FBI Agent Arrested For Taking $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating

50-year-old FBI agent Robert G. Lustyik Jr., has been arrested for soliciting and accepting "a $200,000 cash payment" bribe to cover-up and thwart a criminal case the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was supposed to investigate, as their congressional mandate dictates. As a result, Lustyik Jr. and others have been charged in a criminal indictment with, "Eight counts of honest services wire fraud, one count of obstructing justice and one count of obstructing an agency proceeding."

The Washington Times stated, "According to the indictment, while active in the FBI, Mr. Lustyik used his position in an attempt to stave off the criminal investigation of a business partner with whom he was pursuing security and energy contracts. 'He allegedly acted through a childhood friend to secure promises of cash, purported medical expenses and business proceeds in exchange for abusing his position as an FBI agent...Mr. Taylor began to give and offer things of value to Mr. Lustyik in exchange for Mr. Lustyik’s agreement to use his official position to impair and impede the Utah investigation."

Madonna is another person that has bribed the FBI. She has been public outed on different websites for issuing bribes of a financial nature (money) and a non-financial nature, such as stocks and expensive gifts, among other things, to judges, government workers and journalists in America and the international community, to engage in unlawful conduct, in deeds worthy of criminal prosecution and imprisonment.

As I have been stating on the Judiciary Report for the past few years, the FBI takes bribes. It's a sad and disgraceful fact, but they do. As previously stated, a well connected source in the international community, responsible for some of my exclusives, informed me that FBI Director Robert S. Mueller accepted a $1,000,000 bribe from Madonna to cover up the criminal copyright infringement, wiretapping and phone hacking case I gave them evidence of in 2005 (One month later, I also filed a complaint with the Metropolitan Police in London, the first to break and report the phone hacking case and the arrests began in that scandal six months later).

When I went public with news of the bribe, via an article I published on this site, Madonna sent one of her deranged Kabbalah members from the Eastern Shores branch of the cult in Miami, to try to break into my former home recording studio again (one of several incidents reported to Miami Shores police) but to be nasty, he smashed the back window to cause damage and distress, in order to send a message. In America, a smashed window during a campaign of harassment and stalking is always done as a malicious threat.

The Miami FBI initially vowed to and did begin investigating the case regarding the aforementioned criminal copyright infringement, wiretapping and phone hacking commissioned by Madonna and her cronies in Hollywood, but according to my source and based on what I have seen, a cover up was launched shortly after, due to what the FBI discovered about Madonna's criminal conduct, prompting her to offer Mueller the bribe, which is another felony.

I was told Madonna has a serious fear of going to prison for the crimes she and others in her circle commissioned and committed and wants to continue said criminal activity for undue financial enrichment, hence the bribe. Madonna and her cronies in Hollywood haven't stopped to this day. I am in Jamaica right now and my computers are still being hacked by Madonna's Kabbalah cult and there is an illegal wiretap on my family's phone line (Madonna and the FBI care to explain that criminally placed wiretap that violates U.S., U.N. and Jamaican law). Mark my words that foul witch Madonna is going to be the downfall of the FBI...

Another Journalist Calls The FBI Liars For Denying The Existence Of Freedom Of Information Act Files They Claim Do Not Exist But She Has Parts Of In Her Possession

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been exposed as corrupt liars again, as they have violated the Freedom of Information Act in denying the existence of a government file, regarding the FBI's investigation into Saudi hacking and copyright infringement. However, journalist Jo Franklin has copies of portions of the file in her possession, proving the FBI has lied.

The Freedom of Information Act request was sent to FBI Director Robert S. Mueller three times in three months and he has broken the law in denying the existence thereof. Then again, he is the man CBS News revealed committed perjury in lying under oath in Congress (CBS News Confirms That FBI Director Lied To Congress About Carrier IQ Spying). One should not expect "fidelity, bravery and integrity" from such a disgraceful liar and criminal.

Once again, the FBI has violated the Freedom of Information Act, violating the law and their congressional mandate. The U.S. Congress has failed in this regard, as they appointed the FBI the sole agency to investigate copyright infringement cases, but for the right amount of money, they criminally won't in conduct that is despicable and an illegal redistribution of wealth, in aiding and abetting high profile criminals, in covering up their crimes.

It is the same thing the FBI did regarding my case, due to a large bribe I have on good authority from one of my impeccable proven sources, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller accepted. He is a modern day Judas, who will do anything for money, while betraying innocent victims of crime.

FBI Refuses To Turn Over File of Saudi Hacking Investigation Says File 'doesn't exist' 

EINPresswire.com/ September 19, 2012 -- In defiance of the Freedom Of Information Act, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has refused to turn over the file of a six month investigation of Saudi hacking and illegal film distribution in the US. The FBI claiming the file "doesn't exist" says it thus cannot comply with the Freedom of Information Act. The request was sent directly to FBI Director Robert Mueller more than three months ago and resent twice.

In fact, a large portion of the file, correspondence with three different FBI Agents working on the investigation, is currently held by journalist Jo Franklin. "It is astonishing they claim they can't comply with the Freedom of Information Act saying it doesn't exist. I have a large portion of it. One has to wonder what they are trying to conceal in the rest of it," noted Ms. Franklin. The Freedom of Information Act mandates the Justice Department release the file within 21 days.

The investigation was originally requested by the National Security Division of the Justice Department stemming from a Complaint filed by filmmaker and author Jo Franklin. The Complaint cited Saudi hacking and destruction of her film website, email hacking, and illegal mass duplication and distribution of her award-winning PBS series "Saudi Arabia."

"The Saudis were blatant about their years of illegal film distribution. It originated under Amb. Bandar Bin Sultan who was well advised this was illegal but remained confident that no one in the US legal system would do anything about it. His Deputy, Rihab Massoud stated candidly 'We gave that out to everyone." I first notified the FBI of this in 2009. They said they would open a case. Then weeks later said they would do nothing but could give no reason," stated Ms. Franklin.

Copyright infringement, film piracy, is a serious problem for the film industry which loses millions of dollars annually to theft. The FBI is assigned oversight of law enforcement of this. Saudi Arabia has a well known history of copyright infringement.

The second Complaint was filed in January 2012 when it became evident the Saudis had expanded their illegal actions to now include hacking and an attempt to destroy a new film they didn't like. SeaCastle Films took the issue to Federal Court and won release of the film which was lauded in reviews by noted historians, Pulitzer Prize winners, and moderate Islamic scholars. Nevertheless, the Saudis continued to destroy the film's website and intercept email. Upon being advised the FBI had opened an investigation, the Saudis remained confident the Administration would do nothing to them. "We put in a call to the Administration to kill the investigation," stated Saudi Embassy personnel.

"Everything about this is deeply disturbing. I have substantial material from the file that supposedly doesn't exist. By law, I am entitled to the rest of it. The longer they refuse to turn it over, the more concerned I am about what is in it," stated Ms. Franklin.

FBI Hack Compromised The Data Of 12,000,000 Apple iPhone Users Who They Have Illegally Been Spying On


FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is a power hungry, mentally insane madman intent on spying on as many people as possible, without any legal justification for doing so. He has spied on Americans and foreigners in other nations alike, in criminal violation of domestic and international law.  

A group of hackers are accusing the FBI of illegally collecting the personal and private information of Apple iPhone users, a discovery the AntiSec group state they came across when hacking into an FBI laptop. The FBI denied the allegations, but who believes them anyway, as they are a bunch of lawbreaking liars who routinely lie in the U.S. Congress while under oath, in acts that constitute felonies (*turns back, folds arms and rolls eyes*).

ZDNet summarized the story as, "Hackers associated with Anonymous have published a million unique device identifiers from Apple devices, claiming they were taken from an FBI computer. The alleged hack was intended to publicise the existence of some kind of secret FBI tracking project."

The AntiSec hackers are claiming they hacked into an FBI laptop and copied its contents, which included the aforementioned data. Thus far, AntiSec states it has released 1,000,000 users' data. What was the FBI doing with the data Apple users (rhetorical question). The Judiciary Report has long maintained that the FBI has been hacking into people's computers, corporate systems and strong-arming companies into giving over your personal and identifying data, in bids at spying on people who have committed no crime (FBI Spyware Called CIPAV).

They've gone power mad at the FBI and President Obama has looked the other way to it, as the agency illegally spies on his rivals in American politics, business, science, medicine journalism and blogging. The FBI is holding that over Obama's head in the event the president finally has a guilty conscience about allowing them to spy on millions of Americans, who are not criminals or involved in any illegal activity directly or indirectly. The FBI are unequivocally the most corrupt law enforcement agency in existence. I've broken scandals online regarding them that later proved to be true. Therefore, I have no reason to lie about them or anyone else and time and time again my words have been proven 100% true and correct.

According to the Arizona Daily Star, U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress both, "fail on goal of transparency" and due to this unconstitutional misconduct, "the American public is bound to be the big loser." Indeed. The massive power grab undertaken by the Obama Administration and the president's subordinates at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has led to horrible human rights abuses in America. 

Citizens are being illegally searched, harassed, bullied, intimidated, threatened with death and in some cases even tortured by Obama's FBI and its parent agency, the DOJ, in very unsavory and corrupt conduct that constitutes criminal violations of the Constitution and U.S. Code. 

The Obama Administration's human rights record is appalling and has destroyed many innocent people's lives, for simply and lawfully having different political and personal beliefs than the President and peacefully exercising one's right to free speech in expressing said views. The Obama Administration has even unlawfully utilized the IRS to harass and disrupt the financial lives of people that publicly and lawfully do not share his views.

The Arizona Daily Star goes on to state, "President Obama came to office vowing to improve transparency and advocate openness. He hasn't. As the Washington Post reported recently, by some measures there is more, not less, secrecy in Washington since he took over. Media organizations requesting data under the Freedom of Information Act were less likely to receive material last year than in 2010 at 10 of the 15 Cabinet-level departments. The government was more likely last year than in 2010 to claim exemptions to reject disclosures. What's worse is the Obama administration's war against whistle-blowers." 

I've found this to be one hundred percent true. President Obama's Administration has hidden a record number of incriminating government files, to cover up criminal conduct, the public is entitled to view under the Freedom of Information Act. Just know, when the government refuses to release a file, its contents are very bad and illegal, hence the cover up. The Arizona Daily Star described such FOIA files as concealing government, "Incompetence, embarrassing information, even unlawful behavior."

In 2009, as a last resort, I sued the FBI and DOJ under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), due to the fact that for 3-years they criminally refused in writing to release FOIA government files they stated in writing exist regarding me and Hollywood's criminal copyright infringement of my intellectual property, as well as Hollywood's unlawfully phone hacking (Madonna and Rupert Murdoch's News Corp), wiretapping (Anthony Pellicano) and computer hacking exploits against me, confirmed in writing by independent specialists I hired (From The Anthony Pellicano Wiretap Scandal To The News Corp Phone Hacking Case Hollywood Is Out Of Control).

The federal judge in the case, Jose E. Martinez, was a former DOJ employee and through him they completely corrupted the case. Martinez ruled in favor of the FBI and DOJ criminally stating they have "sovereign immunity" regarding their criminal negligence and corrupt conduct and the FOIA files were not to be released. You can't get any worse in the area of lack of transparency than that. The Obama Administration does not deserve to be in office.   

Oh, but the inappropriate government conduct didn't stop there. In the time I've been in London these past few months, the U.S. government has sent non-British people up to me asking me "Are you going to vote for Obama" and "When are you coming back to America." I thought, that's inappropriate asking a stranger such personal questions.

Even in U.S. Customs in Washington, D.C. when I boarded a flight to London in April, all the other American citizens in the line before me, weren't really asked anything other than how many bags they are checking in. When I reached the top of the line to board the plane to London the U.S. Customs agent took my American passport, looked at my ticket, then looked at me and said "Ah Ms. Goodison, the question is when are you coming back." No one's ever asked me that in customs and everyone I told about it said the same thing, "That's strange." Indeed.

The Arizona Daily Star stated of Congress' shameful role and complicity in this strain of illegal government secrecy, "Congress should stop trying to one-up the administration in its zeal to promote secrecy. Surely it has better things to do." Apparently, not.

At the end of the day, Congress is supposed to provide checks and balances, but have fallen in line with the corruption taking place in the Obama Administration and to America's detriment. A time is coming when the entire charade is going to be exposed and questions will be publicly and formally asked by global governments, world citizens and the American public and those in office who fail to answer correctly will be voted out in shame, with some government workers headed to prison. You've gone too far.

Is The FBI Living Up To Its Congressional Mandate In The Area Of Copyrights And Their Enforcement

Recently, the FBI put out an item about allowing copyright holders to use the agency's seal and warning about piracy on their products, both digital and physical. I couldn't help but shake my head, as the FBI has wilfully failed to uphold the rights and copyrights of the average American and global citizen that submitted registration fees to the Library of Congress in Washington.  

In many instances, the FBI has helped Hollywood steal copyrights from everyday Americans and foreigners, by deliberately failing to follow their congressional mandate to investigate such matters and in tandem with the Department of Justice, prosecute copyright infringers. It happened in my case and that of "The Matrix" movie (also involving Warner Bros) to name a few of many.

As stated on the site previously, in "The Matrix" case the FBI found evidence the copyright holder's work (Sophia Stewart) that was stolen was present on the set of the movie and used to make the film. But the FBI violated their congressional mandate and did not prosecute.

In my case, I was told by a well connected, unimpeachable international source (who is the source of some of my exclusives, which have been proven true) the FBI found evidence of mass criminal copyright infringement, but FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, accepted a $1,000,000 bribe from chronic thief Madonna to stonewall the case and not lock her up. Copyright infringement is a federal crime.

I once had a Library of Congress copyright agent named Robert Blankenberg tell me that though I am registering copyrights and have paid thousands for years to do so "Hollywood is free to use your (my) work" without permission or payment. That's the kind of arrogance, criminality and injustice that exists in the system.

Sadly, the average American and global citizen is wasting their hard earned money paying for copyrights, because at the end of the day, the FBI nor the courts will do anything about it when Hollywood inevitably steals copyrighted works. 95% percent of the projects that come out of Hollywood are stolen. The whole thing is a scam.

Furthermore, the United Nations' WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) states a copyright is established FOR FREE the second it is authored. America is signatory to the United Nations' Berne Treaty on copyrights.

However, Congress enacted a law that states you must obtain a copyright for a fee from the Library of Congress, because if your works are infringed, it is the only way you will be allowed to sue in an American court to recover financial damages. But Hollywood has most entertainment law firms and judges that hear such cases on their payroll, so justice shall not be found anyway. Once again, it's a disgraceful scam and it is going to unravel in a mighty scandal shortly.

From The Anthony Pellicano Wiretap Scandal To The News Corp Phone Hacking Case Hollywood Is Out Of Control

As stated previously, in November 2005, I was interviewed by the FBI regarding a copyright infringement, hacking and illegal wiretap matter, involving Madonna and her associates in Hollywood (such as Warner Bros). During said interviews, I gave the two Miami FBI agents information on private investigator Anthony Pellicano, who was retained by pop singer Madonna and her late managers, who died recently in separate incidents, to stalk, wiretap, harass and threat innocent people, on behalf of crazy Hollywood stars and executives.

A few months later in February 2006, the FBI arrested and indicted Pellicano on charges of illegal wiretapping, hacking, stalking and racketeering. Items I told them and things I wrote on the website, were later used verbatim in the criminal case against Pellicano. He was convicted of said charges in 2008 and is still in prison on a 15-year sentence. May he never get out.

Pellicano was also a private investigator of Rupert Murdoch's New York based News Corp, who, as you know, is now in trouble with the phone hacking scandal. News Corp has its hands in Hollywood, via its movie studio 20th Century Fox, based in said territory. This is how they came into contact with Pellicano - through Hollywood. Pellicano became one of over a dozen corrupt, law breaking private investigators News Corp hired to give them an undue, criminal advantage in business for profit, via phone hacking, hacking, wiretapping, stalking, harassment and intellectual property theft (copyrights and patents).

 After being subjected to said illegal activity from Madonna and her Kabbalah co-horts at News Corp (the Murdochs are in Kabbalah) I also filed a complaint with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. The complaint was about hacking and wiretapping by News Corp's newspapers, based in New York and London. Six months later, they raided and arrested a few News Corp employees in England, who were convicted and imprisoned the next year. The FBI, however, did nothing (though a number of Americans have been wiretapped by News Corp on U.S. shores).

In 2011, the phone hacking case exploded again, when it was discovered Murdoch had his staff hacking the mobile phones of children, who are victims of crime (sadly, the kids in question died). News Corp even erased messages to make room for more, giving one family, the Dowlers, false hope their daughter Milly would return to them alive. Sadly, News Corp's conduct sent the police investigation in the wrong direction. Dowler had been kidnapped and murdered weeks later, her body discovered in the woods.

 The Dowler case exposed the fact News Corp was still wiretapping and hacking innocent people for profit, even after getting in trouble in 2006, still looking for more illegal scoops to print in their papers and intellectual property to steal, to enrich the greedy, foul, vile Murdoch family, who have built a business on criminal activity.

Phone hacking, hacking and wiretapping are still happening in America and England, as Hollywood entities, including News Corp, don't know when to quit. News Corp has lost $1.5 billion dollars and experienced a 55% decline in profits, due to the phone scandal, but they and Hollywood are not going to stop until a terrible scandal lands the famous people in the case in prison. There is a deranged disconnect from reality in that case. So far, the arrests have just been the minion, not the masterminds. But keep it up with the idiotic criminal activity and that's going to change.

The FBI And Civil Rights In America

A Look At The Agency's Track Record

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has failed to protect civil rights and civil liberties in America. These deliberate failures constitute human rights abuses that are violations of domestic and international law.
The agency frequently spies on innocent Americans, via illegal GPS, wiretaps, email hacking, computer hacking via their specially designed CIPAV Trojan that often acts as malware, interfering with the integrity of computer systems and processes.

Investigative reports and congressional hearings have discovered many have been illegally spied on by the FBI and in very insidious ways, who had committed no crime. In some instances, the FBI upped the ante and contacted friends and relatives of the people they illegal spy on asking them not to have any contact with the person anymore, flat out lying to them about their friend or loved one, in sick psychological games intended to emotionally and mentally destroy those the agency targets. That’s pretty foul, sick and evil by anyone’s standards.

The agency is very averse to free speech and free press, having been caught red-handed targeted, terrorizing and persecuting innocent journalists. The FBI has also targeted scientists for telling the truth about inappropriate and unethical behavior the government has engaged in against the public, harmful to their health.

The FBI has also failed to keep Americans safe on many occasions, where it was ground they had advance information on forthcoming attacks and did nothing to stop them. Instances include September 11th, Fort Hood, terrorist attacks in Britain that killed dozens, August 2012 mass murders at Wisconsin Sikh temple, Christmas 2009 attempted bombing of a Detroit airliner foiled by passengers and the murders and assaults of abortion clinic doctors and workers, to name a few.

If a corporation failed as much as the FBI did it would be bankrupt, out of business and sued by many shareholders for reckless behavior. Yet, the FBI keeps getting more and more money from Congress to fail more and more. However, when they fail, it’s not just money lost. It’s lives lost as well.

FBI Failed To Detain Neo Nazi They Had On Their Radar Who Went On To Kill Many At A Sikh Temple

News has surfaced indicating, neo-nazi murderer, Wade Michael Page, who killed several people at a Sikh temple, was on the racist FBI's radar, but they ignored the threat he posed. Page is a white supremacist that performed in a nazi music group called End Apathy. He had been encouraging other white Supremacists to rise up in violence, catching the eye of authorities. 

However, even in the face of such hate speech and incitement to violence, the FBI looked the other way and allowed Page to remain free. Then the unthinkable happened. The FBI is constantly being slammed for this terrible criminal negligence, which has resulted in many preventable deaths.

Bloomberg reported, "Previous attacks on members of the Sikh community across the country led more than 90 members of Congress to send a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and Robert Mueller, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in April. The lawmakers said the 'hate-motivated attacks' were a 'growing concern' and urged the FBI and the Justice Department to monitor those incidents as hate crimes."

The FBI Kept Dirty Files On Marilyn Monroe They Are Too Embarrassed To Own Up To Now And Are Hiding Them

The FBI is doing its usual unlawful stonewalling, when faced with public humiliation in the face of how perverse and depraved the agency is, regarding acts of criminal invasion of privacy they've committed, in violation of the Constitution and US Code.

The Associated Press and other outlets have repeatedly made lawful Freedom of Information Act inquires, regarding the contents of files the FBI has kept on the late actress Marilyn Monroe. Now the FBI is flat out lying and hiding files, claiming they are missing.

Files only go missing when they are placed in the "Secret File Room" to thwart Freedom of Information Act requests, stolen by an agent or unlawfully destroyed to cover damning illegal conduct by the agency. To this day, Congress has inexplicably been unable to get the FBI to release their full file on the late Martin Luther King Jr, a man they had murdered, according to past agents and historians.

The FBI at the time Monroe was alive, much like today, was headed up by a sexual pervert, who likes to pry into people's lives in very sick and insidious ways that are completely nasty. Former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, a gay cross dresser, kept porn films and nude photos of stars and public figures, even using said items to blackmail them, into doing his bidding. Hoover's bathroom at his home also had a large catalogue of nude photos of various people for his own personal use.

Hoover, like the current head of the FBI, believed he was to know what goes on in people's homes, in criminal violation of the law, as Congress never gave the agency any such authority. However, the Frankenstein that Congress created, known as the FBI, has done far more harm than good in world history, which will soon be shown once again.

Federal Law Enforcement In America Should Not Be Helmed By The FBI

After the sweeping blow the FBI received from the New Zealand high court recently in the MegaUpload case, adding to the number of scandals the agency has experienced, it is clear the Federal Bureau of Investigation should not be helming law enforcement in America.

Local police throughout America and other federal agencies often defer to the FBI on law enforcement matters. However, the FBI has a snobby attitude, with management looking down on everyday cops. Often one finds that everyday police officers do a better job than the FBI, as they are not encumbered by the agency's political leanings or social agenda, when addressing crime.

In the FBI's unending quest for power, the agency has usurped so many civil liberties Americans once enjoyed, privacy ceases to exist in America. This is lamentable, as the Constitution is a great document, but it's too bad the FBI doesn't follow it (or the law for that matter).
