releasing a song and video on YouTube, in a bid at finding fame. Black requested a duet with Bieber, sending the plea out during a nationally televised interview.

Rebecca Black

Yesterday, during a stop on Bieber's "My World" tour, he sang a snippet and slightly new rendition of Black's song "Friday." Somebody better go check that Black didn't pass out in her room after watching it. Then, Bieber mockingly sang a bit of "Oops I did It Again" by Britney Spears.

Justin Bieber Pokes Fun At Rebecca Black

Justin Bieber: I'm famous, yet I still have to push my own luggage

17-year-old singer, Justin Bieber, has quietly poked fun at 13-year-old YouTube star, Rebecca Black, over her viral hit song "Friday." Black went on television and during a nationally televised interview, went out on a limb and asked Bieber, "Justin, if you're watching this right now, would you do a duet with me." Well, looks like the limb broke, as it did not pay off resulting in a duet.

Justin Bieber's girlfriend Selena Gomez is not happy about the duet request from Black

Black has not officially heard from Bieber on the duet request, but he left an ominous message on his Twitter page, regarding the lyrics to her song that are being teased all over the internet. The Bieber wrote, "Sunday comes after Saturday? weird." I was so tired when I read it, I thought to myself "Doesn't it?" What's with these kids playing with the days of the week. Stop giving my brain more work.

Rebecca Black

As for Black, poor baby, that sounds like a "no" on the duet. While some state Black is laughing all the way to the bank, earning an estimated $27,000 per week off "Friday" (is she taking loan applications) the Judiciary Report does not believe that will compensate for the teasing she is getting online, as she is a very young girl and is taking it personally. Money won't fix that.

Rebecca Black Is Making $27,000 Per Week Off YouTube

Rebecca Black

13-year-old Rebecca Black tried her hand at singing, via a $2,000 check her mother cut to a local recording studio. A low budget music video was made to accompany the recorded song entitled "Friday." It was then uploaded to YouTube.

Rebecca Black wants to do a duet with Justin Bieber

To date she has received 34,000,000 views and she is reportedly making $27,000 per week, but there is just one problem - people reportedly really hate the song...and the video clip. It has been labeled "the worst music video ever" and the song "Friday" is simultaneously being insulted as well. They are treating her like it's "Black Friday" (get the joke: her last name is "Black" and the song is called "Friday").

Black "Friday"?

Black is being bashed as all over the internet. While she sings better than Britney Spears and Rihanna, the song "Friday" gets repetitively irritating at some points in the track. However, somebody must be buying it, as it is on the iTunes chart.

Justin Bieber Slaps Away Woman's Camera At 7 Eleven (Video)

17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, is being accused of slapping away the camera of a female fan in a 7 Eleven convenience store. Bieber walked into the food store with girlfriend, Selena Gomez, to buy some snacks, when a female began filming them shopping, whilst saying hi to the young couple. Within seconds, Bieber became agitated, stated "could you please put that down" and slapped her camera away.

The woman posted the video on YouTube and Bieber is now being criticized for mistreating his fans. In response to the claims, Bieber tweeted on Twitter.com, "The lady in the store was paparazzi not a fan. i would never mistreat my fans. i'll never change. i'll always be the same #ipromise."

Selena Gomez covers swollen lips

Just yesterday, Bieber, was seen flipping paparazzi the bird and later apologized for the rude and profane gesture. He seems to be really angry of late, like something is bothering him. Whatever it is, he should try to address it in a productive way.

Lady Falls Into Mall Fountain And Sues

Cathy Cruz Marrero, fell into a mall pond in America and has filed suit. She is suing due to the fact mall security uploaded the funny video to YouTube and it has become a viral hit embarrassing her.

Marrero stated she has been exposed to public embarrassment, but the poor quality of the video obscures her face and the only reason people know is because she came forward. Her attorney, James Polyak, is pursing the legal action on her behalf. I'm not going to lie, when I saw the video I laughed and played it over...three times.

For the record, I'm sorry that happened to you, as that is embarrassing, but even if I had fallen into that fountain while texting, I would have laughed and my family would never let me forget it (hey, sorry, we're just that kind of family). That's life. People fall. What can you do. However, the mall employee that posted it to YouTube did not have to do so.

U.S. Congresswoman Shot In The Head As Gunman Opens Fire On Crowd

A 22-year-old schizophrenic college student, Jared Loughner, opened fire at Safeway Supermarket in Tucson, Arizona that was hosting a meet and greet, with U.S. Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords. The 40-year-old politician, who is married to NASA astronaut, Mark Kelly, was shot in the head and survived. However, there were six fatalities, among them, a 9-year-old girl. A federal judge, John Roll, was killed in the attack, making Loughner eligible for the death penalty.

Based on the videos Loughner posted to YouTube, one can safely deduce, he is an atheist, who is a paranoid schizophrenic. The videos make no sense, are full of existentialism and items regarding Loughner trying out to be in the U.S. military and resenting them giving him a mini "Bible."

Gabrielle Giffords and Mark Kelly

Loughner choice of music, such as the satanic sounding rock track "Let The Bodies Hit The Floor" by Drowning Pool, testifies to his deteriorated mental state. He also speaks of "mind control" and "brainwashing" which is common among cults. He additionally complained about the economy and the U.S. dollar ("currency").

U.S. President Barack Obama condemned the incident in a White House press conference. The state of the U.S. economy is damaging the mental health of many Americans. According to a study published in November 2010, "1 in 5 Americans are suffering from mental illness" and over 6 million Americans contemplated suicide, as they are jobless.

Jared Loughner

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly emphasized the importance of not wasting opportunities to create jobs. The site emphatically warned before the stimulus money was distributed that the government should have tight reins on the funds, to ensure it was not stolen or squandered and that's exactly what happened due to lax controls (Obama Calls For Job Summit).

President Barack Obama

There have been a number of publicized incidents of violence and despondency, regarding Americans who have lost their jobs and homes. People are suffering and the government has not taken the proper precautions to ensure a speedy financial recovery. It's been a spate of meaningless press releases, touting empty numbers that do not fool analysts that know better. It's time to stop the charade and make the economy right.

Nearly 1 in 5 Americans had mental illness in 2009

CHICAGO, Nov 18 (Reuters Life!) - More than 45 million Americans, or 20 percent of U.S. adults, had some form of mental illness last year, and 11 million had a serious illness, U.S. government researchers reported on Thursday.

Young adults aged 18 to 25 had the highest level of mental illness at 30 percent, while those aged 50 and older had the lowest, with 13.7 percent, said the report by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration or SAMHSA.

The rate, slightly higher than last year's 19.5 percent figure, reflected increasing depression, especially among the unemployed, SAMHSA, part of the National Institutes of Health, said.

"Too many Americans are not getting the help they need and opportunities to prevent and intervene early are being missed," Pamela Hyde, SAMHSA's administrator, said in a statement... A copy of the report is available at: http://oas.samhsa.gov
