The Russian government is accusing U.S. President, Barack Obama, of protecting ISIS, refusing to hand over the locations of the terrorist group. The Obama Administration has ordered the Pentagon to hide the locations of ISIS in Syria, repeatedly declining the Russian government's formal requests for the intel, which would allow them to effectively bomb said terror sites.  
  
Obama has done a number of things that is causing Americans to question his conduct regarding the fight against terrorism. U.S. congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard, accused Obama of "working hand in hand with ISIS" [President Obama's Fellow Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard Has Accused Him Of Working Hand In Hand With ISIS In Syria (Video)]. Obama recklessly wasted $500,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer money in an ill-advised military maneuver to arm and train Syrian rebels who have known ties to Al Qaeda and ISIS. Said rebels then gave the sophisticated U.S. weaponry to ISIS and Al Qaeda (Obama Administration Loses $500 Million Dollars In Taxpayer Money As Rebels They Trained Give U.S. Weapons And Equipment To Al Qaeda In Syria).

Obama enacted rules at Homeland Security barring the agency from properly screening immigrants coming into America, prohibiting employees from checking social networking pages for criminal comments (Obama Administration Policy Led To Homeland Security Not Checking Social Networking Pages Of Terrorists Coming Into America).

This enabled terrorists like Tashfeen Malik to enter the United States and wage Jihad, which resulted in the San Bernardino terrorist attack (14 Dead And 17 Wounded In Shooting By 3 Jihadis At A California Disability Center). Many know people often write their true feelings on social networking, promoting items and causes that are important to them. People have been caught unethically espousing support for terrorism on social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram (The FBI Is Locking Up People Over Retweets On Twitter).

Obama also angered Americans in refusing to acknowledge the San Bernardino attacks were due to terrorism (Obama Administration Being Slammed By Americans For Refusing To Label San Bernardino Killings Terrorism). Things grew worse when Obama backed Syrian rebels shot down a Russia plane on its way to fight ISIS (Obama Backed Syrian Rebels Linked To ISIS Deliberately Shoot Down Russian Rescue Helicopter Aiding Downed Jet That Was On Its Way To Fight The Terrorist Group).

A policy implemented by U.S. President Barack Obama, barred Homeland Security from searching social media in vetting visa applications. In the wake of the San Bernardino terrorist shooting that left 14 defenseless, innocent people dead and 20 injured, questions are being asked regarding why Obama banned Homeland Security from accessing the social media pages of immigrants, such as Tashfeen Malik, who with her husband, Syed Farook, went on to commit the San Bernardino terrorism based killings.

Malik’s social networking pages bore the signs of radicalization. According to reports, there are others seeking entry into the United States who harbor pro-terrorism leanings, as evidenced by posts on their social networking pages espousing sport for terrorists and extremism. However, Homeland Security is claiming its hands are tied due to Obama’s policy.

Secret US Policy Blocks Agents From Looking at Social Media of Visa Applicants, Former Official Says 

Dec 14, 2015, 7:18 AM ET - Fearing a civil liberties backlash and "bad public relations" for the Obama administration, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson refused in early 2014 to end a secret U.S. policy that prohibited immigration officials from reviewing the social media messages of all foreign citizens applying for U.S. visas, a former senior department official said.

"During that time period immigration officials were not allowed to use or review social media as part of the screening process," John Cohen, a former acting under-secretary at DHS for intelligence and analysis. Cohen is now a national security consultant for ABC News. One current and one former senior counter-terrorism official confirmed Cohen's account about the refusal of DHS to change its policy about the public social media posts of all foreign applicants.

A spokesperson for the DHS, Marsha Catron, told ABC News that months after Cohen left, in the fall of 2014, the Department began three pilot programs to include social media in vetting, but current officials say that it is still not a widespread policy. A review of the broader policy is already underway, the DHS said.

The revelation comes as members of Congress question why U.S. officials failed to review the social media posts of San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik. She received a U.S. visa in May 2014, despite what the FBI said were extensive social media messages about jihad and martyrdom.
Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., demanded Sunday that the U.S. immediately initiate a program that would check the social media sites of those admitted on visas." "Had they checked out Tashfeen Malik," the senator said, "maybe those people in San Bernardino would be alive."...

This is a continuation of yesterday's article "Secret Service Lapses Putting President Obama At Risk Of Assassination" where a report issued by the Homeland Security Inspector General proved the Judiciary Report's previous claims correct regarding Secret Service agents shifts being too long (it was revealed this month agents are falling asleep on the job).

The average American work day is 8-hours. The average America work week is 5 days. Secret Service agents have been working 12-hours per day. After 8-hours of work, most people are understandably knackered. After all, we are human. To have Secret Service agents doing almost double those hours per work day, on a dangerous, risky job that requires one to be on high alert, is simply too much to ask. You are asking men and women to hold their concentration at a high level for 12-hours per day. That is mentally taxing and draining. It must be effecting their heart, creating anxiety issues, mental fatigue and problems with their nerves.

A study needs to be done on the mental and physical impact long shifts have on agents, who are charged with protecting heads of state and their families. I am certain agents' health is being negatively effected and that can't be good for national security. Shorter shifts, a one hour break per work day, at least one day off per week and an appropriate amount of vacation time each year, would be beneficial.   

Side Bar: Heads of state need fresh, well rested and alert people for those types of jobs or, to put it in street terms, that's how you get shot.

A new report has been released regarding ongoing security lapses at the Secret Service, such as agents falling asleep on the job, while protecting President Obama and his family. The Inspector for Homeland Security recently chastise two Secret Service agents for falling asleep on the job. The overall review released this month indicates agents are falling asleep on the job due to fatigue from long hours.

In a previous Judiciary Report article 7-MONTHS PRIOR TO HOMELAND SECURITY'S REPORT ISSUED THIS MONTH, the site did warn that Secret Service agents need shorter shifts. In the March 20, 2015 Judiciary Report article titled "The U.S. Secret Service Wants $8,000,000 To Build Fake White House To Practice On" the site stated, "Secret Service agents shifts should not be too long. It's a job that requires focus, concentration and long hours on one's feet. Spending too many hours standing and on high alert is taxing on the mind and body. Preventable mistakes happen under those circumstances."

Secret Service agents falling asleep on the job has proven the site's previous claims correct. These security lapses are placing Obama in danger of assassination. He is the second most hated president in American history, behind George W. Bush. Additionally, he is black, making him a target for racists. If the Secret Service keeps this up it's gonna be President Biden.

Updated 1539 GMT (2239 HKT) October 23, 2015 - Washington (CNN)The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General has sent a stern warning to the Secret Service after two officers were caught napping at their posts, saying that agents are overworked and creating a security risk.

The "management alert," which was sent to Secret Service Director Joe Clancy this week, came after two incidents over the summer in which officers -- one of whom was at the White House -- were found to be asleep on the job. They were discovered while officials from the inspector general's office were touring facilities as part of an ongoing review of Secret Service radio communications. Both officers were referred by the Secret Service for disciplinary action.

According to the alert, one of the officers had worked nearly 60 hours of overtime in the two weeks prior to the incident. It said Secret Service employees described that as "minimal" compared to other officers' schedules. The officer told investigators that long hours, travel and illness contributed to falling asleep. In particular, he cited a 36-hour shift involving a trip to Kenya.The other officer reported regularly working 12-hour days. That officer blamed working in the heat and a lack of water.

"Fatigue from travel, overtime shifts and long hours contributed to these incidents," the alert said. It refers to a prior DHS panel's finding describing the detail at the White House as "overstretched" and "exhausted" with "low morale." The panel found that officers regularly work 12-hour days for 13-day stretches, followed by one day off.  "These issues impact officer safety and the agency's ability to meet its mission," the alert said...

Secret Service officers found asleep on job; watchdog to warn of overworked staff

Leonnig October 22 - A federal watchdog on Thursday sent the U.S. Secret Service a formal warning that its overworking of employees is jeopardizing security — citing the discovery that two Secret Service officers were asleep at their posts, according to three government officials familiar with the findings.

The inspector general who oversees the Secret Service issued a management alert, a formal designation that indicates investigators have found a problem so urgent or sweeping that it requires swift attention from senior management.

“This alert describes officer safety issues that may pose an immediate or potential danger to U.S. Secret Service officers and those whom they protect,” the inspector general’s alert says. “We are concerned that the Secret Service’s staffing and scheduling process does not ensure that officers receive adequate breaks while on duty and time off between shifts.”

The management alert stems from a routine check this August of alarms and communication equipment at facilities protected by the Secret Service, the three officials said. In the wake of radio failures when a fence-jumper got inside the White House in September 2014, auditors with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General rode around to various sites with Secret Service staff. They found one officer at an embassy post and another stationed at the White House complex who appeared to be asleep while on duty...

The U.S. Congress is requesting to speak with gay Homeland Security Agents, who had a secret system of selecting attractive male passengers for groping during unwarranted patdowns at the airport. Homeland Security’s Inspector General is also investigating the case, as the misconduct constitutes sexual assault. 

As a result of the scandal, two Homeland Security agents in Denver, Colorado have been fired for the scheme to grope good looking male passengers. It is being reported, "They set up a system to allow a male screener to pat down attractive men going through security. These alleged acts are egregious and intolerable." 

The system is alarming as, "The male screener would give a signal to a female employee when a male passenger arrived that he thought was attractive, and she would falsely enter the sex of the passenger as female, so the machine would report an anomaly that triggered a pat down of a passenger's groin, police said in a report.

Two TSA Officers Fired for Scheme to Grope Attractive Men at Denver Airport

Two Transportation Security Administration employees have been fired after they allegedly set up a system to allow a male screener to pat down attractive men going through security at Denver International Airport, authorities said. The employees were not identified, and there will be no criminal charges because no victims have come forward, according to a police report.

Denver Police got involved in March, after a tipster brought it to the attention of the TSA in November, which conducted an investigation and contacted police. The male screener would give a signal to a female employee when a male passenger arrived that he thought was attractive, and she would falsely enter the sex of the passenger as female, so the machine would report an anomaly that triggered a pat down of a passenger's groin, police said in a report.

She told the TSA investigators she did this for the other officer at least 10 times in the past, according to the report. A TSA investigator observed the scheme in action at 9:25 a.m. on Feb. 9, when he saw a screener give a signal to another and then pat down the passenger's groin and buttocks using the palms of his hands, which is forbidden by TSA rules, according to the police report...

President Obama Declines To Deport Pop Star Justin Bieber But Homeland Security Is After Him

This is a follow up to the January 30, 2014 article "Petition To Deport Justin Bieber Hits 100,000 Signatures Sent To The White House Requiring A Response From President Obama" where the Judiciary Report stated “Thus far, none of Bieber’s legal issues are of the level that would warrant deportation, as one has to commit a serious felony to be deported as an immigrant. However, the White House, under its own rules, is compelled to respond.”

As stated in the aforementioned article, to receive a response from the president, a petition must have 100,000 signatures. The deport Bieber petition has nearly three times that amount. This week, President Obama responded to the petition signed by 275,000 and as the Judiciary Report stated three months ago, the president would not be deporting Bieber (for his offenses at the time). However, despite Obama opting not to deport Bieber, Homeland Security is after him. When he rolls through airport security in America now, he's been facing added scrutiny and lengthy questioning, due to a dangerous incident that alarmed the government. Bieber and his entourage were smoking weed on a private flight into New Jersey, impairing the airplane crew’s ability to maneuver the plane without distress and difficulty.

The captain ordered gas masks distributed to ensure the crew could continue to fly the aircraft and not flunk required drug tests. The captain radioed the airport and staff sent federal police to storm plane when it landed in New Jersey. Bieber and company were interrogated for 4-hours regarding the incident. Bieber was detained and interrogated again by Homeland Security this week at LAX (Los Angeles). Bieber is a marked man.

Believing in Immigration Reform 

Thanks for your petition and your participation in We the People. Sorry to disappoint, but we won’t be commenting on this one. The We the People terms of participation state that, “to avoid the appearance of improper influence, the White House may decline to address certain procurement, law enforcement, adjudicatory, or similar matters properly within the jurisdiction of federal departments or agencies, federal courts, or state and local government in its response to a petition."

So we'll leave it to others to comment on Mr. Bieber’s case, but we’re glad you care about immigration issues. Because our current system is broken. Too many employers game the system by hiring undocumented workers, and 11 million people are living in the shadows.

That status quo isn’t good for our economy or our country. We need common-sense immigration reform to make sure everyone plays by the same set of rules.

Not only is it the right thing to do morally, it’s the right thing for our country: Independent economists say immigration reform will grow our economy and shrink our deficits by almost $1 trillion in the next 20 years. Homeland Security Searching For Malware From Belarus Illegally Infecting The ObamaCare Website (Confirming This Site’s Previous Claims That The Health Care Site Has Been Hacked)

In the article November 18, 2013 article Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare the Judiciary Report stated the ObamaCare website bears signs of hacking. The next day computer security experts testified in Congress that they believe the site was hacked, confirming the Judiciary Report’s claims (Experts State Obamacare Website Hacked Just As This Site Previously Stated).

This week it was announced in the Washington Free Beacon , the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is searching Belarus regarding malware illegal implanted on the ObamaCare website via hacking, causing it to malfunction, while unlawfully obtaining the personal information of registrants  (http://freebeacon.com/the-belarusian-connection).

It’s sad that anyone would tamper with any website, illegally trying to deface, damage or destroy it. However, it is particularly bad when someone does this to a website relating to health care. That’s people’s health and lives. There’s nothing admirable about targeting any site that has to do with the public’s health.

LAX Shooter Eligible For The Death Penalty

23-year-old New Jersey man Paul Ciancia is in critical condition after opening fire in LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) yesterday, killing a TSA officer and wounding three people. Police took down Ciancia with a bullet to the mouth and leg after he shot and killed 39-year-old father of two, TSA agent Gerardo Hernandez. This marks the first killing in the agency's 12-year history.

Disgruntled Ciancia railed against the head of Homeland Security Janet Neapolitano and other members of government. He went there with the intent of harming federal government workers. The incident caused a panic at the airport with passengers fleeing. Planes were delayed as a result of the incident.

Ciancia's family members indicate he was suicidal the day of the shooting, sending a text message to that effect. Ciancia is eligible for the death penalty and has been charged in the murder of Hernandez, among other counts relating to the violence that transpired at the airport.

Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video)

It was revealed yesterday that a judge ruled the NSA (National Security Agency) illegally spied on Americans in violation of the U.S. Code and Constitution. This confirms what the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column Column stated several years ago, when breaking the news first - the NSA is illegally spying on people.

The video report posted above was carried on CNN yesterday and indicated the U.S. Justice Department, the parent agency of the NSA, went to the court in 2011 and confessed it has been illegally spying on Americans for "three years" (2009). However, the truth is, as the copyrighted, time stamped Sound Off Column articles revealed as early as 2006, the NSA has been illegally spying on Americans much longer than the government owned up to in court (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

The Judiciary Report is for law and order and agrees government agencies need the correct and appropriate tools to investigate and prosecute crime. The government should be allowed to engage wiretaps, subpoena emails and utilize surveillance tracking via tailing cars, against drug kingpins, mafia members, financial fraudsters on Wall Street and criminals in the entertainment industry (among others). That's how one makes successful cases against real criminals.

However, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site the Sound Off Column has consistently maintained in articles for several years, members of government are abusing these privileges, via engaging wiretaps, waging computer hacking exploits, issuing private subpoenas for emails and activating GPS tracking against innocent Americans for financial and political gain. The NSA, which shares its data with the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Homeland Security, the State Department and the White House, illegally spied on innocent Americans in doing so, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution never designed America to be a police state.

For example, FBI agents have illegally spied on innocent women they find attractive, wiretapping them, obtaining their license information, peeking into their computers and emails and used GPS in bids at landing them as sex partners. FBI agents have taken bribes to search all surveillance and intelligence databases and sell the information on select innocent individuals to others for cash and non-monetary bribes.

FBI agents and executives have illegally spied on companies and  used the data to make money on the stock market, which qualifies as insider trading. FBI executives have illegally shared surveillance data on innocent Americans (emails, computer files, GPS tracking data, wiretap contents) of a very private nature with politicians for profit. These are abuses of surveillance tools meant to aid in prosecuting criminals, not used for undue profit at innocent Americans' expense.  

NSA Whistle Blower Edward Snowden Facing Difficulties Regarding Asylum Applications After Obama Revokes His Passport

Brave American whistle blower, Edward Snowden is stuck in a Russian airport, after the Obama Administration revokes his passport. Many of Snowden's asylum applications to other nations have been denied, as select nations are stating it is their policy is one must be on their soil to receive said legal status. The Obama Administration is putting economic and military pressure on other nations to deny Snowden's application for asylum. The administration has done it before in other matters.

Thus far, Venezuela has been the most responsive to Snowden's request for asylum. Russia has been responsive as well, but offered Snowden asylum with the requirement he must desist activities against the "United States" government. Snowden does have the option of giving all the NSA documents revealing the government violating the Constitution, to Wikileaks and moving on with his life.

Snowden's father floated the idea of him returning to the U.S. under certain circumstances, but the Judiciary Report is of the belief there woudl be problems. Even if he received a pardon, as a White House petition by the people overwhelmingly demanded, there would still be trouble. While the American people would embrace Snowden, the government would engage the FBI, CIA, IRS, NSA and Homeland Security to go after him with the intent of quietly ruining his life at every turn.

Nonetheless, the Judiciary Report wishes Mr. Snowden well, commends his bravery and hopes he will find a new home, a new life and one with happiness soon.

Edward Snowden asylum: countries approached and their responses

Tuesday 2 July 2013 07.02 EDT - The NSA whistleblower has made 21 applications for asylum worldwide as he flees the US – with little success. According to a statement from WikiLeaks, the US whistleblower Edward Snowden has applied for asylum in a total of 21 countries.

Snowden, who has been charged under espionage laws in the US after leaking top-secret documents on US surveillance programmes, has been trapped in Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport since 23 June after flying in from Hong Kong. He has yet to receive a positive response to his applications for asylum. Some countries have yet to respond but a number have already rejected his request...

The Retaliation Whistle Blowers Face From Washington (Video)

Jesseyln Radack of the Government Accountability Project did an insightful interview regarding the NSA spying scandal, in what whistle blowers like Edward Snowden face for simply telling the truth about government law breaking. Many whistle blowers and journalists, who speak out against government misconduct are targeted by the FBI, Homeland Security, the NSA, IRS and Social Security, in acts and illegal neutralization initiatives coming straight from the top in Washington.

Radack also highlights the fact innocent people in America have been stigmatized and violated by illegal government spying, usually reserved for terrorists and spies, but now being employed against innocent Americans for unlawful political reasons. In essence, for the government to target innocent Americans in violation of the constitution, is an act of treason against the people that is also defamatory in nature.

New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims

First the IRS scandal, now this (IRS Says Sorry For Targeting Conservatives As Obama Denies All Knowledge Of Misconduct). Many journalists are angry today at confirmation Obama’s Department of Justice, headed up by Attorney General Eric Holder and the FBI, led (more like misled) by Robert S. Mueller, has been illegally spying on journalists, among them those at the Associated Press. This constitutes an egregious abuse of power. The Judiciary Report has been proven correct again in another scandal the site and its affiliate Sound Off Column broke first in 2006, regarding the FBI/DOJ spying on journalists:

Mueller, has been spying on journalists and bloggers in America, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site, The Sound Off Column, have stated for years"). 

FBI To Be Called Before Congress Over Spying: As I accurately told my readers in December 2006 which was confirmed in March 2007, the FBI has been spying on Americans and US residents, via abusing the Patriot Act to unlawfully read emails, scan bank accounts, check people's credit and wiretap citizens' phones – actions inherently illegal in the United States. Even more recently, I wrote again on July 24, 2008, that President George Bush "Spied on American citizens and residents whenever he felt like, via illegal wiretapping, email snooping and scanning bank accounts (FBI)." 

It was revealed this week, the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice, have been wiretapping and obtaining the phone records of Associated Press reporters, in conduct that has shocked the newsgathering agency into outrage. They are looking for tips, scoops and advanced warnings of potentially incendiary political stories/scandals, with the hope of cutting them off at the pass (so much for free press). As stated above, for years the Judiciary Report has repeatedly written on the site that the FBI/DOJ are unconstitutionally spying on journalists.

I found this out the hard way. The problem began when I was interviewed by the FBI in November 2005, after sending in a formal complaint about illegal wiretapping, phone hacking, hacking and criminal copyright infringement regarding Madonna and her associates in Hollywood (and she has a long history of stealing people's copyrights). I had to go to the FBI, as Congress mandates incidents of copyright infringement, especially criminal copyright infringement, must be investigated by the FBI. Under the law, they are the agency that has jurisdiction in said matters.

During the interview, I gave them tips about Madonna and Kabbalah's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, which were used verbatim when he was arrested four months later and indicted, then convicted for wiretapping, hacking, racketeering and identity theft, on behalf of Hollywood stars who paid him to do their dirty work.

However, I'm not an FBI tipster or informant, never been paid by the agency, as all I revealed to them was said due to my repulsion at being victimized by the aforementioned people in Hollywood. I was promised the standard report on their investigation into the aforementioned criminal misconduct by Madonna, but headquarters in Washington kiboshed the report Miami FBI promised, due to the head of the agency, Robert S. Mueller, having accepted a large bribe from Madonna, according to one of my credible sources (since the time I posted said news, two other FBI employees were caught taking bribes to derail justice in cases FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating and FBI Agent Indicted For Helping Anthony Pellicano).

While I certainly do not work as a mainstream journalist, my websites have broken a number of scandals, based on accurate information I either experienced firsthand or received from one of my credible sources. This led the FBI to illegally wiretap my phones and contacting the hosting company for my websites, to give them copies of all my emails.

The reason I found out about the FBI spying on journalists is right after I was interviewed by the agency, I discovered they illegally wiretapped my phones and contacted the hosting company for my websites, ordering them to regularly give the FBI copies of all my emails.

The FBI has been using me as an informant against my will via illegal wiretapping, hacking and email box snooping and scraping (the contents), as I complained to a federal judge in writing in 2009‘s Aisha v. FBI.

Just because someone is connected and breaks stories online, does not give one the right to unconstitutionally spy into their life for tips for your own investigations. The FBI tried to turn me into a government snitch/informant against my will, via mining all my communications for information.

Astute and credible tips I received that I placed in articles to be published on my sites, particularly the Judiciary Report, were accessed by the FBI, then used before they were published on my sites. I also speak to people over the telephone who are well-connected in political and business circles. I began to notice items from my telephone calls with said people (and time stamped emails) were also being used by the FBI shortly after. They latched on and refuse to let go.

For example, a few years ago I opened an ETrade brokerage account. I wanted to see how their system worked, as I have an interest in the stock market. Along the way I noticed a few issues/problems. One problem I spoke about over the phone with an ETrade representative. Shortly after, the FBI raided ETrade in a criminal case running along the same lines of what I complained about over the phone.

In another incident, someone I know in Miami was crossing the street and was hit by a car. A lawyer whom she'd never heard of before, sent her a solicitation letter, telling her about the accident and requesting she retain him as a legal representative with the intent to sue. She forwarded the letter to my mom and I and we thought it strange that a lawyer did this out of nowhere. We also discussed the matter over the phone (albeit, the phone wiretapped by the FBI and separately, Madonna's private investigator).

At the time of my friend's injury, I was regularly going to Jackson Memorial Hospital, while recovering from an aneurysm I had in 2008. The next thing I knew, the FBI raided the aforementioned lawyer's office and Jackson Memorial Hospital, arresting people stating he was soliciting clients illegally and using information he obtained via bribing someone at Jackson Memorial Hospital. This lawyer had been doing this for a while, yet it wasn't until my family discussed it over the phone that the FBI opened a case and raided the lawyer and hospital.

In another incident, I began complaining about Gibson Guitars to my dad over the phone. I'd called Gibson about a potential deal and they stated they have a program for new artists, know who I am (which surprised me at the time) and I am eligible for said program, which would include a spot on their website and opening for Lenny Kravitz as apart of a showcase they were putting together.

Madonna got wind of it and began harassing them into dropping me. Shortly after, they dropped me, when Gibson and I had agreed via email to me using their guitars in a music video and over the phone on the Kravitz promo tour (Kravitz is one of Madonna's friends and many years ago she broke up his marriage to Lisa Bonet, via a brazen case of adultery).

Not long after the Gibson incident, the FBI, who was watching the whole thing, monitoring my calls and emails, raided Gibson, who became royally ticked off at it and lashed out online. The FBI complained about Gibson's guitars and illegal, protected materials the company was secretly using to make them.

In another incident, regarding a man one of my sources mentioned to me over the phone, denouncing his seriously bad behavior the individual was secretly engaging in, not long after, the U.S.  federal government, FBI included, arrested and convicted him on whopping charges (drugs and violence). I'd never heard of the man prior to the phone call, as his name was not in the public domain in terms of news sites and blogs.

There are a number of other examples regarding me either calling or emailing a company or speaking to a source about someone and then shortly after, the FBI investigating then raiding them out of nowhere. When something happens over a dozen times, it is not a coincidence. These incidents and others will be outlined in my forthcoming film "Justice And Truth."

As mentioned on the site previously, at times I've done what is known as a "poor man's copyright" via emailing an item to my email box, to create an automatic time stamp and date of authorship. I sometimes do this before actually sending a copyright to the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. for registration.

On several occasions, the FBI took items from my preexisting, emailed, time stamped "poor man's copyrights" apart of film scripts and their accompanying synopses and used them without permission for stories on www.FBI.gov as imagined/fictional examples of scenarios where the FBI's skills are needed in America for national security and criminal investigation. All time stamped instances of this misconduct, showing the emails and dates, then the FBI's articles and subsequent date, are included in great comparative detail in the film "Justice And Truth."

Then there's the FBI's habit of chronically following me around and at times approaching me in public with questions, like I work for them, when I don't. Things got to a point that I began using public payphones for privacy, due to the wiretap on my home and mobile phones (how ironic and oxymoronic that one can pay DSL internet and mobile phone fees to have no privacy). A phone tech I paid to check my phone line informed me that the wiretap on my phone line is from "Washington" as in the FBI and that's not something he can remove.

In one incident, I went to a payphone near my former home in Miami Shores to make a call in private and a tall, hulking federal agent wearing a suit and driving a black SUV with a badge in it, drove up and stood feet away from me, smiling and staring at me whilst trying to listen to my phone conversation. The way he rushed up behind me was unreal.

I was speaking to an adviser at a Christian church for guidance on a spiritual matter that I did not want recorded on the unconstitutionally placed wiretap, but so determined is the FBI about mining my emails and calls for scoops and tips, they followed me to the payphone.

In another incident, I was in my front yard gardening and a federal agent in a suit walked right up to me (also known as trespassing) and began questioning me about what my future plans are. It was during the time I began discussing with my dad the option of moving due to the criminal harassment and invasion of privacy from Madonna’s Kabbalah cult. The wiretap picked it up and the next thing I knew, a federal agent was on my lawn questioning me about my future and my thoughts on the future of politics in the country.

Now they keep harassing my friends, to ask me the same question, "What are your future plans?" as the FBI panicked when I went to London last year, thinking I wasn't coming back, because I bought an open ticket online with no return date (wasn't sure how long the purpose of my business trip would be - why buy a plane ticket, pick a date that is too soon to return, then get hit with a $100 - $150 change fee).

As stated previously on the site, when I went to London, England in April of 2012 for months, leaving from Washington, D.C., the FBI's sister agency, Homeland Security surprised me with what they asked. Several other people were in front of me in the line, who were U.S. citizens and were not asked the same thing.

The other U.S. citizens in the line were asked simple question like do they need to check any bags. When it was my turn, the man looked at me like he knew me and said in a strange way, "Ah, Miss Goodison, but the question is when are you coming back." By right, British passport control should have asked me about the duration of my stay, not U.S. Homeland Security, as I'm a U.S. citizen.

When I was in London last year, I was approached by an FBI rep once again, but that time asking when I was coming back to America. I'm not a criminal. I have no criminal record and have kept my hands clean, as I am a Christian. The FBI have no right to be doing this looking for scoops and investigative tips to build cases around. It is unconstitutional and unethical. I'm tired of the lack of privacy.

Associated Press: Feds Secretly Obtained Reporter Phone Logs

May 13, 2013 6:35 PM - The Associated Press news agency says that the Department of Justice secretly obtained two months of telephone records on 20 lines used by its reporters and editors...

"There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters," he said in the letter. "These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP's newsgathering operations, and disclose information about AP's activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know." The Justice Department reportedly obtained calls for 20 phone lines, including the House of Representatives press gallery.

A Look At The FBI's Terrorist Watch List As The Boston Police Blame Them For Not Sharing Russian Tip About Boston Bomber Which Could Have Prevented The Terrorist Attack

Last week, the Boston Police appeared before the U.S. Congress and blamed the FBI for not sharing information with them regarding tips they received two years ago from the Russian government, on one of the Boston Marathon bombers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. 4 people died in the terrorist attack, including an 8-year-old boy and over 270 were injured. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, had Tsarnaev been detained 2-years ago when the credible tip came in from the Russian government, the attack could have been prevented.

Currently, the FBI and its sister agency, Homeland Security, maintain a list of terrorist suspects. Many of said terrorists are of foreign origin, living in America and under current laws, eligible for deportation. I state this as an immigrant - any foreigner living in America threatening over the phone, online or in person, to wage jihad is not a model citizen. These are not Mexican, Caribbean or European immigrants coming to America in seeking a better life and increased wages, adding to the workforce. These are violent, destructive individuals hell-bent on deadly jihad against society's most vulnerable people.

It stands to reason, threatening the life of the President of the United States, is a serious crime carrying substantial prison time - therefore, threatening jihad against scores of innocent people, should carry the same weight in court. It is a crime, but one the FBI has been negligent in pursuing, using wiretap, email and other audio evidence they have in their possession, regarding a number of jihadist in America.

The FBI is being very unwise with its list. You have to be proactive regarding the list, not reactive when something terrible happens. Learn to nip things in the bud before it becomes a terrible problem. Either you build a sufficient Supermax styled facility to house terrorists or start deporting people with said leanings (however, the latter is risky, as history has shown, they will directly link up with terrorist groups abroad). Deportation is the quick, safe solution, but it is better to detain them while one can.

You can't have it both ways and expect everything to be alright, in maintaining a terrorist list and doing nothing about the individuals on it, running up taxpayer bills in simply watching them. Either you lock them up or send them home, but you can't leave jihadists roaming around among innocent people in society. Go over the list and do something about it.

TSA detained and screened a terrified 3-year-old wheelchair bound girl, who was distressed by the entire episode. The incident was caught on camera and turned over to press outlets. People are outraged the child was treated in this manner in being screened by airport security. In fact, they may have violated the Americans With Disabilities Act, in how they handled the matter. Children deserve better treatment, especially a disabled child. An apology is owed.

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Break The Rules At The Airport Causing Security Scare And Flight Delay

 

Reality star "Kim Kardashian" and her bisexual boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, caused a security scare at JFK International Airport yesterday, in trying to make a connecting flight on time. An airport worker allowed the attention seeking couple to bypass security, via a restricted area in the airport, to make their flight on time.

TSA hit the roof when they found out and yanked the couple off the plane for a thorough security screening. It's a shame they didn't give irritating Kanye a cavity search (respect the index finger, rapper boy). Then again, he'd probably like that. Ah, just tase him.

Not Even Homeland Security Will Take Fruit Cake

Exhibit A: Americans' aversion to fruit cake, as told by the "Fruit Cake" song, which is one dead wrong musical parody of legendary Sam Cooke's music.

Over the years in America, I have seen sitcom after sitcom mock the fruit cake, which is not fair (ok, some deserve it, as a fruit cake should not be able to anchor a ship). I've seen some good fruit cakes in America, then again I've seen a few fruit cakes that looked so lumpy, I wondered how one would digest something of said consistency, as it looked like it would take out one's insides on the way out and possibly back up the septic system. What am I saying, this one looks like it came out of the septic system:

Turns out, not even Homeland Security, who once took the diaper (nappy) off a senior citizen, wants to take fruit cake (Traveling with Food or Gifts). This is a shame. Jamaicans love fruit cake, but it is made differently according to island customs, pardon the pun. All the fruits and candy peel you see on an American fruit cake, are blended in a blender, then baked (aides in digestion and prevents choking as well LOL). Not to mention, it is baked with Jamaican rum, with more Jamaican rum poured over it when the cake is finished baking. Yes, really, Jamaican rum, which coincidentally cost the British battles on the island centuries ago (they got distracted by the rum...and the women).

In closing, for a smoother fruit cake this holiday season, you may want to change things up a bit by blending the fruits in a blender, then baking it with the rest of the fruit cake mixture, which will give you a nice, flavorful cake.

Scientists: TSA Airport Radiation Doses Are Inaccurate

This week a group of scientists came forward to contend, despite the claims of the Transportation Security Administration, that their full body X-ray scanners at airports are safe, they could pose a danger to the health of passengers, namely cancer. Scientists are accusing the White House of a cover-up in denying them access to data on the scanners, while releasing documents so heavily redacted, they cannot make sense of them.

It has been revealed, the basis for measuring the radiation emitted from the scanning machines are scientifically inaccurate and unreliable. It was also discovered each dose of radiation is constantly changing, not rendering a fix result.

This concurs with what the Judiciary Report first stated on February 2, 2010, regarding the scanners placing flyers at an increased risk of cancer. In all the governments claims of the scanners effectiveness in detecting bombs and incendiary devices, there are items such as the highly potent plastique, which evade detection.

Scientists Cast Doubt on TSA Tests of Full-Body Scanners

ProPublica, May 16, 2011, 2:11 p.m. - The Transportation Security Administration says its full-body X-ray scanners are safe and that radiation from a scan is equivalent to what's received in about two minutes of flying. The company that makes them says it's safer than eating a banana.

But some scientists with expertise in imaging and cancer say the evidence made public to support those claims is unreliable. And in a new letter sent to White House science adviser John Holdren, they question why the TSA won't make the scanners available for independent testing by outside scientists...

But the letter to the White House science adviser, signed by five professors at University of California, San Francisco, and one at Arizona State University, points out several flaws in the tests. Studies published in scientific journals in the last few months have also cast doubt on the radiation dose and the machines' ability to find explosives...

Yemen Terror Plane Could Have Exploded In UK Or US

The alleged Al Qaeda plot, regarding sending ink cartridges containing explosives, via UPS cargo plane, from Yemen to the midlands, in Britain and separately America, highlights two things. Firstly, as the Judiciary Report stated last year, terrorists have a fixation with the midlands in Britain.

The comment was made in the March 29, 2009 Judiciary Report article, "EU Panel Slams British PM Gordon Brown" where the site stated, "What is going on in the Midlands? So much anti-British sentiment from pro-terrorism people. Something very bad is going to come out of there if the government does not clamp down on that."

Secondly, Yemen, has truly become a terrorist hotbed. It is troubling that Homeland Security and the FBI missed this most recent plot, which was intercepted by MI6 in Britain. Many hoped with Barack Obama in office, it would strengthen America's ties in the Muslim world and lead to more terrorist tips, to avert disaster, but it has not, due to the damage former president, George W. Bush, caused in the region. Middle Eastern Muslims are still angry over Bush's conduct and taking it out on America and its allies.

6-Year-Old Girl On U.S. Terrorist No Fly List

6-Year-Old Alyssa Thomas, has been placed on the U.S. terrorist No Fly List, compiled by the FBI and Homeland Security. It was claimed she has ties to known terrorists. Who? Barbie?

This goof-up is embarrassing and once again proves the terrorist No Fly List is not credible or reliable, which places the United States of America in great danger. After all the failures and warnings, the government still has not sorted the No Fly List.

Currently, the President faces a lawsuit from U.S. Ambassador, Alan Keyes, who is adamant Obama's place of birth is Kenya, not the U.S. state of Hawaii. Keyes also contends his late mother was ineligible to transmit citizenship to him as an American, at the time of his birth.

Obama's calls for civility are being met with skepticism, as some members of his Administration have been anything but civil with the press and public.

The President's Administration is comprised of many, some of whom have openly broken the law at the Department of Justice, FBI and Homeland Security, for millions to see. Therefore, who is truly lacking civility.
