Obama Criminally Targeting The Guardian Newspaper In London With No Legal Mandate Or Jurisdictional Right

U.S. President, Barack Obama, has been illegally operating in Britain, targeting employees of the Guardian Newspaper, among other people, over exposés they published regarding the crimes he has been committing from office in the United States. Obama has criminally sent the FBI and CIA into Britain, to illegally engage in vindictive, adverse conduct against employees of the Guardian Newspaper, having no legal mandate to do so. 

The Obama Administration has been criminally spying on employees of the Guardian, viciously targeting them and their families for harassment and "neutralization" constituting criminal violations of British and international law. Meddlesome, imperialistic Obama has violated his oath of office in America in doing so, in conduct that brought harm to Britons.

Obama is criminally abusing and spying on Britons and his behavior that is completely criminal and disgusting in this regard. It's called Great Britain, not Great Barack and there's nothing great about your behavior Obama. Get out of their country and stop behaving like a criminal. It is very unbecoming to do such things. Exactly who do you think you are to be engaging in this illegality and arrogance. It's bad enough when you abuse American journalists in the United States, but attacking foreign writers over their right to free speech is despicable as well and even more illegal due to jurisdictional issues. 

Failing to think ahead beyond one's time in office is a weak point of some heads of state. Some arrogantly and recklessly engage in egregious behavior in office, not thinking ahead to a time they will no longer be in charge. The Obama name is so muddied all over the world due to his behavior in a number of international countries, it is passing on a terrible legacy to his family members, who will have to live with that name and the negative sentiments now attached to it. People do and further will remember the abuses Obama has committed against innocent people in America and the world and associate it with his family.

Privacy advocates have slammed the Supreme Court's decision to grant the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) the right to hack any computer anywhere in the world without a warrant (they've been doing this for years anyway, now they're trying to make it legal). This means there will be no accountability and scores of violations of international law, when the hacking extends into foreign countries in an imperialistic manner. This is a massive overreach that is unconstitutional. 

The Obama administration has destroyed the American people's privacy to terrible degrees. Obama has used the NSA, FBI and CIA, to spy on Americans in egregious, illegal ways that constitute awful privacy violations. If Obama's family were subjected to the same privacy violations he has rubberstamped as president, he would be outraged. 

Newsweek stated of the decision, "These amendments will have significant consequences for Americans’ privacy and the scope of the government’s powers to conduct remote surveillance and searches of electronic devices...these are complex issues involving privacy, digital security and our Fourth Amendment rights, which require thoughtful debate and public vetting."

The Judiciary Report is of the opinion, with the FBI openly allowed to hack computers domestically and internationally, you will see a massive increase in retaliatory hacks from foreign governments, angry the agency is stepping on their toes, running roughshod over fellow sovereign nations via computer intrusion.

Supreme Court Allows FBI to Hack Any Computer Anywhere With a Warrant

By Seung Lee On 5/1/16 at 10:02 AM - Thanks to a Supreme Court decision on Thursday, law enforcement agencies including the FBI may end up with broad powers to hack any computer, regardless of its physical location—but the expansion of power hinges upon congressional approval. 

With a new rule change in the Federal Rule of Criminal Procedures, which covers search and seizure protocols, federal judges would be able to issue warrants to search computers located anywhere in the world. Before the Supreme Court’s alteration, federal magistrate judges were allowed only to issue warrants within their own jurisdictions. The Supreme Court submitted the changes to Congress as a part of the court’s annual review of the procedures, which were passed by Congress in 1938 for a more uniform way of dealing with criminal cases across the country.

At least one senator and several privacy rights organizations called the decision an affront to civil rights and a doorway to unchecked government hacking. Congress has until December 1 to amend or block the Supreme Court decision. Democratic Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon has publicly slammed the decision on Twitter and said he will propose a bill to reverse it.

Drudge Report Writer Matt Drudge Threatened By Supreme Court Justice Seeking To Shut His Site Down

Recently, one of the internet's top bloggers, Miami's Matt Drudge (I'm still a better and cuter blogger than you - deal with it LOL), who is the owner and author of the news aggregation website, Drudge Report, stated he fears his site will soon be shut down by the U.S. Supreme Court. Congress is reviewing copyright law and Drudge fears it may negatively impact his site. Drudge stated, "I had a Supreme Court Justice tell me it’s over for me. They’ve got the votes now to enforce copyright law, you’re out of there. They’re going to make it so you can’t even use headlines."

This unwarranted attack on Drudge has nothing to do with protecting the rights of copyright holders. This attack on Drudge is politically motivated, as he has broken stories in that realm and posts links on Drudge Report the establishment fears sways voters in congressional and presidential elections.
As a copyright holder of over 23-years, who has written and copyrighted thousands of (published and unpublished) songs, many film scripts and synopses, music video treatments, books and photographs, as well as being a blogger who has authored and published over 14,000 articles online that broke many stories that turned into global scandals, I am not in favor of the Supreme Court enacting new laws to shut down sites like the Drudge Report.

I don't agree with all the links Drudge posts, but find many of them quite useful. Drudge Report also drives traffic to sites, increasing ad revenue for website holders he links, putting money in their pockets. The problem is the narcissistic, thin-skinned Obama administration, who are Democrats, have desperately tried to control the press and failed to completely do so.

Drudge's site is a widely read page that posts story links that also include the Republican point of view, which Democrats dislike. Drudge also posts links to articles that excoriate Democrats (and Republicans) politicians and the former are not used to that (the Republicans are used to being bashed by the mainstream media and Hollywood, who are liberals). However, Democrats in office are used to glowing articles from the left leaning mainstream media and Hollywood, with their lips firmly planted on their backsides.

So when Drudge posts links to articles that do not kiss the administration's backside, they throw a temper tantrum and their toys out the crib in protest. Drudge Report is also read by many bloggers, who write stories about the contents in the links he posts. The fact Drudge is one of the bloggers helping to shape the national discourse, is also ticking off some in the establishment.

It is an established precept of U.S. intellectual property law that titles cannot be copyrighted. This means you cannot copyright a book, movie or song title ect. Therefore, it stands to reason, Drudge who posts article titles containing hyperlinks, is not in violation of existing copyright law. To change the law to silence a popular voice online, whose work is read by millions in America and around the world, is petty, juvenile and spiteful. Not to mention, it would also criminally violate the U.S. Constitution that guarantees free speech and free press.

Not to mention changing the law could also burn Hollywood, full of criminals the U.S. court system keeps corrupting the law for and bringing the Judiciary into domestic and global disrepute over. This would mean Hollywood would have one heck of a time trying to secure titles for their projects.
I've spent thousands on copyright fees since I was 15-years-old. I've written more songs than any living human being, in what was and continues to be a labor intensive job. However, I can attest it made me a target of thieves in Hollywood and due to that disgusting experience, I've found registering one's copyrights with the Library of Congress, is a worthless process, as Hollywood routines steals copyrights from people all over America and the world, then bribes judges in U.S. courts to get away with it, via quietly issuing jurists corporate stocks, cash and other assets to throw out valid cases. They have disgraced the U.S. judiciary to the watching world with this appalling conduct.

America is signatory to the international Berne Convention (Treaty) which established the global law that a copyright is automatically created the moment a person authors an item. No payment or additional protection is need. However, Congress enacted the Copyright Act in America in what has become a money making scam that states you must pay the Library of Congress/US Copyright Office a fee to register your work and they will issue you a copyright certificate. If you fail to do so and Hollywood steals your work (and make no mistake those dirty criminals will) you will not be able to sue in an American court to recoup your financial losses and obtain credit for your work, regarding the illegally made infringing items. 

However, as stated above, U.S. copyrights are worthless trash, because Hollywood routinely bribes federal judges into dismissing cases, in what is ugly, foul, vile, corrupt criminal conduct. The U.S. federal court system has shown itself to be irredeemably corrupt in matters of copyright cases to the point litigants and lawyers are foregoing suing in America, opting for other places in the world.

I have done a thorough study of copyright infringement cases in America for a forthcoming movie and book ("Justice And Truth") and these cases do not make it to trial 99% of the time, as Hollywood bribes federal judges to throw them out. In 2005, I experienced this myself, where a Miami federal judge, Cecilia Altonaga, had to admit in a ruling regarding me formally requesting she recuse herself for corruption, that her child was given stock in the defendant's company (and she corrupted the case due to that and the fact her husband's law firm makes a fortune in legal fees from the defendants as well).

In another case in 2009 where I tried to obtain Freedom of Information Act files from the FBI/DOJ regarding the aforementioned stolen copyrights, the judge, a former employee of the FBI/DOJ with current ties to them, sat on the case, did not recuse himself though judicial cannons indicate he should have, then gave the FBI/DOJ "sovereign immunity" in what was a massive criminal cover up of theft of property worth billions (that idiots in Hollywood managed to devalue with their incompetence). 

I've had lawyers tells me that federal judges are busy accepting bribes left, right and center and suing is U.S. court is an exercise in futility and they are right. I've seen it with my own eyes and the paper trail proves it. However, here's where this mess is going. The public is fed up with Hollywood's stealing and have greatly withdrawn their support from Hollywood's music industry that is collapsing with record low sales that keep getting worse. The public is also spending significantly less money on the film industry.

So this unmitigated greed, bribery and corruption is headed in the direction of more and more Hollywood music and film companies closing down (which is happening now), while others will merge and merge and merge until there's just one left and it will financially struggle. You've ripped off copyright holders and gouged the public with crazy prices and it is leading towards something very terrible.

So continue with the arrogant stealing and corruption (sarcasm) and see where it is going to take you. The future is not looking good at all for Hollywood and you brought it on yourselves by being so damned evil, abominable, greedy and disgraceful. I've never encountered a group of people so evil and sick in all my life, willing to "rob, kill, steal and destroy" to get what they want...even if it doesn't belong to them.

Regarding the Supreme Court, they keep rendering decisions poll show the American people overwhelmingly do not approve of and here's where that's going. Less and less people will petition the Supreme Court and it is on the road to becoming an antiquated, outdated, unpopular model very few people will use in the future. So, continue with the corruption (sarcasm) and see where it is going to take you. This so-called power you think you wield and keep abusing will be gone. State Courts will become more popular, where judges can be voted out at regular intervals, when found to be corrupt. Mediation services will also rise in popularity, as people find alternate ways of resolving legal disputes.

You are wrecking America and damaging the world with this corruption and the American people and the world will never forget it or forgive it when all is said and done. You've gone too far.

Congressional Review Of Copyright Law May Threaten Drudge Report

5:20 PM 10/13/2015 - WASHINGTON — Congress may update digital copyright law affecting aggregator sites, like the Drudge Report and Real Clear Politics, along with news sites in the near future. “Two years ago, the House Judiciary Committee launched a comprehensive review of our nation’s copyright laws, which have not been updated since 1976. As technology continues to rapidly advance, we have a responsibility to ensure that our laws are keeping pace with these developments,” Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte said in a statement.

Since March of 2013, the House Judiciary Committee has conducted 20 hearings, which included testimony from 100 witnesses on the subject of copyright law in the digital age. The topics range from fair use to scope of copyright protection to music licensing.

“The committee has been conducting a comprehensive review of U.S. copyright law to ensure that the law keeps pace with the digital age in which we live. The goal of the listening tour is to step out of Washington, D.C. to hear from creators and innovators in terms of what is and is not working for them in their various fields,” a committee staffer told The Daily Caller.

The committee staffer would not say how the laws would affect aggregators and news sites and said that only “all stakeholders are invited to come in and meet with staff in order to give their thoughts or express concerns. Those meetings are ongoing.”

Drudge Report site owner Matt Drudge told Alex Jones of InfoWars last week that copyright laws could very well end his popular site. I had a Supreme Court Justice tell me it’s over for me,” said Drudge. “They’ve got the votes now to enforce copyright law, you’re out of there. They’re going to make it so you can’t even use headlines.”

He explained, “To have a Supreme Court Justice say to me it’s over, they’ve got the votes, which means time is limited,” he added, noting that a day was coming when simply operating an independent website could be outlawed. That will end [it] for me – fine – I’ve had a hell of a run,” said Drudge, adding that web users were being pushed into the cyber ‘ghettos’ of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.” Drudge added, “This is ghetto, this is corporate, they’re taking your energy and you’re getting nothing in return – nothing!"...

The White House Blocks 13-Year-Old President Obama Critic On Twitter Leading To Outrage On Social Networking

13-year old conservative, C.J. Pearson, was blocked on Twitter by the official account of President Barack Obama. The articulate young man has a screencap illustrating he was blocked by the president's official Twitter account. The White House inappropriately mocked the young man over the incident and is now being dragged to hell by Twitter for doing so. It makes the administration look crazy and unbalanced.

The White House is now trying to distance itself from the story, as it is embarrassing and petty of them to treat a child in this manner, for simply criticizing the president. Many people are unhappy with Obama's policies, but the president's ego has not been handling it very well. It confirms what many state regarding Obama living in a bubble and being out of touch with the public.

The public has no idea of exactly how overly sensitive megalomaniac Obama can be, but journalists and bloggers know firsthand. President Obama and First Lady, Michelle Obama, are constantly making unlawful attempts to restrict free speech in America, violating the U.S. Constitution. Bloggers have been contacted by the White House and blogging platforms such as Blogger and Word Press, after the President and or his wife, disliked something that was lawfully written, because it was critical of their behavior or that of their family.

Just criticize their political policies or family and they will take it very personally and seek revenge via Google's Blogger or Word Press, which is petty and immature. You are grown people. You should be able to take criticism by now. The Obama Administration basically runs Alphabet/Google's blogger, acting as an illegal censorship outfit, in what is arrogant, unconstitutional conduct. White House denies blocking 13-year-old critic on Twitter

September 23, 2015, 07:34 pm  - The White House says it is not blocking 13-year-old conservative activist C.J. Pearson from following President Obama’s Twitter account. Pearson claimed the White House blocked him after he criticized President Obama’s decision to invite 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed to the White House. Mohamed made headlines after he was arrested for bringing a homemade clock to school that officials mistook for a bomb.

But the White House contends it doesn’t block anyone from Twitter, as the administration’s policy is that official governmental accounts not block any followers. Frank Benenati, an assistant White House press secretary, Tweeted about the policy after Pearson accused the White House of blocking him. Pearson posted a picture on Twitter of a notification saying he could no long view or follow the president's activity on the site...

On social media, the fight quickly escalated, with supporters of Obama suggesting on Twitter that Pearson had made up the post, while supporters of Pearson accused the White House of lying. Pearson responded to the White House’s denial with a video posted to Facebook on Wednesday evening in which he calls the denial “completely fallacious.”

“If you think the American people are gonna fall for your little tricks, you’re downright crazy,” Pearson said. “This administration has lied to the American people time and time again. They lied about Bengazi. They lied about the IRS. They lied about every issue of importance to the American people.” Pearson said he stood by the screenshot, adding, “It almost sucks that this is what it takes to get a response from the White House.”

Pearson has gained a significant following from conservatives on Twitter. He’s the national chairman of Teens for Ted, a group backing Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) for president. He’s also a vehement critic of Obama. “The reality of it is you don’t get invited to the White House for building a clock — I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I hate to be harsh, but it’s the plain truth,” Pearson said. “He’s a Muslim kid, he fits into your agenda, so you’re going to go ahead and invite him, well that’s great for you.”...

White House Officials Mock Black Teen Conservative Who Was Blocked by Obama

September 24, 2015 - After black conservative C.J. Pearson was blocked by President Obama’s official Twitter account, White House officials saw fit to mock the 13-year-old activist. Pearson, whose recent video criticizing Obama over his response to the ‘Clock Kid’ controversy went viral, claimed that he had been unceremoniously blocked by the President’s official Twitter account, providing a screen shot to prove it.

White House Assistant Press Secretary Frank Benenati then tweeted a terse message, asserting that nobody has ever been blocked from the official @POTUS account. Pearson fired back, unhappy at the tone of the tweet and the implication that he was a liar. Instead of acting with a touch of class, apologizing to Pearson for the ‘mistake’ and moving on, other White House officials dug themselves a deeper hole, with Press Secretary Josh Earnest retweeting Benenati’s blunt message.

Jesse Lee, White House Director of Progressive Media and Online Response, then tweeted a snarky joke which implied that Pearson was a “birther” conspiracy theorist. Critics immediately accused Lee of being classless. Perhaps if Pearson had filled a briefcase full of wires and circuit boards and claimed it was a clock, he would be getting a White House invitation, not scorned by White House officials. But then again, he’s a conservative, so that’s never going to happen...

NSA's phone spying program ruled illegal by appeals court

A U.S. spying program that systematically collects millions of Americans' phone records is illegal, a federal appeals court ruled on Thursday, putting pressure on Congress to quickly decide whether to replace or end the controversial anti-terrorism surveillance. Ruling on a program revealed by former government security contractor Edward Snowden, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said the Patriot Act did not authorize the National Security Agency to collect Americans' calling records in bulk.

Circuit Judge Gerard Lynch wrote for a three-judge panel that Section 215, which addresses the FBI's ability to gather business records, could not be interpreted to have permitted the NSA to collect a "staggering" amount of phone records, contrary to claims by the Bush and Obama administrations.

"Such expansive development of government repositories of formerly private records would be an unprecedented contraction of the privacy expectations of all Americans," Lynch wrote in a 97-page decision. "We would expect such a momentous decision to be preceded by substantial debate, and expressed in unmistakable language. There is no evidence of such a debate."

The appeals court did not rule on whether the surveillance violated the U.S. Constitution. It also declined to halt the program, noting that parts of the Patriot Act including Section 215 expire on June 1. Lynch said it was "prudent" to give Congress a chance to decide what surveillance is permissible, given the national security interests at stake.

The European parliament is on the verge of calling for the break-up of tech giant Google. The company has essentially become a monopoly, engaging in abusive anti-trust behavior and financially fraudulent conduct, believing they are above the law. The Judiciary Report has personally witnessed and experienced Google unconstitutionally punishing this site (and others) for engaging in the right to free speech, against those the company is aligned with politically and financially.

Many bloggers have complained that Google financially punished them in canceling ad revenue accounts via their company Ad Sense, for publishing articles criticizing President Obama (among others), who has hired executives from the tech company to work in his administration in well paying jobs being underwritten by taxpayers. It is their reward and payment for unconstitutional behavior.

Google has unlawfully engaged in financially and socially abusive conduct towards those, who do not shower with praise, its high paying allies, such as the Obama Administration and select stars, who spend large sums with Ad Sense. This conduct is fraudulent, illegal and un-American. Only in communist nations are people punished for expressing their opinions that criticize the government and others with ties to them. However, if you live in a communist nation, you know the rules and what can happen.

Living in a western nation such as America, that espouses free speech, one does not expect a liberal, conservative hating administration to spit on the U.S. Constitution and people's right to free speech and free press. Yet so many conservatives in America have been burned by the Obama administration and spoke out about it online and in the press (see "Related Articles" below for stories the Judiciary Report broke first about the Obama administration, such as the NSA spying scandal and IRS harassing conservatives).

Furthermore, where has it gotten the administration? The public has witnessed the scandals, abusiveness and violations of people's rights and in a historic vote, sent Obama's allies out of office this month. Democrats rushed to distance themselves from the president prior to the election, fearing they would hemorrhage votes. If the administration doe not desist with the corrupt conduct, the 2016 election results will be the same. The public is tired of the corruption.

There are some who espouse views I don't agree with, but I respect their right to voice their lawful opinions. I'm a grown woman, so I understand, people have the right to independent thought and contrasting opinions. Therefore, whatever I don't agree with, I simply read and move on from or ignore. However, I'm being harassed by an immature imbecile at Google hell-bent on destroying people for their opinions, when most people learn in Kindergarten to respect other people's rights. More harassment occurred last week.

Google has reached the point that they violate their own terms of service via the contracts they sign with bloggers on millions of websites, as well as those with YouTube accounts that have the tech company's advertising. It not a matter of them paying people their fair share. Google is now using sites to run ads, then reneging on paying them to punish people for expressing their right to free speech against the company's allies. When people sue, Google corrupts the legal system in conduct that is going to firmly embed them in world history in a shameful and disgraceful place.

After I filed the case Aisha v. Google, where the company owes me over $25,000 for ads it ran on my sites, as well as additional money in damages over a sick website the mentally deranged Kabbalah Center, headed up by crazy pop star, Madonna,  fraudulently erected in my name as a means of destroying my name and endangering my safety, other came forward with stories of being cheated out of ad revenue by Google as well. Recently, a man sued Google stating they owe him $40,000 in ad revenue for Google Ad Sense ads they ran on his site. A consumer law firm has also since filed a class action lawsuit against Google for defrauding bloggers out of Ad Sense revenue. However, so arrogant and abusive is overblown monopoly Google that they decided they are not going to pay him, in conduct they have unethically done to others.

I am going to make a prediction about Google. If they continue this abusive anti-trust behavior in America and the world, deeming they are so big people have to deal with them and take any garbage they dish out, the company is going to be severely weakened and go the way of other collapsed tech giants, who decided they were above the law. There is such a thing as going too far and Google firmly has its foot on that line. Be careful of corruptly winning the battle, then losing the war (your company). Google are behaving like the nerdy kids in school, who got picked on and were overlooked by the cool kids and now that they're all grown up and have made money, they think they can hypocritically abuse everyone else as revenge. Google break-up plan emerges from Brussels

The European parliament is poised to call for a break-up of Google, in one of the most brazen assaults so far on the technology group’s power. The gambit increases the political pressure on the European Commission, the EU’s executive arm, to take a tougher line on Google, either in its antitrust investigation into the company or through the introduction of laws to curb its reach.

A draft motion seen by the Financial Times says that “unbundling [of] search engines from other commercial services” should be considered as a potential solution to Google’s dominance. It has the backing of the parliament’s two main political blocs, the European People’s Party and the Socialists.

 A vote to effectively single out a big US company for censure is extremely rare in the European parliament and is in part a reflection of how Germany’s politicians have turned against Google this year. German centre-right and centre-left politicians are the dominant force in the legislature and German corporate champions, from media groups to telecoms, are among the most vocal of Google’s critics.

Since his nomination to be the EU’s digital commissioner, Germany’s Günther Oettinger has suggested hitting Google with a levy for displaying copyright-protected material; has raised the idea of forcing its search results to be neutral; and voiced concerns about its provision of software for cars.

Google has become a lightning rod for European concerns over Silicon Valley, with consumers, regulators and politicians assailing the company over issues ranging from its commercial dominance to its privacy policy. Obama's National Security Agency Rejects German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Request To See Her NSA File

For several years the Judiciary Report has maintained that the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the latter an agency I’ve interacted with thanks to moronic Madonna and Rupert Murdoch’s unlawful conduct, have been illegally spying on Americans and global citizens (NSA Admits Employees Illegally Spied On Love Interests And Significant Others Confirming Site’s Previous Claims). Years after my sites made said claims, scandals broke in the mainstream press confirming my websites’ previous claims. 

As mentioned on the site last year, months before the National Security Agency's PRISM spying scandal broke regarding former computer contractor, Edward Snowden, bravely releasing documents and digital files confirming illegal spying activity by the government, I’d applied to the NSA for a copy of my file under the Freedom of Information Act. The NSA politely declined to give me my file. However, now I don’t feel so bad, because German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, was just denied a copy of her file as well. If she can't get her file there was next to no chance I would be getting mine.

Merkel is an ally of President Obama, but that didn’t stop him  from spying on his foreign counterpart, wiretapping her phones and hacking her emails. To honor the Freedom Of Information Act enacted by Congress and release her file to Chancellor Merkel, would confirm what Obama has questionably done, regarding her and others. 

The part I dislike about this and have from the start is when the government declines Freedom of Information Act requests, it gives the public the false impression you’ve done something you shouldn’t have for the government to have spied on you. However, as has been shown by the PRISM scandal, the government has been amassing illegal files on writers such as myself, whose websites or newspapers release articles with exclusives that breaks stories exposing unlawful conduct or items critical of the government violating the Constitution.

The US government's refusal to allow Merkel access to her own NSA file contrasts with the ease with which Germans can see files relating to the activities of the Stasi. The US government is refusing to grant Angela Merkel access to her NSA file or answer formal questions from Germany about its surveillance activities, raising the stakes before a crucial visit by the German chancellor to Washington. 

Merkel will meet Barack Obama in three weeks, on her first visit to the US capital since documents leaked by whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed that the NSA had been monitoring her phone. The face-to-face meeting between the two world leaders had been intended as an effort to publicly heal wounds after the controversy, but Germany remains frustrated by the White House's refusal to come clean about its surveillance activities in the country.

In October, Obama personally assured Merkel that the US is no longer monitoring her calls, and promised it will not do so in the future. However, Washington has not answered a list of questions submitted by Berlin immediately after Snowden's first tranche of revelations appeared in the Guardian and Washington Post in June last year, months before the revelations over Merkel's phone...

The Guardian newspaper in London, England and the Washington Post in America have won the prestigious Pulitzer Prize for their insightful coverage of the NSA Prism scandal, as revealed by former National Security Agency contractor, Edward Snowden. Congrats! It is well deserved. The American people needed to receive confirmation of the vast spying network both the Bush and then Obama administrations have utilized in violation of the Constitution. 

The Judiciary Report and its sister site the Sound Off Column first reported of it in 2006 and 2007, from personal experience in dealing with the FBI, regarding Anthony Pellicano (who is now in prison) and the phone hacking scandal, which I broke first, after being target by media maggot, Rupert Murdoch and his fellow Kabbalah Center member Madonna. 

At the end of the day, privacy is paramount. The American people and citizens of the world as a whole, deserve privacy and to be afforded dignity in not being spied on. The innocent should not suffer because of those doing wrong in society. There exists a better way to patrol criminal activity.

Reports circulating in the press indicate that as much as U.S. President Barack Obama has stated he seeks to reform the National Security Agency (NSA) the agency has revealed they plan to expand domestic and international spying, much of which is illegal. Under the U.S. Constitution, NSA spying on Americans is illegal. However, in a scandal I broke, which was confirmed by documents leaked years later by courageous whistleblower, Edward Snowden, the agency has been violating the Constitution. Though Congress has vocally spoken out against it, they’ve done nothing to stop it.

NSA spying emanating from the program PRISM (among other illegal spy programs the agency maintains in tandem with the FBI and CIA) is very costly and coming straight out of taxpayer money to the tune of billions of dollars per year. This money could be better served in the U.S. economy creating jobs, scholarships for students seeking to attend university, underwriting Small Business Association loans, providing grants for Americans seeking to buy a home who qualify but do not have sufficient funds for the down payment plus closing costs, revitalizing neighborhoods suffering from urban decay and helping the homeless. Instead the money is going to a series of computer systems to collect illegally obtained surveillance data that is very expensive to maintain. The money to purchase the computers and related software was not spread around many companies and people. It was a poor use of taxpayer money that isn’t making America any richer.

Confirmed: NSA And FBI Working Hand In Hand In Spying On Americans (As This Site Previously Claimed)

A new report published recently indicates the FBI and NSA have indeed been jointly spying on Americans and sharing information with each other (see article excerpt below). 

The Constitution has been pushed aside by the FBI and NSA and this is not a good thing. The exorbitant multi-billion dollar spying budgets to illegally spy on Americans is not helping the economy. It’s a waste of time and money, not to mention defying the Constitution.

New documents: NSA provided 2-3 daily “tips” to FBI for at least 3 years

Jan 20 2014, 6:12pm EST - According to newly declassified court orders from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), the National Security Agency was (and may still be) tipping off the FBI at least two to three times per day going back at least to 2006.

Hours after President Barack Obama finished his speech last Friday on proposed intelligence and surveillance reforms, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) declassified a number of documents from the nation’s most secretive court. 

The new documents are heavily redacted orders from FISC to the FBI. These items request that the court order an entity (likely a business) to provide “tangible things” under Section 215 of the PATRIOT Act. The documents do not refer to who the target is, nor which company or organization they apply to.

"The Court understands that NSA expects that it will continue to provide on average approximately three telephone identifiers per day to the FBI,” reads a footnote in a 2007 court order (PDF) authored by FISC Judge Frederick Scullin, Jr...

President Obama Calls For Reform Of The NSA After Spying Scandal

This is a follow-up to an exclusive story I broke first (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law). U.S. President Barack Obama has pledged to reform the National Security Agency (NSA) after former employee, Edward Snowden, presented the world with hard evidence that the agency is spying on Americans in violation of the Constitution.

The scandal has grown worse over the past several months, after Snowden first made the information public last summer, with the latest revelation exposing the fact the NSA illegally collects 200 million domestic and international text messages per day, in violation of the law.

President Obama has stated via a representative that he, "Will require intelligence agencies to obtain permission from a secret court before tapping into a vast trove of telephone data, but he will leave the data in the hands of the government for now." Many domestic and global citizens have voiced their displeasure at the NSA's illegal spying, putting pressure on President Obama to make changes.

NSA Spying Extends To Intercepting Computer Deliveries To Plant Special Spyware And Data Stealing Cables

A new report coming out of Germany indicates the NSA's PRISM scandal runs much deeper than has been acknowledged by the National Security Agency. The Spiegel news agency reports the NSA has a hacking division known as TAO that specializes in hard to reach hacking targets.

The NSA's TAO division employs tactics such as intercepting computer deliveries to install malware on computer units and replacing regular cables with special data cables that collect and transmit data back to the agency. A few years ago, there was a reported case of someone buying a brand new computer only to open it up and find malware pre-installed on the unit. Therefore, the claims regarding the NSA's TAO are not far fetched.

Phil Robertson of A&E's "Duck Dynasty" reality show took a stand and millions of Christians are standing with him. A&E hastily fired Robertson from his own show, over comments he made in GQ magazine stating he doesn't understand why men would prefer an anus over a vagina, referring to homosexuality. Millions share his view and are outraged A&E fired Robertson over these statements, due to pressure from the "gay mafia" in Hollywood.

Christians on social networking are now deliberately not watching A&E at all in protest. A&E is being very unwise in its conduct. "Duck Dynasty" is its top show and biggest hit it's ever had. It's also the top reality series in television history. In a nation that is 70% Christian, it's not a wise idea to offend such a large demographic who are now simply refusing to watch the entire network under a boycott. 

99 percent of networks in the world only exist for advertising revenues, which is how they pay their bills and staff and turn a profit. With low ratings, advertisers will not pay to advertise on A&E (because who'd be watching - that's wasted money). This could likely lead to the network going under if this boycott goes on for an extended period of time. The network's cash reserves will run out and bankruptcy will hit.

What I find hypocritical about the "gay mafia" and their conduct in this matter is so many mainstream movies and television shows coming out of Hollywood contain scenes of gay men disparaging women's breasts and vaginas in degrading ways. Said items also contain scenes of gays mocking heterosexuals for being straight. There are Hollywood movies and shows with gay men calling women "fish" and "trash" among other names and trying to convince men they don't need vagina. 

At the end of the day, straight people don't get their drawers in a knot and just chalk it up to gays not liking women. However, a straight man in Louisiana makes the same observation but in reverse, in a less crass manner and gay Hollywood gets vicious. That's called a double standard. That's called hypocrisy.

Christians need to stand up and send a very clear message to Hollywood that there will be serious financial consequences (boycott) for violating our right to free speech. The Constitution does not say Hollywood can say whatever it wants, but the rest of the country can't. The Constitution applies in Hollywood and Louisiana and every other state in America. 

It's time for Hollywood and its fickle, thin skinned, hateful mouthpiece GLAAD to grow up. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Stop bullying people and trying to force folks into silence. For an industry and organization that often claims gays are bullied, you sure do your share of bullying and attacking everyone that doesn't share your opinion. That game is getting very tired and people have stopped listening. 

A wise man once said choose your battles wisely. Well, you chose the wrong battle this time and you're going to get your butts handed to you, pardon the pun (What? gays in Hollywood can call women "fish" on screen and I can't make a butt joke).

Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart" and "Love your neighbor as yourself." Phil would never incite or encourage hate. We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right. We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm. A&E's "Duck Dynasty" is the most successful reality show in history. It chronicles the lives of the Robertson family in Louisiana, who are Christians that became millionaires from their successful duck call business. The family's patriarch, Phil Robertson, did an interview with GQ magazine this month, where he was asked about homosexuality. Robertson stated, "It seems like, to me, a vagina -- as a man -- would be more desirable than a man's anus."

Now, according to the Constitution of the United States, Robertson is a human being, who has a right to express what he thinks and feels. Robertson, just like every American and person living in the western world is entitled to free speech. However, Hollywood disagrees.

Hollywood's infamous "gay mafia" as they are called online, became indignant and put pressure on A&E to fire Phil. Robertson has been placed on "indefinite hiatus." The "gay mafia" in Hollywood has hated "Duck Dynasty" from day one anyway, as it is about a Christian family and Hollywood has a virulent hatred of Christians. I've seen Hollywood's unprovoked hatred of Christians up close and it is ugly and disgraceful. Hollywood routinely goes out of its way to viciously attack Christians.   

For Hollywood to bully and attack a 70-year-old man over a simple statement regarding his views that millions of Americans share, is unconstitutional and intolerant. It is bullying. Plain and simple. America is over 70% Christian. Millions of Muslims live in America as well. Both religions do not promote homosexuality, advising adherents against engaging in the alternative lifestyle.

Under the Constitution people have a right to practice their religion and retain their views. For Hollywood to tell people otherwise is to try to force people regarding what to think and feel. As much as Hollywood claims it is liberal, it is very intolerant of everyone that does not agree with its views and repeatedly tries to destroy the lives of those who disagree with them.

Christians on social networking are angry over Robertson's dismissal and are calling for a boycott. If Phil is not reinstated on "Duck Dynasty" Christians need to stop watching A&E altogether and stop going to see Hollywood films. They don't need our collective billion$ if they are going to abuse one of our own, especially an elderly man, for simply stating he doesn't understand why some men prefer penis over vagina.

I'm a straight woman and you know what, I have that right as a human being. I've never been attracted to a woman and you know what, that's my right as well. Just like it's Phil's right to be attracted to the opposite sex and state he prefers the opposite sex. Hollywood is out of control in overriding the right to free speech guaranteed by the Constitution. People are entitled to their opinions.

People Protest NSA Spying Via Washington Rally

A protest was held in Washington, D.C. yesterday to protest the widespread, unconstitutional spying being committed by the NSA. Revelations by intelligent American whistleblower Edward Snowden continue to expose criminal wrongdoing at the agency, who continues to receive many billions in taxpayer funds.

The peaceful protest went well and is another sign of the public's displeasure regarding being spied on in violation of the law. It is being stated the government seeks to introduce legislation in congress to curb the unlawful, rampant spying, which includes illegal wiretaps, email scanning and copying, bank account tracking and GPS, among other things.

This month a new scandal erupted regarding the NSA spying scandal, which the Judiciary Report's sister site the the Sound Off Column broke first. The latest scandal involves the public revelation that the NSA has been accessing Visa and Swift Networks, spying on the public's financial transactions.

However, the Judiciary Report and the Sound Off Column have stated for years that the FBI and its sister agency the NSA (who share information and surveillance data among each other) have been spying on the public's financial transactions and credit reports, which includes Visa and SWIFT (see article links below).

 

 

Some in government would rather have you believe a writer like me is paranoid or using my imagination as I do with authoring copyrighted movie scripts, songs and books (among other things). However, sorry to state, the Judiciary Report's articles and those published on its sister site, the Sound Off Column, are not works of fiction, as attested by many site exclusives which later proved true.

We are living in a police state (with NSA and FBI spying having gone global, a police world) which I found out the hard way after my interactions with the untrustworthy, treacherous FBI several years ago. Privacy is a myth. This conduct is wholly illegal. You know what's worse, some of the worst things they are doing hasn't even come out yet.

There is proposed legislation designed to scale back the National Security Agency’s illegal spying on Americans. Recently, Congress discovered only one questionable terrorist attempt may have been averted by NSA spying, with emphasis on may have been.

President Obama and Congress claimed ignorance regarding the full extent of the NSA’s illegal spying and as such, legislation is in the works to address the criminal breaches of the U.S. Code and Constitution. Not to mention, the costs of spying on so many Americans is astronomical, well into the billions, usurping taxpayer money that could be better utilized elsewhere on items such as the education, the poor and homeless.

In separate interviews, U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress are claiming ignorance on the full extent of the National Security Agency (NSA) spying on Americans, which is illegal under American law. This incident is a reminder of the phrase, "With great power comes responsibility." The ability to spy on people can be easily abused.

At the same time, this is getting out--this is in front of us. We are not in front of it. And every day, there are stories, as you just mentioned, that are leaked out. The American people want to know that those of us who are elected, Eliot and I, understand fully what's happening here. I don't think we do.

I would imagine there are even members of the Intelligence Committee themselves that don't fully understand the gamut of things that are taking place. It's our responsibility to know those things, to ensure they're in balance. And I hope as soon as we get back, there will be a full briefing from top to bottom so that can happen."

There’s nothing a drug dealer detests more than a snitch. Turns out some may have fallen afoul of drug dealers, who wrongly believed they snitched on them when it was actually the NSA (National Security Agency, which is now clearly the National Snitch Agency) tipping off the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency). A report today indicates Congress is demanding answers regarding why the NSA violated U.S. law in spying on Americans and then sharing the information with sister agency the DEA, which led to drug busts.

Robert S. Mueller and Attorney General (DOJ) Eric Holder - two of the culprits behind much of the spying. Congress is demanding Holder give an explanation for this latest scandal regarding the DEA and NSA.

Congress is not against drug busts, but these were not in compliance with the law as evidence was illegally obtained via the NSA, who is forbidden under U.S. law to spy on Americans. Senators demand answers on drug agency’s use of NSA domestic surveillance

Published time: August 27, 2013 21:21 - A group of lawmakers have asked United States Attorney General Eric Holder to explain recent allegations that federal drug busts have been carried out using non-terrorism intelligence collected by the National Security Agency and shared outside the NSA.

The eight legislators — all Democrats — have asked the country’s top attorney to weigh in on the reports published by Reuters earlier this month in which the NSA is accused of tipping off Drug Enforcement Administration agents to help orchestrate narcotics busts.

"These allegations raise serious concerns that gaps in the policy and law are allowing overreach by the federal government's intelligence gathering apparatus," wrote the senators - Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin, Ron Wyden of Oregon, Tom Udall of New Mexico, Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut and Sherrod Brown of Ohio.

Congress Wants Holder To Explain Intelligence Sharing Between NSA And DEA

Tuesday August 27, 2013 7:58 am - As the ACLU claims the NSA’s phone collection program is illegal in court papers filed Monday, members of Congress are putting pressure on Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions regarding news reports that the DEA has access to NSA intelligence and is sharing that information with numerous agencies and personnel in the government. Even if the NSA survives the ACLU’s court challenge there is little doubt that the NSA intelligence gathered should not have gone to the DEA let alone to the wide range of places the DEA shared the information.

Eight Democratic senators and congressmen have asked Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions about a Reuters report that the National Security Agency supplies the Drug Enforcement Administration with intelligence information used to make non-terrorism cases against American citizens.

The August report revealed that a secretive DEA unit passes the NSA information to agents in the field, including those from the Internal Revenue Service, the FBI and Homeland Security, with instructions to never disclose the original source, even in court. In most cases, the NSA tips involve drugs, money laundering and organized crime, not terrorism.
