President Obama Gives Detailed Response To The Deport Piers Morgan Petition Indicating It's Not Gonna Happen (Video)

U.S. President Barack Obama has issued a detailed response to the popular petition to deport CNN talk show host Piers Morgan to Britain, for challenging the Second Amendment, which is the right to bear arms in America. Obama basically asserted the First Amendment, the right to free speech, as the reason for not deporting Morgan.

Obama: I'm not walking into that trap

However, I know the real reason he didn't want to deport Morgan. The government could not deport Piers back to the UK, because the people of Britain made it clear, "We don't want him back." It's not like you're trying to get a beloved entertainer or sports figure like Barbara Windsor, Mo Farah or Jessica Ennis deported back to Britain, as they'd be welcomed back with open arms.

Piers Morgan: I'm winning like Charlie Sheen

You are trying to deport A TABLOID EDITOR. Let that sink in - A TABLOID EDITOR. The British people are liable to declare war on America for that (haha). I can just hear them now, "That's it! The Yanks have gone too far this time. We got rid of the bugger and now they are trying to send him back." I know I'd declare it an act of war.

SPIRITUAL Things Taken For Granted

The things and people taken for granted are often times the ones that mean the most to us. Familiarity and complacency can lead to us forgetting to treasure what we have and appreciating those that help us in our lives or are simply there for us. Gratitude is a great trait.

Paralympians Are Turning In Impressive Performances Displaying Their Great Athletic Ability

Alan Oliveira (Photo Credit: Getty)

Beautiful Brazilian sprinter, Alan Oliveira, pulled off a surprise upset in the 200m, claiming gold in a sensational victory. Oliveira came from behind to take the top prize, pulling ahead of Oscar "Blade Runner" Pistorious in a fantastic sprint. It was amazing to watch him gain momentum like that and take the gold. That race was sweet. Seriously, he took off like the Road Runner.

David Weir

David Weir had one of the most precise, best thought out performances I've seen all summer at either games. He paced himself during a long and arduous race and tore away from the pack at exactly the right moment to win the gold medal. It was a true test of stamina and will.

Hannah Cockcroft

Hannah Cockcroft of Yorkshire, England won the gold in the 100m. It’s clear the British government needs to go to Yorkshire and start mining for future athletes, as heptathlon winner, Jessica Ennis, among others, also dazzled at the Olympics, taking their place at the medals podium.

Eleanor Simmonds

17-year-old swimmer Eleanor "Ellie" Simmonds (I love her name) struck gold on Saturday in the 400m and hopes to do so again. Simmonds is an accomplished, gifted swimmer, who has set world records in the sport and defied the odds. Congrats to her.

Jonnie Peacock

Gorgeous sprinter Jonnie Peacock has not yet competed in the 100m, but he is so pretty, he deserves a mention on the site (never let it be said the Judiciary Report is vain). This June, Peacock set the world record in Paralympics sprinting, clocking a time of 10.85 seconds. Peacock proudly told an interviewer his sprint time is 1.9 seconds behind Olympic record holder, Usain Bolt. That is quite an achievement.

British Gold Medalist Jessica Ennis Given Great Welcome In Hometown Sheffield

Jessica Ennis (Photo Credit: PA)

British gold medalist, Jessica Ennis, was given a wonderful welcome in her hometown of Sheffield, England. Thousands of people turned out to greet Ennis, who gave an outstanding performance at the London 2012 Olympics this month, comfortably winning the heptathlon and setting a new record.

Crowds in Sheffield greet Ennis

Ennis was visibly overwhelmed by the warm welcome home. Congrats again on your victory. You made it look so easy. Seriously, you didn't break a sweat and didn't seem to lose your breath (if the rest of us try it we will need the paramedics). Well done!

Michelle Obama Lectures Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas About Fast Food But What About President Obama

Note 8-16-12: in this article yesterday, I wrote the word "crisps" instead of "chips." I knew better, but was rushing to finish the column on time. Sorry for the typo.

First Lady Michelle Obama and Gabby Douglas on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno

U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, lectured gold medal winning gymnast, Gabby Douglas, because she treated herself to food at McDonalds after her extraordinary win (it seems quite a few of the athletes like it, as gold medal winning sprinter Usain Bolt appears to be in love with their Chicken McNuggets - they really need to give him an endorsement deal). But I digress...

There's a phrase that goes "Charity begins at home." The Judiciary Report is also of the belief preaching begins at home. As stated before, President Barack Obama only eats healthy food in the presence of his wife, Mrs. Obama. However, when her back is turned, it's on. May I point to the evidence:

Exhibit A: Here the president is scene demolishing what appears to be a chicken leg (I can't tell anymore because he's destroyed it) like it is going out of style (that bird didn't have a chance):

Exhibit B: In this picture, the president is seen inhaling a piece of pizza like his life depended on it:

Exhibit C: Oh and here the president is attempting to fit half of a hamburger in his mouth like Fred Flintstone:

Exhibit D: I'm not even sure what that is, it could be pancakes loaded with syrup, but whatever it is, it is gone:

Exhibit E: Let's not forget about dessert:

And do notice, Mrs. Obama isn't in any of these pictures. I rest my case. By the way, is Obama's obsession with fast food really healthy (*look of condescension*). Oh, the hypocrisy of some people (*writer says while biting into a delicious, crispy KFC chicken wing*). What was I talking about again? The chicken wing distracted me.

Side Bar: You notice a lot of the athletes at the Olympics were having fast food cravings they had to postpone until winning. There's Bolt with the McNuggets. Jessica Ennis made dash for the fries (chips) after her race. The Brown-Lee brothers were talking about devouring pizza and fries (chips).
