Tiger and Elin Woods
Cries of racism have been heard in the Tiger Woods adultery scandal and the Judiciary Report would like to explore that in creating some constructive dialog.
While searching for a photo of Tiger Woods last week, Google Images directed me to a link of a photograph that was posted on a White Supremacist website.
The people on the Message board were saying very racist things about Woods and his family. Their speech in that thread was not unlawful or unconstitutional, just hateful, vengeful, prejudice and xenophobic.
They called his wife Elin a gold digger, who ruined her Swedish looks by marrying Woods, a black man and giving birth to "mongrels" questioning where their children would even fit in society.

They stated his wife could have married a rich white man, rather than opting for wedding Woods, since in their estimation, that is the only reason she could have possibly wanted to marry him. Maybe she fell in love with him. Maybe she fell in lust with him. You don't know what happened. Um, to the racists, don't take this personally, but there are white women that like black men. Let it go. It's not that complicated.
There is a hatred among racist whites for Woods marrying a white woman and committing adultery with several other white women as well. However, it must be noted, some white people are not racists and not thinking about the scandal in terms of race, but morality in what infidelity does to any family.

Woods is half black, due to his dad and in America that makes one African American. On the black side, there are some black people that are militant and do not believe in interracial marriage. They have branded Woods a sell out for marrying outside of his race.
However, there are some black people that believe interracial marriage is fine, but take offense to Woods solely dating and marrying white women, as they see such conduct as self-hatred for his black race, as we are considered a minority group and to racists erroneously believed to be the lesser of the human race in society.

There are also Asians who are also offended that Woods has not dated any from their race. It is upsetting to them, as Woods mother is Asian.
At the end of the day, the race issues aside, the focus should be saving a marriage and protecting the children, regardless of the color of the people in the family.
Another important issue about the Tiger Woods scandal that has been bothering me all week, which is very serious and should not be overlooked and yes, it does have to do with color, is Tiger's blatant abuse of Crest White Strips. It reminds me of that episode of the show "Friends" when Ross overdid it with the teeth whitening. Exactly how many Crest White Strips did you use, Tiger (joking).
