The local government of the U.S. State of Arizona, is front and center again with the proposition of a controversial law. First there was the immigration bill, now there's the proposed presidential birth certificate act.

The government of Arizona, emboldened by a new wave of Republican incumbents, seeks to pass a new law, which would require any candidate for President of the United States, present an original copy of their birth certificate.

This new law could scupper President Barack Obama's 2012 reelection bid, as the government of Hawaii recently stated, they do not have an original copy of his birth certificate in their archives.

Officials, such as former Ambassador, Alan Keyes, insist Barack Obama was born in Nairobi, Kenya, making him ineligible under the U.S. Constitution to be President Of the United States (Alan Keyes Calls Obama A Nairobi Usurper).

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a military medical doctor, has brought a lawsuit against, U.S. President Barack Obama, for refusing to furnish the country, with the true and original document that is his highly disputed birth certificate, a prerequisite for becoming Commander-In-Chief, of America. Many believe Obama was born in Kenya (Africa).

Several legal challenges have been mounted in this regard, the most prominent, by former U.S. Ambassador, Professor Alan Keyes. In each instance, the copy of the President's birth certificate provided, does not specifically state he was born in the U.S. state of Hawaii and the duplicate online, bears markings of the software, Photoshop, often used to alter documents and photographs.

At this point, with all the fuss and mounting legal fees, one has to wonder, why Obama does not simply present the original birth certificate. It would put an end to all the legal and social disputes.

Obama's corrupt, Attorney General, Eric Holder, who heads up the Department of Justice, continues to block Freedom of Information Act requests, regarding the President's birth certificate.

The Judiciary Report has a very low opinion of Mr. Holder, for similar reasons, as he continues to violate the Constitution and U.S. Code, by spying on innocent people and stonewalling many that seek documents under the Freedom of Information Act, he deems embarrassing and or incriminating to the government and others that financially contribute to the President.

This makes the Freedom of Information Act useless in principle and practice. That's not transparency in government. This constitutes a gross lack of accountability, posing serious ethics and legal violations.

People are not stupid. When you hide items it does not make them believe the contents are innocuous. It makes them think you are corrupt and pulling the wool over the public's eyes, as you have something to hide.

During an speech in front of a homosexual organization, championing gay pride, First Lady Michelle Obama, referred to Kenya as U.S. President Barack Obama's home country. This only adds fuel to the fire that Obama is not a "natural born" American and ineligible to be President Of the United States.

Others have noted, there is no official seal on President Barack Obama's birth certificate and the document also contains "Photoshop watermarks." Translation: the issue is not going away.

Previously, Obama made a Freudian slip and made reference to his "Muslim faith" while being interviewed on television, leaving people to wonder if he is lying about being a Christian as well.

According to an article in the Israel Insider, the birth certificate of U.S. President Barack Obama, lacks the standard state seal of Hawaii and the, "Certificate number referencing the birth year has been blacked out, making it untraceable."

But until the certified paper birth document is produced -- either by media pressure or a legal challenge in any state -- the fact remains that Obama has not proven that he is a "natural born citizen" eligible to be President according to the Constitution.

A downcast President Barack Obama, today called for civility, as the attacks on his faith, labeling him Muslim, rather than Christian as he claims, coupled with doubt regarding his place of birth being America, have clearly gotten to him.

Currently, the President faces a lawsuit from U.S. Ambassador, Alan Keyes, who is adamant Obama's place of birth is Kenya, not the U.S. state of Hawaii. Keyes also contends his late mother was ineligible to transmit citizenship to him as an American, at the time of his birth.

Obama's calls for civility are being met with skepticism, as some members of his Administration have been anything but civil with the press and public.

The President's Administration is comprised of many, some of whom have openly broken the law at the Department of Justice, FBI and Homeland Security, for millions to see. Therefore, who is truly lacking civility.

Why has U.S. President Barack Obama reneged on his promise of transparency with the American people. The White House site touts transparency, but that is not what is happening in America.

In the lawsuit Keyes v. Obama, scheduled for a hearing on January 25, 2010, Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes stated in court documents, the Obama Administration is refusing to release Freedom of Information Act files regarding his birth and other investigative documents in their possession.

In fact, hundreds of Freedom of Information Act lawsuits have been filed against Obama's FBI and DOJ, as they have been stonewalling people, who properly requested files under U.S. law. The Obama administration is actively hiding and hoarding incriminating documents from the public, which people are entitled to under the Freedom of Information Act.

Was Obama's Memorandum of Law on the White House website just an item for him to hide behind, while his attorney general, Eric Holder, the Department of Justice and the FBI, break federal law in openly and arrogantly defying the Freedom of Information Act, with the President's consent.

Even in a communist or socialist regime, the people get more information out of their government than this. Obama stated last week, as President he is responsible for his administration and the failures that transpire. One would definitely call the current stonewalling and Freedom of information Act scandal a failure and one that is not going to go away without rectification.
