Protests Erupt As Police Officer Not Charged For Shooting Unarmed Mentally Ill Black Man 14 Times For Sleeping In A Park

31-year-old Dontre Hamilton was beaten, shot and killed by police officer, Christopher Manney, in acts that prompted many protests in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this past weekend. Activists were also arrested for shutting down a major highway. Manney beat, then shot Hamilton 14 times, after receiving a call stating he was sleeping in a public park. However, two other officers had already checked on Hamilton twice and stated he was not engaging in any wrongdoing.

Many have deemed Hamilton's shooting death excessive force and correctly so. No one should be shot to death for sleeping in a public park. This is unreasonable and irrational. Hamilton has a documented history of mental illness, which led to him sleeping in the park. The Milwaukee Police Department stated in a formal review that Manney violated established rules in frisking a mentally ill individual, which agitated Hamilton. Manny has since been fired from the Milwaukee Police Department for deliberately ignoring orders that Hamilton was mentally ill and using the inappropriate course of action in approaching him.

The District Attorney, John Chisholm stated, "This was a tragic incident for the Hamilton family and for the community. But, based on all the evidence and analysis presented in this report, I come to the conclusion that Officer Manney's use of force in this incident was justified self-defense and that defense cannot be reasonably overcome to establish a basis to charge Officer Manney with a crime."

In response to the decision, the ACLU stated, "If Officer Christopher Manney did not violate the law, then is anyone legally responsible for Mr. Hamilton's death? Does the criminal law protect individuals like Mr. Hamilton from deadly force exercised by police officers? Are police officers above the law"

A former Milwaukee police officer will not be charged with a crime for the shooting death of a 31-year-old man with a history of mental illness that has spurred protests, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office announced Monday. The April 30 shooting of Dontre Hamilton in a downtown park by Officer Christopher Manney inspired a series of protests in Milwaukee, including one over the weekend that led to dozens of activists being arrested after shutting down I-43. Court Documents Reveal The FBI Is Invasively Spying On People In The Occupy Movement

The ACLU has sued the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI) under the Freedom of Information Act, to obtain government documents the agency holds on the Occupy movement that has been sweeping America. The Occupy movement has peacefully protested the financial corruption in the corporate sector, by men such as News Corp's Rupert Murdoch.

The FBI only released a small portion of the file, withholding 2/3rds of it citing the "national security" cop out, which has nothing to do with protecting the American people, but invoked by the agency as it shows their invasive and illegal prying into the lives of people associated with the Occupy Movement in America. The FBI has also been illegally spying on people in the Occupy Movement in other nations and they have no jurisdiction to do so, violating international law.

The ACLU is displeased with the deceit from the so-called law enforcement agency, which has a criminal history of violating the Freedom of Information Act, even unlawfully moving files out of the office, into a special, unconstitutional "File Room" to thwart any FOIA requests, where the corresponding files contains criminal conduct on the FBI's part.

The Judiciary Report, having experienced the FBI's illegal and despicable tactics firsthand, has broken a number of stories on the agency, including the article regarding the FBI file room and its current usage (The FBI's Secret File Room). At the end of the day, when an agency abuses the Freedom of Information Act so often, the public cease to believe anything they say, branding them corrupt liars engaging in cover-ups.

The FBI's behavior is not about the law or national security. It is about power and money and the control thereof and don't allow anyone to tell you otherwise. The FBI has stooped to extraordinary lows to aid rich people in the corporate sector and politicians in office, in exchange for perks, favors and financial incentives, violating the rights of everyday people in the process. The FBI is not trying to help you. They are a modern day SS, greedily seeking to amass money and power, driven by a devilish need to control the populace, in an agenda set by the worst FBI Director in history, Robert S. Mueller.

Mueller is a depraved elitist that has deranged ideas about money, especially funds and assets that do not belong to him in any measure. But he can keep it up with the criminal conduct. Once exposed to the world for crimes against humanity he has committed, if Congress doesn't lock him up, Mueller is going to run afoul of the American people in ways that he and his family will have to flee the country under a terrible public backlash, for having engaged in secretive criminal conduct that cost many innocent people their lives. Considering how many enemies Mueller has made abroad in the international community, running roughshod over the law enforcement agencies of other nations and threatening world governments into doing his demonic bidding or else, no one is going to grant him refuge.

FBI: Monitoring Occupy was within rules

Updated 9:31 p.m., Monday, September 17, 2012 - The FBI says its newly disclosed surveillance of the Occupy movement in Northern California stayed within federal rules and did not result in "unnecessary intrusions into the lives of law-abiding people."  The American Civil Liberties Union, which obtained FBI surveillance documents on the movement in a lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act, wants to know why the agency is withholding nearly two-thirds of the records it says it has, and why it is citing national security as one reason for the nondisclosure. EFF: FBI violated your civil liberties

The FBI may have committed a minimum of 40,000 violations in its intelligence gathering since 9/11, in a report released Monday by the Electronic Frontier Foundation. In analyzing 2,500 pages of documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, EFF found that the violations showed a disregard for the privacy of the average citizen, civil liberties and oversight. The EFF report also documents the willingness of private companies to turn over their customers' information to the feds, without "valid legal justification."

Obama Covering Up Crimes In Washington

U.S. President Barack Obama

President Barack Obama, in tandem with members of his administration, namely the Department of Justice, run by Attorney General, Eric Holder, continue to fall afoul of the public. The ACLU brought a credible lawsuit against the Obama Administration regarding "targeted killings" of Americans, without due process or any form of legal trial.

This, dear friends, is illegal under the U.S. Constitution, as it means any administration can have any American murdered, for any reason, without explanation or legal conviction. I ask you, the reader, is this the direction you want society to go in?

The ACLU, much like many in America, sought answers regarding this criminal, un-constitutional and un-American program, but are being shutdown in court, as the White House corruptly invoked "State Secrets" privilege, to cover up the crimes they are committing.

Such conduct has no place in any democracy and any government program or FOIA files that Obama and co. are fighting tooth and nail to hide from the public, clearly contain criminal conduct for which the U.S. Code and Constitution indicate they should be jailed.

To implement an unconstitutional program that allows you to, in essence, murder any American you feel like, whenever you desire, says you have lost your grip on reality and are unfit to be Preisdent, much like your predecessor, who criminally renditioned many people, in violation of U.S. and international law. The founding fathers of America would be ashamed.

The so-called power of the presidency, has gone to Obama's head and he is trying to play God. It is not in America's best interests, to establish an international image of summarily murdering people any president decides should no longer live. It is a terrible domestic and world image to possess.

It is also not in America's best interest that the FOIA files associated with this dreadful, barbaric assassination program be hidden from the public. In actuality, it is in the administration's best interests, to avoid all legal culpability and that no record be publicly disclosed, as it aids in facilitating arbitrary assassinations.

Furthermore, what happens when the program secretly expands to include the murder of political rivals, which is inevitable, with such abuses of invested power transpiring from the highest office in the land. No man should have such sweeping, unaccountable authority.

To condemn communist nations for conduct you are engaging in, Mr. President, is blatantly hypocritical. No one with any decency and intelligence, could take such hypocrisy, treachery and deceitfulness seriously. How are you any different from former President, George W. Bush, engaging in such unlawful conduct.

It is thoroughly illegal for anyone to assassinate you as president. Therefore, why do you think it appropriate that you be allowed to secretly assassinate anyone you feel like. Do you believe you are better than others and your life worth more than the average American. Do remember, all murder is wrong.

Side Bar: I can't believe I'm even writing about this. How did the government fall so low that secret assassinations of Americans became an option.

It was announced today, the ACLU has sued the Obama Administration, over the extrajudicial Assassination List they have created, in willful violation of U.S. and international law. The Judiciary Report wrote about the list last week (click here). The Administration's death list is barbaric, cowardly and has permanently damaged Obama's legacy.

The Obama Administration has become corrupt. There is no way around this fact. Certain individuals at the FBI, CIA and the Pentagon got their hooks into Obama and it has been one crooked decision after another, that has hurt, not helped America.

Obama is a grown man and knows right from wrong. Why he consents and goes along with this corrupt agenda, speaks to his lack of integrity and moral fiber. He is walking along the same disastrous path former President, George W. Bush, did and it is going to end in the collapse of the United States of America.

Any head of state that decides he and his cabinet and their affiliated agencies, are above the law, have sovereign immunity, regardless of how egregious their conduct becomes and can suspend the statutes of the nation, is headed for complete and utter failure, with a side order of self-destruction.
