Singer Billy Rae Cyrus, did an interview to speak about his daughter Miley Cyrus and her lewd and inappropriate VMAs performance that saw her rubbing her body on married singer Robin Thicke, even touching his crotch on camera. Cyrus stated, "Of course I'll always be here for Miley. Can't wait to see her when she gets home. She's still my little girl and I'm still her dad regardless how this circus we call show business plays out. I love her unconditionally and that will never change."

Cyrus needs to do an intervention stat. His daughter has a drug problem and is surrounded by lecherous people giving her terrible advice that will ruin her life. All said individuals want is her money and to exploit her for further financial gain. What Cyrus fails to understand is the terrible politics, corruption, bribery and payola that goes on in the music industry. The entire industry is rigged. It operates as a monopoly and outsiders are not welcome. Major labels have turned to acts of violence to enforce this mafia-like rule.

Therefore, for the outsider seeking to expose their music to a global audience, YouTube is an outlet to do so. It levels the playing field to some degree. As a result, there are a number of very talented artists on YouTube, gaining exposure, while searching for their big break. Justin Bieber is the most successful to date, having sold 10,000,000 records worldwide.

Cyrus' dad became famous as a singer in the 1990s and ushered her into the entertainment industry as a singer and actress, using his connections. Therefore, she avoided much of the horrible abuse and exploitation many aspiring artists go through.

Cyrus has no clue what it's like, in a depraved industry that preys on young newcomers, calling them nobodies fit for theft and financial and sexual exploitation. Cyrus had the easy way to fame thanks to her dad. The Judiciary Report is not knocking that, but Cyrus fails to see both sides of the issue.

Let's see, there's Britney Spears (psycho, cocaine, meth, alcohol, weed), Jamie Lynn Spears (teen pregnancy, weed, underage clubbing), Lindsay Lohan (every possible mess you can think of: klepto, psycho, weed, cocaine, meth, heroin, alcohol and assault), Fergie (meth, cocaine) Demi Lovato (cocaine) and now Miley Cyrus, who has been in drug, alcohol and inappropriate photo scandals .

Someone needs to infiltrate Disney and find out just what they are teaching these kids, leading them astray. Give Disney time. Soon, the "Little Mermaid" will need Valtrex, a nicotine patch, methadone, her stomach pumped, then rehab.

Country music singer and actor, Billy Ray Cyrus, slammed the "Hannah Montana" show, which brought his family fame and fortune. Cyrus, a successful country singer from the 1990s, had a major hit with the song "Achy Breaky Heart."

One of his five children with wife, Tish Cyrus, got the fame bug as well and went into show business in her dad's footsteps. Their daughter, 18-year-old singer/actress, Miley Cyrus, became the star of Disney's "Hannah Montana" show with dad playing a role on the sitcom as well. Cyrus insists he did not make any money off his daughter, which may be true, as he was a best selling country music artist.

However, fame led to his daughter flying off the rails in well publicized drug, alcohol and semi-nude photo scandals. Her career also took a dive, when Cyrus' new, raunchy image proved too much for her impressionable fans and their parents. Cyrus' record sales plummeted.

Billy Ray Cyrus also filed for divorce from his wife of 18-years, under a swirl of rumors she had an affair with rock singer and Poison frontman, Brett Michaels, who flatly denied the story.

In a revealing interview with GQ magazine, Cyrus bemoans the fact "Hannah Montana" wrecked his family. Cyrus says he was used by her handlers to take the fall, whenever something went wrong in his daughter's career. He repeatedly took the blame to protect her.

However, the last straw came via the bong scandal, when Cyrus tried to inquire about his daughter's latest troubles and one of her managers told him, "It is none of your business." You feel bad for Cyrus when you read the article. Here's hoping he calls off the divorce and the family reconnects with each other.
