FBI informant and white supremacist shock jock, Hal Turner, has been sentenced to 33-months in prison and $250,000 in fines, for threatening the lives of federal judges on his radio show and website, as a part of a Federal Bureau of Investigation sting.

The FBI hired Turner to incite racists to violence, to help them meet their arrest quotas and it backfired. The FBI did not object to the death threats against the judges, until the jurists complained. Previously, the FBI encouraged Turner's misconduct in criminally threatening the life of a black U.S. Congresswoman, who could have been killed, yet they were not censured for this misconduct. FBI informant and racist agitator, Hal Turner, has been convicted of threatening the lives of federal judges, through his blog. This was the State's third attempt to bring him to justice on this matter, with previous cases completely failing.

Turner was paid by the FBI, with your tax dollars, to make hateful, racist, incendiary statements on air and the internet, with the goal of inciting acts of violence against public officials and minorities. The objective was it would give the Federal Bureau of Investigation, cases to pursue.

As if there are not enough crimes being committed in the world, the FBI seeks to create more, in order to fill quotas that allow more of your hard earned tax dollars to be funneled to the agency. However, the FBI disowned Turner when a rant calling for the murders of sitting judges, drew the wrath of the judiciary.

The Turner case should teach the public a very important lesson - never deal with the FBI, as they routinely leave informants and victims of crime for dead or get them into massive trouble, then abandon all support. They are not honorable.

This speaks volumes regarding the FBI's lack of credibility with the public, that he has gotten off once again. The FBI arrested their own informant (Turner), tried to pretend he was a nobody they barely even knew, when they had paid him $100,000 in taxpayer money to break the law in issuing death threats, even got self-righteous in court, lying that they did not tell him to behave like a KKK member and the jury still didn't believe the FBI. What does that tell you. Stick a fork in them, they're done.

Judges Feared For Lives After FBI Informant's Threat

The judges in the Hal Turner case, who were the subject of on-air death threats, at the aforementioned FBI informant's hands, spoke of their fear for their safety, as they addressed a courtroom this week in his retrial. Turner knew the FBI's instructions were questionable and unethical, posing a danger to public safety, but because he is on their payroll, he did it anyway. Thus he is culpable.

The Judiciary Report restates its claim. The FBI is reckless with victims of crime, leaving them at the mercy of criminals. No so-called FBI informant, should have been instructed to commit crimes. However, in case after case, we've seen the FBI slyly tell informants and instigators they pay with taxpayer money, to engage in criminal activity, to draw out potential criminals, in an effort to bulk up investigations and arrest quotas. All done in an effort to justify their billions in expenditures to the U.S. Congress.

Then, when said informants are arrested on serious crimes orchestrated by the Bureau, the FBI pretends they do not know them, attempting to disavow all knowledge of them, like it's the movie "Mission Impossible."

Grow up, already. You are not children trying to lie your way out of being sent to your room as punishment. You are playing with people's lives, some of whom have died. This criminal negligence is inexcusable.

What if some lone wolf had followed through on FBI informant Hal Turner's on-air call to violence and actually killed an unsuspecting judge. Then what. Why does the FBI not think these things through, rather than operating as loose cannons.

When one thinks of the number of people who have been brutally killed, severely injured or maimed by FBI informants, it is astonishing the Bureau has such leeway in endangering the public.

FBI Left Muslim Informant For Dead

Yesterday, Craig Monteilh, a man that became an FBI informant, sued the Bureau stating they left him for dead, after getting him arrested and incarcerated during an under cover job. He states he was stabbed in prison by White Supremacists and in another incident, a "fatwa" was ordered against him due to work the FBI had him perform regarding a Muslim group.

The Judiciary Report warned two weeks ago on January 11. 2010 the FBI's promises mean nothing, as they do not honor their word. Whether you are a victim of crime or an informant, take everything they say with a grain of salt, as they are dishonorable liars, who are not to be trusted. Believing them could cost you your very life. They will use and abuse you, then leave you for dead when they get what they want.

They see victims of crime and informants as expendable, collateral damage. There are many other stories of victims of crime and informants being murdered, maimed or impaired, due to FBI criminal negligence. They simply do not care. Do not get involved with them.

F.B.I. Los Angeles spokesdevil, Laura Eimiller, claims the lawsuit is just a ploy to get money out of the FBI who routinely steal the American people's tax dollars with miscellaneous, bogus receipts.

She stated, "The government will have the opportunity to defend the lawsuit in court. However, the accusations appear to be desperate attempts by Mr. Monteilh to personally benefit at the expense of law enforcement officers and the Muslim American community."

Last time I checked, that was called criminal copyright infringement and is a violation of the U.S. Code and international law. You know, like using a foreign MP's photo without permission for terrorist mock ups. Well, well well, the crime fighters are criminals.

It says a lot that Monteilh and radio shock jock, Hal Turner, among others, keep telling this same story, regarding the FBI paying them to engage in incendiary and illegal acts, while infiltrating hate groups and mosques.

Considering the FBI has lied about not violating the privacy of the American people, via such means as illegal wiretaps, email scanning, unlawfully accessing phone records, personal library records and bank accounts, the public has absolutely no reason to believe the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Even the latest, extraordinarily disrespectful and downright dangerous international incident involving a Spanish MP has shown the FBI to be absolute liars.

It's amazing how FBI Director Robert S. Mueller continues to bring this nation's name into disrepute all over the world with his madness and treachery.

How much more disgrace do you intend to draw before you crash out of that job, oh Hoover reboot. More importantly, how many more innocent Americans will die due to your criminal negligence (for further reference see September 11th and Fort Hood, to name a few).

January 23, 2010 - An Irvine man who says he worked as an undercover informant for the FBI, most notably as a Muslim convert in an anti-terrorism case, filed a lawsuit Friday accusing his law enforcement handlers of violating his civil rights and endangering his life.

Craig Monteilh, 47, says he worked as an informant for the FBI from 2004 through 2008, providing information and assistance in narcotics, bank robbery and murder for hire investigations before being asked to go undercover as part of an anti-terrorist effort in Orange County, according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

Monteilh alleges that the FBI essentially cut him loose after a supervisor bungled an operation that would have led to the discovery of "bomb making materials" in a Tustin mosque. Afterward, the lawsuit alleges, his FBI handlers reneged on a promise to implement an "exit strategy" that was to include back pay and severance pay and help with beginning a life with a new identity...

"The government will have the opportunity to defend the lawsuit in court," FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said in a prepared statement. "However, the accusations appear to be desperate attempts by Mr. Monteilh to personally benefit at the expense of law enforcement officers and the Muslim American community."

Monteilh says in his lawsuit that his work for the bureau at times placed his life in jeopardy. At one point after his cover was blown, he said, Muslim extremists "ordered a 'fatwa' " against him and the Romania Mafia, Mexican Mafia and a white supremacist group all wanted him dead...

Former OC informant files $10 million suit against FBI

Published: Jan. 22, 2010 - A man who once worked with the FBI, allegedly feeding the agency information on local mosques and Muslim communities throughout the county, has today filed a $10 million civil liberties lawsuit against the federal agency...

"Mr. Monteilh communicated his grave concerns over the threats on his life to the FBI and asked for the FBI to arrange for protective custody, but instead he was left in general population, thereby exposed to constant danger of being killed," the suit reads...

"Assistant United States Attorney Dierdra Eliot gave Mr. Monteilh special permission, by and through a signed Federal document, to engage in jihadist rhetoric, including but not limited to conducting terrorist operations, possessing weapons and initiating conversations to further terrorist acts against the United States," the lawsuit states...

Hussam Ayloush, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, Los Angeles Chapter, said it's not the use of informants that worries him, but allegations and consistent reports that informants incite violent rhetoric inside the Muslim community, and reports that agents use immigration, financial, and legal tactics to strong-arm people into becoming informants.

A mistrial has been declared in the Hal Turner death threat case, where the White Supremacist blogger, called for the death of three Chicago judges, then told the world the FBI paid him to do it.

It is apparent, the FBI's credibility is in a terrible state, regarding public perception of the agency, for a hate speech blogger they arrested, who called for the death of the first black President of the United States and sitting judges, to walk free. A retrial is set for March 1, 2010.

The mistrial came after the jury sent two notes - one during its first day of deliberation on Friday and another on Monday - saying it was hopelessly deadlocked over charges Hal Turner threatened to kill or assault a federal judge. FBI Blogger Called For Assassination Of Obama

The FBI's $15,000 per month blogger, white supremacist Hal Turner, called for the assassination of America's first black President, Barack Obama. Yet, the FBI continued to use his services, until he was arrested for calling for the deaths of sitting judges. Now that's what I call astonishingly poor judgment on the FBI's part.

Whatever happened to building cases the old fashioned way. Having a person go undercover to infiltrate a dangerous criminal organization or hate group and surreptitiously recording and or videotaping unlawful conduct being waged by the surveillance targets.

First it comes out Turner, while on the FBI's payroll, also known as taxpayer money, called for the death of a black Congress woman. Then we found out he publicly called for the deaths of three judges. Now we learn he publicly called for the assassination of the nation's first black President.

Crimes aside and the horrific outcomes that could have occurred (see the FBI's failures regarding Fort Hood) does the FBI not think of the sheer offense and anger it causes minorities, when people such as Turner make these hateful claims publicly.

It reopens old slavery and civil rights era wounds. It is not a pleasant thing to read about or hear on the radio. Yet you encouraged this lunacy, to ferret out criminals, trying to make arrest quotas you set. How extremely insensitive. It proves once again, the FBI could care less about black people.

December 1, 2009 - A remarkable American phenomenon is the popularity and financial success of ultraconservative commentators who rage on radio, television and the Internet.

Now, a national spotlight is shining on one of them: Hal Turner of New Jersey, who earned $15,000 a month by calling for lynching of blacks, assassination of President Obama and murder of judges who upheld a ban on pistols. He's on trial this week for the latter threat.

Incredibly, the FBI also paid Turner perhaps $100,000 as a secret informant about far-right extremist groups such as the neo-Nazi National Alliance, based in Pocahontas County. He came to West Virginia to meet leaders of the "hate group." The Bergen Record newspaper discovered his double life as an FBI snitch, and printed this report Sunday...

Judge Rules Against Blogger Hal Turner

A district judge has ruled against white supremacist blogger, Hal Turner, who the FBI routinely used to incite violence against minorities and members of the U.S. government, such as judges and a black Congresswoman.

Turner, who is on trial for calling for the death of three Chicago judges and even furnished the public with their addresses, claims the FBI ordered him to do so, as it was apart of his job as a paid informant with the codename "Valhalla."

While I do believe the FBI should be on trial as well, for paying someone to do this madness that could have gotten people killed, the judge is right to rule that Turner's comments in calling for the judges' deaths, is not protected by the Constitution. Death threats and inciting violence or murder, is not a right under the First Amendment.

The judge also denied Turner's lawyer additional time to go over copious amounts of documents that were recently released during discovery. That decision was at the judge's discretion, but a time extension of a week or two would not hurt, considering the chances of Turner getting a fair trial after calling for the deaths of judges, is next to nil.

Don't get me wrong, I think he broke the law and deserves prison time, but which judge is really going to side with him in light of his FBI sponsored attack on their profession.

Regardless, if one accepts money to endanger the lives of others, they deserve legal punishment, for jeopardizing public safety. It was an ill-conceived, dangerous plot that deserves repudiation of the strongest order. The FBI should be legally compelled to change their life threatening practices.

North Bergen right-wing shock jock, FBI informant in court today

Tuesday, December 1, 2009 - Brooklyn, N.Y. -- Hal Turner, the ultra-right-wing radio shock jock and FBI informant from North Bergen, arrived in federal court this morning for the first day of his trial on charges that he threatened the lives of federal judges.

Turner, whose racist and anti-Semitic radio diatribes attracted a large audience of neo-Nazis and white supremacists, was arrested last June after he wrote on his radio show blog that three federal appeals court judges "deserved to be killed" after they upheld a gun control law. If convicted, he faces up to ten years in prison.

One of the issues that could play a key role in Turner's trial is his secret life as a FBI informant...

As U.S. District Court Judge Donald Walters took his seat on the bench this morning, Turner's lead defense attorney, Michael Orozco, asked that the trial be delayed. Orozco said that he had only recently received numerous discovery files of evidence from federal prosecutors and needed more time to study them.

Judge Walters rejected Orozco's request and said the trial would begin today.

The defense also raised an objection to the trial based on its belief that the charges against Turner violate his First Amendment right to free speech...

FBI Caught Lying In The Hal Turner Case

The FBI has been caught in a blatant lie, due to the fact, months ago, they played down their involvement with white supremacist blogger, Hal Turner, who was arrested for calling for the death of three judges (no, not the ones on American Idol - real judges with actual intelligence). Why doesn't the FBI ever stop to think of the end result of their conduct, when it is later exposed, as it kills their credibility all over again.

Court documents now reveal Turner was considered very reliable and useful to the FBI, in their harebrained schemes, calling for violence against judges, congress people and other public figures, granting them leeway to investigate crimes. It is a dangerous practice.

The FBI referred to Turner in their memos as, "Highly reliable and is in a unique position to provide vital information on multiple subversive domestic organizations...statistical accomplishments include over 100 subjects identified, over 10 acts of violence prevented and multiple subjects arrested."

I find it very disturbing the FBI is willing to lie at the drop of a hat and employ questionable sources to gain completion of their objectives. This layer of deceit has been employed against the American people and the very U.S. Congress, time and time again, to disastrous results, in bids at meeting arrest quotas the agency set.

It's a complete mind scramble that a law enforcement agency, routinely endangers the lives of innocent people - even other members of government. The public saw it with the 9/11 bombings, 7/11 terrorist attacks in London and Fort Hood.

That's no way to run a law enforcement agency. That's how you get innocent people killed. The head of the FBI, Robert Mueller, is a loon to engage in this madness that is so brazenly endangering the public.

Records show relationship between New Jersey blogger, FBI

November 29, 2009, 1:38PM - TRENTON — Despite downplaying his importance, federal officials apparently made frequent use of a New Jersey blogger in their battle against domestic terrorism.

The Record of Bergen County reviewed numerous government documents, e-mails, court records and almost 20 hours of jailhouse interviews with Hal Turner, who faces trial this week on charges he made death threats against three Chicago-based federal appeals judges.

The newspaper reported today that Turner received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on neo-Nazis and white supremacist groups and was sent undercover to Brazil. Turner also claims the FBI coached him to make racist, anti-Semitic and other threatening statements on his radio show.

White Supremacist, FBI Blogger, Hal Turner, who was a paid informant of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, openly called for the lynching of a former black congresswoman, Cynthia McKinney.

He referred to her as, "A violent, black, racist, bi**h’ whose lynching would teach other Blacks that ‘white people are tired of your bull***t, behave or die.’" Yes, he did.

Turner was on the FBI's payroll, under FBI Director Robert S. Mueller's supervision, while he spewed this racist bile, endangering her life.

Is this what the FBI thinks of black people - that we can be endangered to make arrests in order to extract more funding from Congress, via taxpayer money, which gets stolen, anyway (For reference, see millions in missing computer system money).

It is so appalling and irresponsible. Who in their right mind could think such a thing was a good idea. Does the FBI have no oversight!

How does the FBI justify this appalling conduct, from a man they trained to incite violence, as court documents attest, to enable them to meet headquarters' arrest quotas, also known as entrapment.

It wasn't until he called for the death of white judges that the FBI finally decided to arrest their own paid informant. Too bad you can't get a refund.

However, that's very telling. What a terrible double standard, as every life is valuable. What if someone publicly put a target on FBI Director Robert Mueller's back or that of his kids and grandkids, calling for their deaths online and on the radio. He would be angry.

He would have been so enraged and locked them up immediately. However, in his mind, it is okay for a paid FBI informant to call for the death of a black member of the U.S. Congress, with no penalty and not so much as a word from the FBI.

That's called corruption. You endangered her very life in allowing him to do such a thing. What if someone had killed McKinney? What would the FBI have said. Once again, irresponsible!

Upon learning of this news, when Turner was arrested recently, McKinney stated, "“[I]t has just now come to my attention that a ‘journalist’ who suggested that I be lynched was actually being paid by our own government to say that. Now, when I reported it to the FBI, how in the world was I to know that he was at that time on the FBI’s payroll?”

August 24, 2009 - Hal Turner called her ‘a violent, black, racist, bi**h’ whose lynching would teach other Blacks that ‘white people are tired of your bull****, behave or die.’

“[I]t has just now come to my attention that a ‘journalist’ who suggested that I be lynched was actually being paid by our own government to say that. Now, when I reported it to the FBI, how in the world was I to know that he was at that time on the FBI’s payroll?”

“Hate blogger” Hal Turner’s lawyer said last week, and prosecutors agreed, that Turner was “trained by the FBI on how to be deliberately provocative” and “worked for the FBI from 2002 to 2007 as an ‘agent provocateur’ and was taught by the agency ‘what he could say that wouldn’t be crossing the line.’”

Turner is being charged with making death threats against Connecticut legislators and Illinois judges and is apparently going to claim that his actions were legal because he did the same sort of thing when employed by the FBI. In an Associated Press story published Aug. 18, Katie Nelson writes:

“Prosecutors have acknowledged that Turner was an informant who spied on radical right-wing organizations, but the defense has said Turner was not working for the FBI when he allegedly made threats against Connecticut legislators and wrote that three federal judges in Illinois deserved to die.

“‘But if you compare anything that he did say when he was operating, there was no difference. No difference whatsoever,’ [his lawyer] said.”...

McKinney wrote in her email: “Interesting that charges stem from his comments against Connecticut lawmakers and Illinois judges, but not from the threat made against me, a sitting Member of Congress at the time!” And apparently the threat against McKinney was made when Turner admits to having been on the FBI payroll.

John Judge, who worked for McKinney, writes of Turner:

“This is the guy who announced a program topic suggesting that Cynthia McKinney be lynched on her way to the polls to vote in 2006 and published her campaign office address on the website. He asked how she would look swinging at the end of a rope and what message it would send to other ‘uppity’ Blacks. I called NJ Homeland Security and FBI at the time …. The defense attorney for blogger and white supremacist, Hal Turner, who was a paid FBI informant, stated the Bureau paid him to incite other bloggers into engaging in felonious conduct.

Sounds like entrapment. The FBI is very good at that. When will the FBI learn, crimes are created not fabricated.

Two weeks ago, I wrote that blogger Hal Turner was not just an FBI informant, but a paid one. Yesterday, his lawyer confirmed in court what I alleged two weeks - Turner was on the FBI's payroll.

Some informants cut remuneration-free deals to stay out of prison, when the FBI catches them committing a crime. They do so with the proviso, they will avoid prison, in exchange for doing dirty work for the Bureau. However, some are paid informants, who receive tens of thousands of dollars.

And this ladies a gentlemen, is how the FBI is spending your tax dollars, lavishing it on lawbreakers.

But, then the FBI will take the stingy route, in obtaining certain types of valuable information, by illegally pulling wiretaps on scholars, scientists and journalists, when they want to unlawfully use law abiding citizens as informants, without their knowledge or permission, which is out of line.

August 11, 2009 - A lightning-rod Internet blogger and radio host out of New Jersey was a paid FBI informant, once turned over a silencer to the feds and even passed on information about a threat against President Obama.

But none of that is enough to get him out of jail now, a federal judge ruled Monday. U.S. District Judge Martin Ashman said Hal Turner -- accused of threatening to assault and murder three federal judges -- is still a danger to the community.

Ashman said the fact that Turner from his New Jersey prison cell managed to record and post on the Internet a telephone conversation that included the names of his arresting FBI agents "tells me something about the disposition of Mr. Turner."

Ashman denied Turner's request to have FBI agents testify at his bond hearing. Ashman's ruling came despite Monday's revelation by Turner's lawyers that the FBI paid Turner "tens of thousands of dollars" to work as an informant from 2002 to 2005. Last year, Turner told a U.S. marshal of a threat by someone to lob mortars into Grant Park during Obama's election celebration...

White Supremacist Confirmed FBI Informant

It has been confirmed, Hal Turner, a white supremacist blogger, arraigned for threatening a judge, is indeed an FBI informant, as previously and unlawfully disclosed, when hackers published items from his email account, showing communiqués between the two.

It never ceases to amaze me the type of shady characters the FBI will enlist, often as paid informants, using taxpayer money to compensate men and women, who do not deserve it.
